Professional Salaries. A. The salary schedules for members covered by the Agreement for 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 are attached in the Appendix and are hereby made a part of this Agreement. B. The regular pay date shall be on the twentieth (20th) of each month. If the pay date falls on a weekend or any holiday, the pay date for that month will be the last workday prior to the twentieth (20th). Xxxx, July and August paychecks shall be provided to the employees on the last member workday of the school year. A member who is not enrolled in direct deposits may elect in writing to have their June, July and August paychecks mailed on the twentieth (20th) of those months rather than receiving all three on the last work day in June. Normally, each member will be paid on the basis of twelve (12) equal installments. A member may elect to have their salary paid in ten (10) equal monthly installments. Pay options are to be chosen during inservice week. C. Any balance in the Board’s contractual salary, due on the last contracted day to a member not returning to the District, shall be paid on the last contract day. Those members whose employment with the District ends prior to the last contracted workday, shall be paid in accordance with State law. D. All members anticipating moving horizontally on the salary placement schedule because of additional credits or degrees, should notify the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources office by March 15th of the school year preceding the anticipated move. When a faculty member has earned the right to a higher salary by reason of increased professional training, the change for the current school year shall be made upon evidence of earned credits from the appropriate institution if received by September 15. Certification of earned credits for this purpose shall be by transcript or certification of completion and filed in the Superintendent’s office by October 15. E. At the individual option of the member they may receive their extra-curricular salary in a lump sum at the conclusion of the activity. F. In the event of a situation beyond the control of the Board which requires the temporary closure of one or more of the schools, the school year may be adjusted to compensate for the number of days lost in such school or schools, at the discretion of the Board, with no additional pay in excess of each member’s yearly contracted salary. Professional Salaries. A. SALARY SCHEDULE All teachers who are eligible to receive a step increase during the upcoming school year will receive that step as of July 1 1. Salary Schedule – 2020-2021 The salary schedule for the 2020-2021 school year shall be determined by increasing the 2019-2020 Salary Schedule base by 2.00%. 2. Salary Schedule –2021-2022 The salary schedule for the 2021-2022 school year shall be determined by increasing the 2020-2021 Salary Schedule base by 2.00%. 3. Salary Schedule –2022-2023 The salary schedule for the 2022-2023 school year shall be determined by increasing the 2021-2022 Salary Schedule base by 2.00%. a. Those teachers who, as of January 1, each year, moved to the new Step 16 and have 16 years’ with the Three Rivers School District, will receive an annual Premium Service Stipend of $500 to be paid on December’s payroll in a separate check. b. Teachers who have completed or complete the National Board Certification while employed with the District will be paid a one-time bonus equal to $2,500.00. c. Those teachers who have provided official transcripts no later than September 10th of each school year, documenting the attainment of a Masters’ Degree or a PhD, will receive the appropriate stipend noted on the salary schedule in Appendix A. d. In the event of a budget deficit from the prior year, legislative action, or initiative affecting any portion of the Agreement, the salary and related economic items agreed to herein shall not be reduced without negotiations between the Association and the District. A budget deficit shall be defined as the inability of the District to finance staffing and programs through the general fund operating budget at the previous year’s level. The District or Association shall give notice of its need to renegotiate the contract during the term of the Agreement.

Professional Salaries. The salary schedule for professional employees, Appendix “A,” lists the basic salary for 187 days. The Certified/Licensed Employees’ Salary Schedule consists of a Non-Specialist Salary Schedule and a Specialist Salary Schedule. The Non-Specialist Salary Schedule includes Preschool Teachers, Speech-Language Pathologist Aides I and II, and Family-School Coordinators each of which have at least a Bachelor’s Degree. The Specialist Salary Schedule includes Speech Pathologists, School Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and Family-School Coordinators with a Master’s Degree in Social Work.

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION 11.1 The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Contract shall be set in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Agreement. 11.2 The salary of the teacher will be presumed correct as shown in the Uniform Teacher’s Contract unless the teacher or the Employer furnishes evidence of error. 11.3 An explanation as to how contract salary figures are computed will accompany the first paycheck of each school year. 11.4 Basic salaries for teachers shall be paid in twenty-six (26) payments. Basic salaries for teachers shall be paid in twenty-six (26) payments in a given calendar year. Exceptions may be made with the approval of the Cash Flow Committee. A teacher may receive the balance due on his contract with the first scheduled paycheck in July by written notice to the Business Office by May 1. If May 1 occurs on a day that school is not in session, the deadline shall be the next regular school day. A teacher who makes this election shall continue each year to receive the balance due on his contract with the first scheduled paycheck in July unless he notifies the Business Office by May 1 that he prefers to be paid in twenty-six (26) payments. Teachers will be notified by the Cash Flow Committee of the Xxxxxxx Teachers’ Federation prior to June 1 in the event the balance on teachers’ contracts due on the first scheduled paycheck in July cannot be paid. 11.5 New teachers will receive one half (½) of their first pay one payroll in advance and the remaining one half (½) on the next pay date. 11.6 Effective January 1, 2009, teacher pay will be issued via direct deposit only. 11.7 The Superintendent may approve additional compensation for individual teachers who have been authorized by the Superintendent to perform additional work assignments. 11.8 Payroll deductions for teachers shall be made as required by law or as mutually agreed to by the parties. Teachers may authorize deductions for tax-sheltered annuities during open enrollment periods of the carrier companies involved. 11.9 Deductions for daily absences not covered by provisions in the Contract shall be made at the same rate as earned. 11.10 Effective January 1, 1993, the Board shall pay directly to the Indiana State Teachers Retirement Fund each teacher’s three percent (3%) contribution to the fund. 11.11 The parties recognize that the salaries which appear on Regular Teacher’s Contracts and Teacher’s Temporary Contracts will be inaccurate whenever a salary increase is approved after these contracts have been executed. At the time of a teacher’s retirement, the Employer will review these contracts and, when necessary, revise the contracts for the five (5) years of service before retirement in which the teacher’s annual compensation was highest so they accurately reflect the sums which the teacher earned in each of those five (5) years. 11.12 The parties recognize that students are entitled to be taught by fully qualified teachers, while at the same time recognizing a professional responsibility to assist in the preparation of student teachers. Therefore, supervision by a teacher of a student teacher shall be voluntary. No teacher should serve as a supervising teacher more than one-half (1/2) of the total teaching time each year. This provision was not bargained and has been included for informational purposes only. Should 11.13 If the Employer determines that any committee should continue its work during the summer, teachers belonging to the committee performing such services shall be paid on the same basis and in the same manner as summer school teachers. If the Employer determines that professional development should occur in the summer, specific teachers invited to participate shall be paid on the same basis as summer school teachers.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.

  • Professional Service Consultant agrees that all services and work performed under this agreement will be accomplished in a professional manner, in accordance with the accepted standards of Contractor’s profession.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;

  • Professional Expenses Each calendar year during the Employment Term, the Company agrees to reimburse the Executive for up to $10,000 of reasonable professional expenses (i.e., accounting, financial planning, estate planning expenses) incurred by the Executive during such year for personal advice rendered to the Executive.

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.

  • Professionals For projects involving installation or construction services, the Grantee agrees that only licensed professionals will be used to perform services under this Grant Agreement where such services are called for and licensed professionals are required for those services under State law.

  • PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR Teachers are expected to comply with reasonable rules, regulations, and directions adopted by the Board, or its representatives, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, provided that a teacher may reasonably refuse to carry out an order which threatens physical safety or well being or is professionally demeaning.

  • Professional Liability insurance shall be written with limits no less than $1,000,000 per claim and $1,000,000 policy aggregate limit, as applicable.

  • Professional Fees Borrower promises to pay Lender’s fees and expenses necessary to finalize the loan documentation, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees, UCC searches, filing costs, and other miscellaneous expenses. In addition, Borrower promises to pay any and all reasonable attorneys’ and other professionals’ fees and expenses (including fees and expenses of in-house counsel) incurred by Lender after the Closing Date in connection with or related to: (a) the Loan; (b) the administration, collection, or enforcement of the Loan; (c) the amendment or modification of the Loan Documents; (d) any waiver, consent, release, or termination under the Loan Documents; (e) the protection, preservation, sale, lease, liquidation, or disposition of Collateral or the exercise of remedies with respect to the Collateral; (f) any legal, litigation, administrative, arbitration, or out of court proceeding in connection with or related to Borrower or the Collateral, and any appeal or review thereof; and (g) any bankruptcy, restructuring, reorganization, assignment for the benefit of creditors, workout, foreclosure, or other action related to Borrower, the Collateral, the Loan Documents, including representing Lender in any adversary proceeding or contested matter commenced or continued by or on behalf of Borrower’s estate, and any appeal or review thereof.
