Access and Installation. 4.1 The Customer shall at its own expense in advance of any installation work:
Access and Installation. 5.1 Our obligation to provide the Services and Equipment depends on our obtaining the necessary licenses, wayleaves, consents, or other permissions to enable us to provide you with the Services. We shall have no liability whatsoever to provide you with the Services and Equipment if they cannot be obtained. Any suggested date of connection is not binding upon us and we give no undertaking whatsoever that we will connect the Equipment or Services on, or by, a certain date, and we will not be liable to you for any delay in connecting the Equipment or Services.
Access and Installation. The installation process will take between 1-5 working days and we will complete the installation as soon as we reasonably can. We will try to fulfil our obligations under this contract within a reasonable time. However, any installation or completion date we give is a guide only and is based upon information given by you and other information known to us at the time. We cannot be held liable for delay or failure to complete the works caused by events beyond our reasonable control, in those cases we will complete the work as soon as reasonably possible. Whilst we pride ourselves on our clean and efficient working practices, we do need you to allow us sufficient access to the site and to prepare the workspace for the installation. Once you commit to an installation date you agree to: • Ensure that the fitter has access to the site at reasonable times (between 08:00 and 18:00 on weekdays) or otherwise as agreed by you and us. • Advise us on suitable parking and access for our van, with a clear route for transporting goods from our van to the site. If you have a driveway please have it ready for when we arrive on site. You must also ensure that all paths, driveways and passageways we will use on site are kept completely free from any and all obstructions. • Inform your neighbours in advance if noise or restricted access related to the work is likely to be an issue. • Wherever possible cutting will be done in the room (with dust sheets down and appropriate extraction connected to power tools, and a final xxxxxx to leave the room at least as clean as we found it). • Inform us of the location of any electrical cables and pipes before fitting. We will not be liable for any costs incurred for repairing electrical cables or damaged plumbing when drilling into walls, if we have not been informed of their location prior to the installation. Please note that cable detectors are not always reliable. We also need to know the location of the stopcock and fuse board. • Ensure that the fitter can use the mains electricity supply from a standard 13A 240V socket free of charge, and that the supply is installed to the usual standards in force at the time.• Provide reasonable access to the room where the goods are to be fitted (ladder access is not acceptable). • Clear the room, and along our route into the room, where the installation is to take place of any breakable or valuable items that may be at risk of damage. • Remove any frames, lampshades and soft furnishings that ma...
Access and Installation. 10.1 The Client shall ensure that FP has clear and free access to the nominated delivery address to enable FP to install and/or dismantle the Equipment, and, where FP is collecting the scaffolding from the Site, FP agrees at the time of collection to remove the scaffolding and carry out any reasonable clean-up of the Site required as a result of the installation or removal of the scaffolding. Furthermore, it is acknowledged that it is unreasonable to expect the clean-up to restore the property to its pre-existing condition, especially in the event where existing grass has died off due to the covering of base blocks to establish foundation support for the Equipment, such damage will remain the Client’s responsibility.
Access and Installation. (a) The Premises suitability for an EVSE will be determined at the sole discretion of Liberty-Empire. Liberty-Empire will schedule installation of the EVSE with Participant. Participant shall give Liberty-Empire and its approved contractors and agents, permission to enter the Premises to perform the installation and any operation, maintenance, repair, or removal activities at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice during the Term of this Agreement. Participant shall provide Premises access to governmental authorities for any inspections of, and installation of monitoring hardware and/or software on, the EVSE. To verify the accuracy of the metering equipment embedded within the EVSE, Liberty-Empire may deploy at its discretion a subset of additional advance metering infrastructure (AMI) meters in addition to existing AMI meters, which will separately measure the consumption from the EVSE at no extra cost to Participant, and provided, there are no physical restrictions on Participant’s Premises that prevent this installation, Participant consents to such installation. Failing or refusing to allow reasonable access will be a default under Section 1.
Access and Installation. 7.1 You will be responsible for providing our installation team with access to the delivery address as necessary for the delivery, including any costs associated with such delivery, such as the costs of parking, and (if included in your order) the installation of the goods. The delivery and installation charges will be discussed with you at the time of your order. Factors affecting the charges include the delivery and installation location and the size and complexity of the order.

(a) The installation charge is agreed upon the basis that full and free access to the Premises during normal working hours is provided within 30 days from the date of dispatch of this agreement to the Customer. If access is not available within this period, the Company reserves the right to review the installation charge and to make additional labour charges. The Company shall not be liable for any delay in the installation beyond our reasonable control.

Furthermore, it is acknowledged that it is unreasonable to expect the clean- up to restore the property to its pre-existing condition, especially in the event where existing grass has died off due to the covering of base blocks to establish foundation support for the Scaffolding, such damage will remain the Client’s responsibility.
Access and Installation. 00.0.Xxx shall ensure that we have clear and free access to the nominated delivery address at all times (and that such access is suitable to accept the weight of laden trucks or other heavy equipment as may be deemed necessary) to enable us to erect, install and dismantle the Equipment. We agree at the time of completion to carry out (in a reasonable manner) the cleanup of the site where Equipment was installed, however, you acknowledge that it is unreasonable to expect the cleanup to restore the property to its pre-existing condition (including grass that has died off due to the covering of base blocks to establish foundation support for the Equipment or the weight of the Equipment causing hairline cracks in existing concrete) and any such damage will be your responsibility.
