Budgets and Plans. Pursuant to Section 10.2 of the MOU, StadCo is required to submit to the Authority certain budgets and plans. The Authority will endeavor to enforce such provisions against StadCo and will provide the City with copies of the budgets and plans provided to the Authority by StadCo pursuant such section.

Budgets and Plans. The Advisor will prepare and submit to the General Partner within 90 days after signature of this Agreement, and thereafter not less than 90 days prior to the end of each fiscal year of the Partnership, the following budgets and plans in respect of each Property for the following fiscal year: (a) an annual operating budget, showing the operating budget on a quarterly basis; (b) an annual capital expenditure budget; (c) a leasing plan, which will set forth proposals on rental rates, tenant inducements, free rent arrangements, landlord's work, net effective rents and any other material terms and conditions for new leases and the renewal of existing leases; and (d) an organizational and/or strategic plan for the operation and management of the Property.
Budgets and Plans. Contractor shall advise and assist Owner in receiving, commenting on, approving, preparing and submitting all budgets, operating plans, fuel plans and other such materials (including Budgets, Operating Plans and Maintenance Programs) as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Facilities.
Budgets and Plans. 18.5.1 The Borrowers will no later than the end of each of their financial years submit to the Agent (in sufficient copies for all the Lenders, if the Agent so requests) a copy of their draft capital and operating budget (or such other budget as is appropriate for the business in which they or their Subsidiaries are engaged) for the following financial year for approval by the Agent (acting reasonably in the context of the Facility). Such budget shall show consolidated aggregated figures for the Borrowers and the UK Operating Companies as well as individual breakdowns of those figures between each Borrower and each UK Operating Company. The Agent will advise the Borrowers as soon as reasonably practicable whether such budget is approved. 18.5.2 In the event that the budget is not approved the Agent and the Borrowers will consult each other and use reasonable endeavours to agree a revised budget. 18.5.3 If during the financial year to which such budget relates any expenditure is incurred which deviates by more than 10% from the amount in respect of such expenditure which is provided for in the budget the Borrowers will promptly notify the Agent and will, if required by the Agent, provide an explanation for such deviation. 18.5.4 The Borrowers will within one month of the end of each financial quarter provide the Agent with quarterly updates showing actual expenditure against budgeted expenditure. 18.5.5 At the same time as submitting budgets to the Agent in accordance with clause 18.5.1 above the Borrowers will produce a financial plan for the three years following the budget period.
Budgets and Plans. (a) Subject to applicable law and the GWCCA’s general procurement policy and procedures, StadCo will submit to the GWCCA each year, by January 15, a proposed maintenance plan and capital improvement plan for the NSP for StadCo’s following fiscal year. The GWCCA will notify StadCo within 25 business days of receipt if it objects to any of the proposed capital expenditures and the specific reasons for the objection, which must be reasonable under the circumstances. In case of an objection, the GWCCA and XxxxXx will work together in good faith to finalize the plan within 20 business days following receipt of such objection. StadCo will not commence work on any improvement to which the GWCCA has objected until the objection is resolved to the satisfaction of both the GWCCA and StadCo. Once approved, StadCo will be required to complete all work on a basis substantially consistent with the timetable in the proposed plan, except to the extent affected by factors beyond StadCo’s control. (b) StadCo will also submit to the GWCCA each year a rolling five-year forecast for projected capital improvements and maintenance. Such submission is for information only and will not constitute authorization for StadCo to undertake any such cost or investment earlier than as approved through the annual process described above.

Budgets and Plans. In accordance with Section 7.3(b)(i) above, the Managing Partner shall prepare and submit to the Management Committee for consideration and approval the Budgets and Plans as follows: (a) Except for the 1998 Partnership Business Plan and Partnership Budget which shall be due within thirty (30) days of the date of this Agreement, at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of a fiscal year, the Managing Partner shall prepare and submit to the Management Committee a proposed Annual Partnership Business Plan and Partnership Budget detailing with respect to the following fiscal year all material aspects of the operation of the Partnership, the management of the business of the Partnership, the transactions and projects anticipated to be undertaken by the Partnership or its Subsidiaries and such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Management Committee, including, without limitation, the following: (i) a description of specific proposed developments and real estate acquisitions together with proposed terms of each transaction and parameters of yet unspecified projects; (ii) the number and duties of employees of the Managing Partner or its Affiliates engaged or to be engaged on behalf of the Partnership; (iii) projected revenues of the Partnership from development, management, leasing, property acquisition/disposition and asset management fees; (iv) projected cash expenditures, including salaries and benefits for employees of the Managing Partner and its Affiliates engaged or to be engaged on behalf of the Partnership and other identified expenses to be reimbursed by the Partnership; (v) projected capital expenditures; and (vi) projected reserves. (b) Additionally, within a reasonable period of time after the Partnership has identified a potential project for consideration, the Managing Partner shall prepare and submit to the Management Committee a proposed Project Plan and a proposed Project Budget with respect to such potential project. The proposed Project Plan shall include, without limitation, the following information: (i) the proposed name of the project; (ii) preliminary architectural plans and specifications setting forth the scope and size of the project, the quality and type of architectural finishes, and the standards and methods of construction, including plans and elevations; (iii) a development pro forma statement of total project costs and anticipated revenues and expenses; (iv) the proposed leasing policy, tenant allowances, and...
