Pay for Work on a Holiday. Employees who are required to work on the above holidays shall receive two and one half (2 1/2) times the employee's regular rate for all hours worked on such holidays.
Pay for Work on a Holiday. An employee who is required to work on a paid holiday shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) plus another day off with pay. Such day off shall be scheduled by mutual agreement between the immediate supervisor and the employee.
Pay for Work on a Holiday. Employees required to work on a holiday shall be compensated at the rate of double (2X) their regular hourly rate for each hour worked. The Employer will schedule all employees (including Assistant Managers, Produce Managers, Bakery Managers, and Head Cashiers) to work on General Holidays on a fair rotational basis. Each store will maintain an updated record of employees who are scheduled to work in each scheduling group, for each General Holiday, for each calendar year. The record will be made available to the Union by request.
Pay for Work on a Holiday. An Employee working on one of the holidays provided in Article 24.01 is paid at her/his regular rate of pay in effect at that time increased by one hundred percent (100%). Furthermore, the Employee is entitled either to the Holiday pay provided in Article 24.03 or to the postponement of the holiday as provided in Article 24.02 c).
Pay for Work on a Holiday. Where a Full-time employee is required to work on a Company holiday which is included in her scheduled work week, she: shall be at her basic rate of pay for that day, or may be granted a holiday with pay at a convenient to the employee and the Company, provided the employee works her basic hours for the day. In addition, she shall be paid time and one-half for the time worked between midnight of the day preceding and midnight of the holiday, except for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day where she shall be paid double time for the time worked between midnight of the day preceding and midnight of the holiday. Where a Part-time employee is required to work on a Company holiday which is included in her scheduled work week, she:

Pay for Work on a Holiday. Any employee required to work on a statutory holiday as defined above, shall be paid for all authorized work performed on such holiday at double their regular straight time rate of pay for all hours worked, in addition to the holiday pay. (2016)
Pay for Work on a Holiday. (a) When a paid holiday, as referred to in section A3.01, falls on an employee’s scheduled day off the employee will receive holiday pay for the holiday and will be scheduled an alternate day off without pay within the same pay period.
(b) When an employee is required to work on a holiday which was a scheduled day off, the employee will select another day off without pay within the same pay period in which the holiday falls. If for business reasons, the employee’s requested day off cannot be granted, management will schedule the day off within the pay period in which the holiday falls.
A22.13 When an employee is not available to be scheduled on a holiday, the employee will not be entitled to holiday pay.
(a) Except for service requirements, a Regular full-time employee will not normally be scheduled to work the basic hours of work on more than two (2) Sundays in any calendar month.
(b) When a Regular full-time employee is assigned and required to work three (3) or more Sunday shifts in a calendar month, the employee will be paid a premium of one (1) times the employee’s basic hourly rate of pay for any additional Sunday shift worked during that calendar month.
(c) When a Regular full-time employee works an extra Sunday in accordance with subsection A22.14(b), which was the employee’s scheduled day off, the employee will be scheduled another day off in lieu without pay in the same pay period.
A22.15 In the event an employee who is scheduled to work a shift in accordance with subsection A22.14(b) trades the shift with another employee, the premiums payable under subsection A22.14(b) will not be applicable to either employee.
A22.16 In the event an employee is eligible for more than one premium under this Agreement, the employee will be paid only one premium in any circumstance. The premium paid will be the highest of those to which the employee is eligible. An employee receiving overtime payment is not eligible to receive any premium under this Agreement.
Pay for Work on a Holiday. (a) Where a full-time employee is required to work on a Corporation holiday which is included in his weekly schedule:
(b) he shall be paid his basic rate of pay for that day, or
(i) he may be granted a day off with pay at a time convenient to him and the Corporation, provided that he works his basic hours on such holiday.
Pay for Work on a Holiday. (a) Any employee scheduled to work on any of the above named holidays shall be paid for the time worked at the rate of time and one-half (1.5) plus the regular day’s pay for that holiday. An employee on a scheduled day off who does not work on that day shall receive an additional eight (8) hours pay at the base rate.
(b) Employees scheduled to work on Christmas Closure days will be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1.5) for each hour worked in addition to their regular pay. Employees on a scheduled day off during Christmas Closure days will not be entitled to an additional eight (8) hours of pay.
(c) All employees in the bargaining unit who, as part of their regular shift schedule, are required to work on Easter Sunday, shall be paid at a rate of time and one- half (1.5) for the time worked.
(d) Employees who are scheduled off on any of the above named holidays and who are called in to work shall receive double time (2x) their regular pay for all hours worked in addition to the holiday pay.
