Supervisor Allowance. 30.14.1 A Medical Technician appointed to be responsible for supervising the work of other Medical Technicians shall be paid at the rate of 7.5% of the rate of a Medical Technician at the fourth year of experience.
30.14.2 A Renal Dialysis Technician appointed to be responsible for supervising the work of other Renal Dialysis Technicians and/or in charge of a section or annexe of the service shall be paid at the rate of 7.5% of the rate of a Renal Dialysis Technician at the fourth year of experience.
Supervisor Allowance. An employee who is advised by the Employer that they are to supervise others in their work and performance shall be paid an allowance of $3.00 per day.
Supervisor Allowance. 28.1 An Employee who supervises the following number of Employees will be paid the Supervisor Allowance as set out below:
(a) 2 – 5 Employees = $33.60 per week;
(b) 6 – 10 Employees = $43.00 per week;
(c) 11 or more Employees = $57.38 per week.
Supervisor Allowance. (a) A Supervisor Allowance will be paid to an employee who is appointed by the Company to perform the role of supervisor and the employee agrees to take on full responsibility for the continued operation of production in the absence of onsite management. For clarity, this includes all tasks and responsibilities associated with effective plant operations that would have otherwise been performed by a site manager.
(b) The Supervisor Allowance is only payable for the duration that the employee is required and appointed to perform the role of Supervisor. If the Company no longer requires the employee to perform the role of Supervisor and/or the employee decides to no longer perform the role of Supervisor, the payment of this allowance will cease.
(c) For the purpose of this allowance, a Supervisor is defined as an employee appointed by the Company who is mainly responsible for;
(i) the work of other employees and/or the provision of on-the-job training including coordination and/or technical guidance; or
(ii) responsible for the supervision and/or training of other employees or trainers; or
(iii) responsible primarily for the exercise of technical skills up to the level of their skill and competence and who are additionally involved in the supervision/training of other employees.
(d) The Supervisor Allowance is only applicable to Production Supervisors. For the avoidance of doubt, the Supervisor Allowance is not applicable to Maintenance employees.
(e) The Supervisor Allowance is not payable where an employee is on a period annual leave, personal leave, long service leave and/or any other type of leave.
Supervisor Allowance. To act as a responsible supervisor for up to 10 employee’s Weekly Allowance of $140.22 To act as a responsible supervisor for over 11 employee' Weekly Allowance of $234.63
Supervisor Allowance. 4.2.4.1. Effective until June 9, 2022, $9,479.
4.2.4.2. Effective June 10, 2022, 0.50 % increase, $9,526.40
4.2.4.3. Effective September 1, 2022, 1.25% increase, $9,645.47
4.2.4.4. Effective September 1, 2023, 2.00 % increase, $9,838.38
Supervisor Allowance. The position of Supervisor shall be directly appointed by Management based on individual ability and performance and will be paid an allowance of $1.00 per hour for every paid hour employed as a Supervisor. (eg Normal Hour = $1.00, Time & Half Hour = $1.50, Double time Hour = $2.00, etc)
Supervisor Allowance. An employee appointed by the Company to perform the functions of a Supervisor will receive a payment of $3.20 per hour in addition to their ordinary time rate of pay. The allowances for Leading Hands and Supervisors are paid for all purposes and effectively become part of the employee's wage and are included in the base rate for overtime calculations.
Supervisor Allowance. A person appointed as a supervisor shall be paid at the rate for the number of persons supervised in accordance with Appendix 2.
Supervisor Allowance. 9.3.1 An Employee who is expressly appointed by ACES or its Stakeholder client as a Supervisor will be paid for ordinary hours a Supervisor allowance as set out in Schedule B.
