RECOGNITION AND UNIT OF REPRESENTATION. 1.1 The Board of Education of District No. 131, Winnebago County, Illinois, hereinafter referred to as the “Board” hereby recognizes the Kinnikinnick Education Association affiliated with the Illinois Education Association/National Education Association, hereinafter referred to as the “Association” as the sole, exclusive negotiating agent for all full-time and regular part-time licensed professional personnel employed by the Board, and required to be licensed under Article 21 of the Illinois Revised Statutes, but excluding the Superintendent, building principals, and other supervisory personnel having the authority to hire, transfer, assign, promote, evaluate, discharge or discipline, or to effectively recommend such action. The term “regular part-time licensed professional personnel” shall mean individuals employed on an annual basis and working 50 percent or more of the school term and 3.5 clock hours or more of the school day and work less than full-time. The term “Teacher” when used hereinafter this Agreement shall refer to all licensed professional personnel included in the negotiating unit set forth above and thereby represented by the Association.

It shall not 29 limit the County's right to contract out work or to transfer work to other employees not included within 30 the aforementioned unit when the nature or amount of work changes.

The position classifications currently included within the scope of the bargaining unit as certified by the WERC are: Clerk Typist, Clerk Typist 2, Clerk, Clerk 2, Library Assistant 1, Library Assistant 2, Bookmender 1, Bookmender 2, Administrative Clerk 1 and 2, Information and Referral Specialist, Stock Clerk and Account Clerk 1, 2 and 3. Any dispute regarding the scope of the bargaining unit shall be subject to the duty of the WERC.

The position classifications currently included within the scope of the bargaining unit as certified by the WERC are: Librarian 1, Librarian 2 and non-supervisory Librarian 3. Any dispute regarding the scope of the bargaining unit shall be subject to the duty of the WERC.

RECOGNITION AND UNIT OF REPRESENTATION. 1. The CITY hereby recognizes the ASSOCIATION as the exclusive collective bargaining representative of all regular employees of the CITY of Kenosha Police Department employed in the following classifications: Detective Traffic Officer Court Officer Police Canine Specialist Police Officer on questions of wages, hours, and conditions of employment. The CITY reserves the right to grant additional wages and fringe benefits to any particular classification over and above the amount agreed upon between the CITY and the ASSOCIATION as set forth in the contract.

  • Survival of Representations All representations and warranties made herein or in any other Loan Document or in certificates given pursuant hereto or thereto shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and shall continue in full force and effect with respect to the date as of which they were made as long as any credit is in use or available hereunder.

  • Recognition and Representation Section 1: Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Employee-Management Relations Act (NRS 288 inclusive) the CITY OF XXXXXXXXX, NEVADA, a local government employer (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), recognizes the GENERAL SALES DRIVERS, DELIVERY DRIVERS, AND REPRESENTING THE PUBLIC SECTOR, LOCAL NO. 14, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the "UNION") as the Bargaining Agent for eligible employees as hereinafter defined for the purpose of collective bargaining.
