LONGEVITY PROGRAM. 1. To be eligible to participate in the Longevity Program, a bargaining unit member must:
a. have been employed by the Board prior to and/or as of January 18, 2012; and
b. be currently and regularly assigned twenty (20) hours or more per week; and
c. have received an overall satisfactory performance evaluation during the preceding work year; and
d. have at least thirteen (13) years of service for the Board. For calculating years of service for the Board, September 30th shall be the cut-off date, meaning that bargaining unit members with employment dates after September 30th will not be given credit for that year.
2. The following award levels shall apply to bargaining unit members eligible to participate in the Longevity Program.
a. For those eligible bargaining unit members who are currently and regularly scheduled to work at least thirty-five (35) hours per week shall receive the following annual, lump-sum payment based upon completed years of service for the Board:
(1) 13 years to 18 years: $1,000 (2) 19 years to 23 years: $1,300 (3) 24 years and up: $1,550
b. For eligible bargaining unit members who are currently and regularly scheduled to work at least twenty (20) per week but less than thirty-five (35) hours per week shall receive the following annual, lump-sum payment based upon completed years of service for the Board: 14 years through 24 years: $500
c. Awards will be paid with the eligible bargaining unit member’s regular paycheck; no separate paycheck will be issued.
3. Bargaining unit members commencing new employment with the Board after January 18, 2012 shall not be eligible to participate in the Longevity Pay program.
LONGEVITY PROGRAM. In recognition of an employee’s service to GHAPS as a teacher and/or administrator, at year five (5) the employee will receive $500, and $100 for each additional year after five (5) years. The maximum longevity payment will be $2,500 and will be made subsequent to the completion of each year paid on June 1 in a lump sum. Offset prorations will be made in the first payment based on the month of hire. Both teacher and administrator years with GHAPS will count towards longevity. A break in service to the district will not count against the total accumulation of longevity years. The employer shall make the entire payment as an employer contribution directly into the employee’s 403(b) account established by the employee from the board approved list of companies. Employees will not have the option to receive cash, but the longevity payment will constitute an employer contribution under 403(b) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
LONGEVITY PROGRAM. Any employee hired after January 1, 1991, shall not be eligible for the longevity program. Each employee hired prior to January 1, 1991 who completes five (5) years of continuous uninterrupted service shall become eligible for longevity payment computed as follows:
a. For each five (5) year period of service as outlined above, each employee of the Township shall receive the following in addition to the current annual salary: After 5 continuous years $ 500.00 After 10 continuous years 1,000.00 After 15 continuous years 1,500.00 After 20 continuous years 2,000.00 After 25 continuous years 2,500.00
b. The effective date as to eligibility for longevity shall be the anniversary date of the individual’s employment by the Township of Xxxxx and the amount shall be as set forth above.
LONGEVITY PROGRAM. A. In recognition of an employee’s service to GHAPS as a teacher and/or administrator, at year five (5) the employee will receive five hundred dollars ($500.00) and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each additional year after five (5) years. The maximum longevity payment will be two thousand three hundred dollars ($2,300.00) and will be made subsequent to the completion of each year paid on June 1 in a lump sum. Offset prorations will be made in the first payment based on the month of hire. Both teacher and administrator years with GHAPS will count towards longevity. A break in service to the district will not count against the total accumulation of longevity years. The employer shall make the entire payment as an employer contribution directly into the employee’s 403(b) account established by the employee from the board approved list of companies. Employees will not have the option to receive cash, but the longevity payment will constitute an employer contribution under 403(b) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
B. Those administrators at the top of their range shall receive an annual cash payment of 1.5% of their salary (paid on June 1 subsequent to the completion of each year). This payment will be off schedule and will not result in a schedule change.
LONGEVITY PROGRAM. Each employee completing five (5) years of continuous uninterrupted service shall become eligible for longevity payment computed as follows:
a. For each five (5) year period of service as outlined above, each employee of the Township shall receive the following in addition to the current annual salary After 5 continuous years $ 750.00 After 10 continuous years $1,250.00 After 15 continuous years $1,750.00 After 20 continuous years $2,250.00 Those officers presently receiving more money than specified above will be grandfathered with this larger allotment.
b. The effective date as to eligibility for longevity shall be the anniversary date of the individual's employment by the Township of Xxxxx and the amount shall be as set forth above.
LONGEVITY PROGRAM. A regular faculty member who has completed fifteen (15) but not more than twenty (20) years of full-time service with the West Xxxx Community College District “District” shall receive a total of a 1% increase to their base salary as determined by the salary schedule. A regular faculty member who has completed twenty (20) but not more than twenty- five (25) years of full-time District service shall receive a total of a 2% increase to their base salary as determined by the salary schedule. A regular faculty member who has completed twenty-five (25) years or more of full-time District service shall receive a total of a 6% increase to their base salary as determined by the salary schedule.
LONGEVITY PROGRAM. An employee who has worked for the district for ten (10) consecutive years will receive longevity compensation as set forth below. Longevity shall be earned based on the employee’s anniversary date of hire. It is an annual non-compounding compensation to be paid in equal installments on December 15 and June 30 of the year in which it is earned. Employees participating in the Retirement Program shall receive both installments in one lump sum post retirement. This benefit is based on the following: 10 – 14 years $500 15 – 19 years $750 20 – 24 years $1250 25 + $1500 10 – 14 years $350 15 – 19 years $525 20 – 24 years $875 25 + $1,050
LONGEVITY PROGRAM. The Employer agrees to institute a Longevity Program for employees represented by Teamsters Union Local No. 142, specifically, employees who work in the Street, Sanitation and Sewer Departments as follows: Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per month for employees with 3 to 8 years of service. Seventy Dollars ($70.00) per month for employees with 8 to 13 years of service. Eighty Dollars ($80.00) per month for employees with 13 or more years of service. Longevity pay shall be paid based on a normal forty (40) hour work week and 4.3 weeks in a month, and longevity shall be prorated based on the number of hours worked in a month.
LONGEVITY PROGRAM. In order to promote and encourage long term employment, the County institutes this separate longevity program for those personnel covered by this Agreement. This program is additional to the years-in-title program presently in existence. This program would be as follows: Employees with more than five (5) years of service: $200.00 per annum $300.00 effective January 1, 2002; $400.00 effective January 1, 2005. Employees with more than ten (10) years of service: but not more than fifteen (15) years of service: $400.00 per annum $500.00 effective January 1, 2002; $600.00 effective January 1, 2005. Employees with more than fifteen (15) years of service, but not more than twenty (20) years of service: $600.00 per annum $700.00 effective January 1, 2002; $800.00 effective January 1, 2005 Employees with more than twenty (20) years of service, but not more than twenty-five (25) years of service: $800.00 per annum $900.00 effective January 1, 2002; $1000.00 effective January 1, 2005 Employees with more than twenty-five (25) years of service: $1,000.00 per annum $1100.00 effective January 1, 2002; $1200.00 effective January 1, 2005 The longevity program shall be implemented only for full-time employees. Employees working less than a regular full-time schedule shall not be eligible for longevity.
LONGEVITY PROGRAM. In addition to the salary reflected in the salary guide, applicable personnel of the Board of Education who shall have sufficient years of employment in the Summit schools shall on the first of the month following the anniversary date of their employment receive the following longevity payments. Upon completion of 5 years of service – 2% of base salary Upon completion of 10 years of service – 4% of base salary Upon completion of 15 years of service – 6% of base salary Upon completion of 20 years of service – 8% of base salary Upon completion of 25 years of service – 10% of base salary
