Salary and Salary Schedule. The teacher salary schedule is part of this agreement and incorporated herein. A teacher, who leaves the District, if rehired by the District, will be placed on the next step of the salary schedule as if there had been no interruption in that teacher’s employment. Placement on the salary schedule must be verified by official transcripts and verification of previous employment. Contracts are issued for ten months according to placement on the salary schedule; contracts will approximate, but not exceed, 186 days. Teachers new to the District are issued contracts for ten months that approximate, but do not exceed,186 days, but are paid according to the Hourly Payment Schedule for New Teacher Orientation. Any teacher frozen on Step 23 for the 2015-2016 school year will receive an additional $750 for each year they remain at that step. Salary and Salary Schedule. X. Xxxxxxx will consist of 24 equal installments with the first payroll being three weeks after a staff member commences work, beginning in the 2010 – 2011 school year. Require all employees to use direct deposit with email notification beginning in the 2010 – 2011 school year. In the event email is unavailable, paper copies may be requested. If a payroll date falls on a holiday or vacation, payroll will be distributed and/or mailed not earlier than the Board’s payroll account depository closing hour on the day prior to the regular payroll date.
Salary and Salary Schedule. The Board shall pay the Superintendent a prorated annual salary of two hundred nineteen thousand, five hundred and forty dollars ($219,540) for the 2019-20 school year, which amount is inclusive of the five thousand dollar ($5,000) high school salary increment. For each school year thereafter, the Board shall pay the Superintendent an annual salary in accordance with the following salary schedule which amounts include the Five-Thousand Dollar ($5,000) high school salary increment: 2020-2021 $223,931 2021-2022 $228,409 2022-2023 $232,978 2023-2024 $237,637 The annual salary rate shall be paid to the Superintendent in accordance with the schedule of salary payments in effect for other certified employees.
