Agent Training. 4.1 Contractor shall ensure that any Agent who access applications or information stores which contain Metro Government Information are adequately trained on the appropriate use and protection of the information or information and the security of the application. Completion of this training must be documented and must occur before Agent may access any Sensitive Information. This training must include, at a minimum:
Agent Training. Agent must be qualified to properly represent the features, limitations, and technical requirements of the services it sells, and may be required to attend training seminars that Bandwave Systems may hold for the benefit of its Agents.
Agent Training. The agent resources described in Section 6.1 shall have the training described in this Section. Additionally, ALLTEL shall provide and Client shall pay for training of additional agents (fifteen (15) agents) during each of the months of September and October an estimated thirty (30) as needed to compensate for attrition.
Agent Training a. IBM new hire classroom training shall include two days of pre-process training and process training as mentioned below: • Customer Service and Telesales : 4 weeks • Ticketing : 3 weeks
Agent Training. Training is available subject to additional fees and expenses. As set forth in the applicable Services Order, Genesys will provide initial user training to Customer’s trainer and administrative Agents. Classroom or in-person training shall be conducted at a mutually acceptable location and date. Customer will cause one or more of its employees to attend “Train the Trainer” training prior to the planned Provisioning Date. Thereafter, Customer’s trainer will conduct user training for Customer’s Agents that are expected to commence use of the Genesys Cloud Services as of the planned Provisioning Date. Following the planned Provisioning Date, Customer’s trainer will provide user training on an ongoing basis to enable Customer’s Agents continued use and understand the functionality of the Genesys Cloud Services as appropriate for the Agents’ areas of responsibility.
Agent Training. Agent shall become familiar with, and shall comply with, WHA’s organization, rules, procedures, and WHA Products. Agent shall participate in WHA marketing training programs, and during the term of this Agreement, Agent shall attend seminars and educational meetings concerning WHA organization, procedures, and WHA Products when necessary to maintain Agent’s knowledge. WHA shall be responsible for training Agent regarding WHA Products, and shall notify Agent of any significant changes to such WHA Products. Agent Training. There will be no fee charged to the agent for participation in Cover Oregon certification training. At the conclusion of training, agents may choose not to participate in the sale of Cover Oregon QHP’s. Those who decline to affiliate will not receive authorization to use the Cover Oregon secure portal, will not be authorized to offer Exchange products, will not be eligible to receive commission, and will not be included in Cover Oregon referral resource. Those agents who choose not to affiliate with Cover Oregon who have otherwise completed training will be eligible to receive Continuing Education credits for the course completed. • Training Locations: Location of training will be based on ease of access, room capacity, and availability of beverage service. Exchange staffing for training will require travel of specially trained Cover Oregon staff. Additional staffing needs for the initial training will include support staff to facilitate the completion, collection and submission of documentation, including documentation of attendees and documentation of open issues and/or questions, administration of continuing education credit documentation, response to outstanding open issues raised during training, and completion of affiliation submission with the regulators after training is complete. Each meeting will be staffed with adequate presentation and support staff.
Agent Training. On-line pre-training will be implemented to launch in Spring 2013. In person training and certification training sessions will be scheduled for June through September 2013, in advance of the initial open enrollment period. Training will be held in multiple locations throughout Oregon. Training locations and sessions will be established with the intent to reach all agents who desire affiliation with Cover Oregon, with locations and sessions expanded based on demand. Training will be provided free of cost to the agent.
Agent Training. Agent will participate in any and all applicable training and testing in accordance with Laws and such other requirements as set forth by the Plan as the same may be amended by the Plan from time to time relating to Services rendered under this Agreement. Plan, or if applicable Agent, shall provide training and testing to each Sales Agent, and shall be responsible for otherwise preparing each Sales Agent to perform Marketing Services under this Agreement in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Prior to soliciting individuals to enroll in a Plan Product, Agent must participate, and will require its employees and contractors to participate in, an orientation and training program to become informed about Plan policies and procedures, Medicare Advantage Plans and the CMS regulations governing the sale and solicitation of Medicare Advantage Plans. Agent may solicit Plan Medicare group or individual plans only if Agent has completed Plan’s required training. Plan’s required training includes the following: X.
