Annual Leave Entitlement and Accrual. (a) All Full Time Employees and Specified Task Employees work full time hours are entitled to progressively accrue annual leave at the rate of four weeks per annum. (b) All Part Time Employees and Specified Task Employees who work part time hours will accrue a pro-rated equivalent of the rate of annual leave by Full Time Employees and Specified Task Employees work full time hours, according to their hours worked. (c) Annual leave: (i) accrues when an Employee is on paid leave, community service leave and long service leave; and (ii) does not accrue when an Employee is on unpaid leave, unpaid personal/carer’s leave, unpaid parental leave or absent without the Company’s express authorisation. (d) Shiftworkers are entitled to progressively accrue annual leave at the rate of five weeks per annum. Where a worker over the course of the employment alternates between being a dayworker or a shiftworker, the annual leave will accrue at the differing rates during each of those periods.

Annual Leave Entitlement and Accrual. The annual leave accrual entitlement for current rosters for full-time Employees is as follows: Even Time Rosters (including Lifestyle & 7/7) 21 210 Infrastructure Maintenance D/S (4 on 4 off; 4 on 2 off) 20 175 For any new rosters, full time Employees will accrue: (a) 175 Ordinary Hours or 5 weeks annual leave per annum (whichever is the greater); and (b) An Employee who is a Seven Day Roster Employee or who works a roster which requires ordinary shifts on public holidays and not less than 272 Ordinary Hours per year on Sundays is entitled annually to an additional 35 Ordinary Hours, or one week of annual leave (whichever is the greater). Part-time Employees accrue annual leave on a proportionate basis.
Annual Leave Entitlement and Accrual. (a) Throughout the term of this Agreement, full-time and part-time employees, excluding those outlined in clause 17.1(b) below, will progressively accrue paid annual leave at the rate of 20 days per annum for full-time employees, or for part-time employees the pro rata equivalent based on a 38-hour week for full- time employees. (b) Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses within the classifications set out at Schedule 1 and who are full-time and part-time employees, throughout the term of this Agreement, will progressively accrue paid annual leave at the rate of 25 days per annum for full-time employees, or for part-time employees the pro-rata equivalent based on a 38 hour week for full-time employees. (c) For employees employed as a Care Worker, Support Worker or Domestic Worker within the classifications set out at Schedule 1, a shiftworker, for the purposes of an additional week's annual leave provided by the NES, is an employee who works: (i) for more than 4 ordinary hours on 10 or more weekends during the yearly period in respect of which their annual leave accrues; or (ii) at least eight 24-hour care shifts in accordance with clause 11.5 during the yearly period in respect of which their annual leave accrues. (d) For employees employed as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse within the classifications set out at Schedule 1, a shiftworker, for the purposes of an additional week's annual leave provided by the NES, is an employee who is regularly rostered over 7 days of the week and regularly works on weekends. (e) A shiftworker for the purposes of the NES, within the meaning of clause 17.1(c) or 17.1(d), is entitled to 1 additional week of paid annual leave for each year of service on top of their entitlement under either clause 17.1(a) or clause 17.1(b) depending on the employee's classification under this Agreement. (f) Unused annual leave accrues from year to year.

  • Sick Leave Entitlement A permanent full-time employee shall earn paid sick leave at the rate of one and one-half (1½) days per month. Sick leave shall accumulate to a total of eighty-five (85) working days. Permanent part-time employees shall be entitled to sick leave on a pro-rata basis.

  • Leave Entitlement An eligible employee is entitled to take up to a total of twelve (12) 41 work weeks of FMLA leave in a 12-month period, to be measured backwards from the 42 commencement date the employee uses FMLA leave. An eligible employee taking leave 43 under Article 12.02(10)(b) shall be permitted to take up to 26 work weeks of leave in a 44 12-month period.

  • Vacation Leave Accrual Rate Schedule Full Years of Service Hours Per Year

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

  • Entitlement to Vacation Leave With Pay An employee is entitled to vacation leave with pay to the extent of his earned credits but an employee who has completed six (6) months of continuous employment may receive an advance of credits equivalent to the anticipated credits for the vacation year.

  • Leave Entitlements (a) A sessional practitioner shall be entitled to pro rata leave entitlements (excluding paid overseas study leave) in the same ratio as the number of sessions allocated bears to 10. If during any qualifying period the number of sessions allocated to a sessional practitioner varies, the number shall be averaged over the qualifying period. (b) A sessional practitioner shall be entitled to paid public holidays in accordance with Clause 31 – Public Holidays if the public holidays occur on a day on which a session is normally worked. If a sessional practitioner is required to work on a public holiday the provisions of Clause 28(6) shall apply.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave Credits An employee shall earn vacation leave credits for each calendar month during which the employee receives pay for at least ten (10) days at the following rate:

  • Vacation Leave Credits ‌ Full-time and part-time employees will be credited with vacation leave accrued monthly, according to the rate schedule and vacation leave accrual below.

  • Entitlement to Annual Leave For each year of service with the Employer a full-time or part-time Employee is entitled to four (4) weeks of paid annual leave.

  • Sick Leave Accrual All eligible employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of four (4) hours per pay period of continuous employment beginning with their date of eligibility. Eligible employees being paid for less than a full eighty (80) hour pay period shall have sick leave accruals pro-rated in accord with the schedule set forth in Appendix D.
