Personnel Rates. During the term of this Agreement, SPONSOR shall pay the Company up to $3.5 million per year, billed quarterly, for the actual services provided by up to 15 FTEs from the Company, and at the applicable rates listed below for such FTEs. The distribution of these 15 FTEs between Company officers, Scientists Grade 1, Scientists Grade 2, and laboratory support personnel will be at the discretion of the Company. For any additional personnel resources that are supplied at the mutual agreement of both parties, the Sponsor will also pay the Company based on the following rate schedule. Personnel Rates. (a) Rates. Vendor’s Personnel Rates for performing Project Work and providing Supplemental Resources shall be as set forth in Schedule D attached hereto. (b) Volume Discounts. Discounts to the Personnel Rates based on higher levels of overall usage of Vendor Personnel are set forth in Schedule D. Such discounts shall apply based on the overall usage of Vendor Personnel as measured in terms of the aggregate total dollar amount of Vendor’s labor charges under this Agreement on a rolling twelve (12) month basis. Such volume discounts will be applied against the Personnel Rates prior to the application of any commitment discount and will begin to apply during the first twelve (12) months following the Effective Date once the initial threshold is met. Such volume discounts will be calculated on a monthly basis and apply prospectively based on when the Services are performed (rather than when Estimates are given or Services are invoiced). (c) Fully Loaded Rates. The Personnel Rates set forth in Schedule D are fully loaded rates that include: all equipment, software, computer time, supplies and office space required or used by Vendor Personnel in performing the Services to the extent such Services are performed at a Vendor facility pursuant to Section 7.6(b) above; the travel, lodging and meal expenses of Vendor Personnel (except to the extent provided in Section 9.2 below); and related overhead costs and administrative expenses.
Personnel Rates. 12.1 For the purposes of this Accounting Procedure “Personnel Rates” shall comprise the following: 12.1.1 salary and related benefits of personnel under paragraphs 11.4, 11.5 and 11.6 above including: (a) gross salary plus related allowances and benefits payable generally by the Operator or any of its Affiliates or a Participant from whom personnel are seconded or who provide services to the Joint Account as part of its standard terms of employment in force in the relevant period; (b) pension costs (assessed as a percentage of salary cost for all the Operator's or its Affiliates' employees from time to time); (c) National Insurance cost; (d) any governmental tax, duty, levy and/or impost that may be levied upon the Operator or any of its Affiliates or a Participant from whom personnel are seconded or who provide services to the Joint Account in respect of such personnel; and (e) in the case of personnel hired from third party agencies, the cost invoiced by the third party agency. 12.1.2 employment cost of persons under paragraph 11.5 above The cost of the person as invoiced by the other Participant consistent with 12.1.1 above, or the invoice from the third party agency. 12.1.3 Administrative overhead costs Administrative overhead costs, which shall exclude any costs and expenses of a corporate nature, comprise the items detailed below which are incurred by the Operator or any of its Affiliates or a Participant from whose offices the Operator has requested the services in paragraph 11.6. These shall be allocated in accordance with the Operator's or its Affiliates' or the Participant’s standard accounting policies and practices in force from time to time which will be advised to the Participants and the Operator as appropriate: (a) Salary and related benefits (as described in paragraph 12.1.1) of the personnel referred to in paragraph 11.3 who are employed on Joint Operations or who support Joint Operations. Such personnel may be employed by, seconded to or hired from any third party agency by the Operator or any of its Affiliates. (b) Overhead costs incurred in supporting Joint Operations such as property costs, personnel department costs, office services, routine computer applications and costs of other support departments and like items. (c) All other costs of the Operator and any of its Affiliates in respect of personnel supporting Joint Operations which are not specifically provided as chargeable to the Joint Account elsewhere in this Section II other ...
Personnel Rates. During the Term of this Work Assignment, CSC agrees to provide and Customer agrees to purchase a minimum of 80 person-months per year of CSC consulting services at a rate of $22,500 per person-month ("Committed Purchase"). CSC shall invoice Customer for such person-months, as they are used, in one person-month increments. Any unused portion of the Committed Purchase remaining at the end of each year of the Term set out below shall be invoiced on March 31 of the following year. A person-month is defined as the full-time services of one CSC employee for a full month, less interruptions for sick leave and holiday leave and for CSC's normal scheduled holidays. The additional 50 person-months that Customer may purchase by exercising its option set out above shall be charged at a rate of $22,500 per person-month. Any additional work for the remainder of the term will be CSC's then current Standard Time and Material rates at a 20% discount.

Personnel Rates. Unless otherwise stated the personnel rates contained in this Section III shall be deemed to be fully inclusive of, but not be limited to, the following: (a) CONTRACTOR’S liability as employer, including all employment taxes, social security contributions, or other levies imposed by governmental authorities. (b) Salaries, bonus payments, pensions, holiday contributions, severance payments, medical expenses, sick pay and other employee benefits arising from the employment of personnel.   • PERSONNEL REDUCTION Section 1. In the case of a personnel reduction, probationary employees in the classification to be reduced shall be laid off first. Thereafter, the employee in the classification to be reduced with the least seniority shall be laid off first. Battalion Chiefs with the least seniority in the rank of Battalion Chief shall be reduced to the highest rank they previously held and are currently qualified for or may become qualified for within three (3) months or such extension of time as may be agreed to by the Fire Rescue Administrator and the Union President. For purposes of this Article, employees who have a needs improvement or unacceptable performance evaluation during the most recent annual evaluation may have their seniority reduced by one year. For purposes of this Article, assigned Paramedics shall be considered a classification only in order to prevent the number of Paramedics from being reduced below State requirements. Section 2. Employees who are laid off from their classifications may bump into the next lower classification in which case they may bump the most junior employee in the classification if that junior employee has less seniority. Section 3. Employees who are laid off, or who have bumped into the next lower classification, shall be recalled to their original classification in the reverse order in which they were laid off or bumped (last laid off or bumped, first recalled) provided they meet the requirements to perform the work. Employees on layoff or who have been bumped, shall be offered recall before employees are hired into their classification, or shall be offered a new position in another lateral or lower classification for which they are qualified before new employees are hired into the other classification. Section 4. Employees who are laid off shall be paid one hundred (100%) percent of accrued vacation leave. Section 5. In the case of a personnel reduction in the rank of District Chief, those District Chief(s) identified by the Fire Rescue Administrator who were promoted to that rank before July 14, 2000, and District Chiefs appointed to the rank as a result of municipal mergers, shall be reduced to the rank of Battalion Chief. Such reduction shall not adversely affect the wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment of any other bargaining unit employee. Section 6. Employees promoted to the rank of District Chief after July 13, 2000, who are affected by a personnel reduction in the rank of District Chief, shall be reduced to the classification previously held, or another position for which they have successfully tested, in accordance with the provisions of this Article. No personnel in the classification to which the employee is returned shall be removed, and any over-staffing shall be addressed through attrition. District Chiefs may sit for promotional examinations for positions of lower rank within the bargaining unit and will be considered to have obtained that status upon successful promotion of any employee with a lesser standing on that promotion register. Section 7. The protection afforded to other bargaining unit employees in sections 5 and 6 above, shall not apply in the event of a workforce reduction that affects all ranks.

  • Hourly Rates The following is a list of hourly billable rates that Contractor shall apply for additional services requested of the Contractor.
