Optional Tasks a. Authoring relevant work that has been published in recognised scientific or clinical publications since last progression.
b. Presenting a relevant paper or a poster of a quality agreed by the employer and employee as being appropriate for the level being sought to a national or international conference, or has been an invited keynote speaker to such aconference since the last merit progression.
c. A substantial role in the development of a significant new programme, service development or quality improvement initiative since the last progression.
d. Demonstrating leadership agreed by the employer and employee as being appropriate for the level being sought.
e. Recognition as an expert and consultant/teacher by other staff in at least one clinical area or with regard to complex cases, since the last progression.
f. A substantial role in one or more research projects of relevance to the service since last progression.
g. A significant role in relevant professional groups at a regional or national level where agreed by manager/professional leader.
h. A significant role in teaching or training psychotherapists or other health professionals or students with the employer, since last progression and not remunerated for this separately.
i. Other criteria as agreed upon from time to time.
Optional Tasks. Bidding Services: SEI will perform the bidding services outlined below for the project if the project delivery is design-bid-build.
Optional Tasks. Buyer shall have the unilateral right to exercise the Optional Tasks identified below upon written notification to Seller’s Contractual Representative no later than thirty (30) days prior to subcontract expiration at the mutually agreed to prices and rates set forth in Section 1.1 of this Subcontract Agreement. These options shall be dependent on approval and adequate funding by the US Government Customer. In addition, Equal Employment Opportunity pre-award approval by the Department of Labor must be obtained prior to award of any options that result in the ceiling value of this subcontract agreement exceeding $10,000,000. Optional Tasks. If the TRADOC G2 has a need for an optional task identified in the PWS, the Contracting Officer will issue a modification to add appropriate funds to exercise the applicable CLIN(s). The monthly price for optional support tasks are based on a firm-fixed price received in response to the solicitation and provided in Section B of the awarded contract.
Optional Tasks. At CSLC’s sole option and only upon a signed written notice to proceed issued by CSLC’s Project Coordinator (as further defined below) or designee, which notice may be transmitted via e-mail, Contractor may be asked to perform the following “Optional Tasks”: 1) special projects to maintain compliance of the facility as outlined in CLIN 0003/Task 2a; 2) perform engineering consultant services to the CSLC as outlined in CLIN 0004/Task 2b with regards to engineering and abandonment plans on Xxxxx, PRC 421, and/or operations at the EOF that may be proposed to the CSLC by a third party; 3) perform other facility, equipment, and structural assessments on Xxxxx including an underwater assessment. Any activities other than those identified in CLIN 001 and CLIN 0002, also referred to as Tasks 1a and 1b, in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, will require written approval from the Project Coordinator or designee before proceeding (prior written approval will not be required for the costs associated with the tasks to control an emergency situation). Finally, Contractor shall, as operational lead, oversee any other required work associated with the operations and maintenance of Xxxxx, the EOF, PRC 421 and subsequent plug and abandonment activities by a third party.
Optional Tasks. The RTC shall have the right to exercise its option(s) for any optional tasks or subtasks identified in this Agreement. CONSULTANT will prepare and submit a detailed scope of services reflecting the specific optional services requested, a schedule for such services and a cost proposal. RTC will review and approve the scope of services and RTC and CONSULTANT will discuss and agree upon compensation and a schedule. CONSULTANT shall undertake no work on any optional task without written notice to proceed with the performance of said task.

Contractor based proposed scope on the scope provided in the RFP, however, a number of technical reports are not yet available and there is some uncertainty regarding the results of the initiative ballot measure. We have included optional tasks for technical reports in Attachment A-2, based upon our assumptions on issues needed to review. There may be other technical needs and we will provide the Contractor’s approach to these optional tasks, along with assumptions, upon request or when selected. Optional Tasks. This task is reserved for optional work the City may require that fall within this general Scope of Services and are related to improving the functionality of the existing Decant Facility. Optional tasks, as needed, will be paid out of the 10% Management Reserve.
