Longevity Program. A. In recognition of an employee’s service to GHAPS as a teacher and/or administrator, at year five (5) the employee will receive five hundred dollars ($500.00) and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each additional year after five (5) years. The maximum longevity payment will be two thousand three hundred dollars ($2,300.00) and will be made subsequent to the completion of each year paid on June 1 in a lump sum. Offset prorations will be made in the first payment based on the month of hire. Both teacher and administrator years with GHAPS will count towards longevity. A break in service to the district will not count against the total accumulation of longevity years. The employer shall make the entire payment as an employer contribution directly into the employee’s 403(b) account established by the employee from the board approved list of companies. Employees will not have the option to receive cash, but the longevity payment will constitute an employer contribution under 403(b) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).

Longevity Program. Any employee hired after January 1, 1991, shall not be eligible for the longevity program. Each employee hired prior to January 1, 1991 who completes five (5) years of continuous uninterrupted service shall become eligible for longevity payment computed as follows:
Longevity Program. A regular faculty member who has completed fifteen (15) but not more than twenty (20) years of full-time service with the West Xxxx Community College District “District” shall receive a total of a 1% increase to their base salary as determined by the salary schedule. A regular faculty member who has completed twenty (20) but not more than twenty- five (25) years of full-time District service shall receive a total of a 2% increase to their base salary as determined by the salary schedule. Longevity Program. In order to promote and encourage long term employment, the County institutes this separate longevity program for those personnel covered by this Agreement. This program is additional to the years-in-title program presently in existence. Employees working less than a regular full-time schedule shall not be eligible for longevity.
Longevity Program. The Employer agrees to institute a Longevity Program for employees represented by Teamsters Union Local No. 142, specifically, employees who work in the Street, Sanitation and Sewer Departments as follows: Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per month for employees with 3 to 8 years of service. Seventy Dollars ($70.00) per month for employees with 8 to 13 years of service. Eighty Dollars ($80.00) per month for employees with 13 or more years of service. Longevity pay shall be paid based on a normal forty (40) hour work week and 4.3 weeks in a month, and longevity shall be prorated based on the number of hours worked in a month.

Longevity Program. All employees covered by this agreement shall be eligible for one and one- half percent (1.5%) increase to their base wage following completion of their fifth (5th) year of employment, a three percent (3%) increase after their tenth (10th) year, a four and one-half percent (4.5%) increase after their fifteenth (15th) year, and a six percent (6%) increase after their twentieth year of employment with the district. Longevity increases shall be applied in the month following the anniversary date. Longevity is reflected in Schedule A.
