SALARY AND LONGEVITY. Beginning July 1, 2020 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx shall receive an annual salary of $163,647.00 Range 4/Step 8 as outlined in the Management Salary Schedule payable in twelve [12] equal monthly installments and prorated for less than a full year of employment. Annual salary is subject to change based on Summative Evaluations for the 2019-2020 school year. Movement on steps requires a 3 [Meets Standards] on weighted evaluations not on years. Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx is also entitled to a $1,000.00 Masters Stipend as outlined in the Management Salary Schedule. Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx may be eligible to participate in the Alternative Compensation Program as indicated by her performance review score. Any such increase shall not be considered a new contract nor shall it serve to extend the term of this contract.
SALARY AND LONGEVITY. A. Salary For the 2014-15 school year only, vertical step increases will resume for eligible employees. No previously frozen vertical steps will be reinstated. Beginning with the 2015-2016 school year, vertical step increases will be frozen until the next successor agreement is negotiated. The bargaining unit member salary index schedule will remain the same as in the current agreement. Supplemental pay rates will remain the same for 2014-2015 school year. Revised Supplemental pay rates will become effective with the 2015-2016 school year. The revised tutor hourly rate will become effective with the first day of the school year. The Header on the MA+40 column will be changed to MA+40/DPT.
B. Junior ROTC Instructor Salary Schedule Effective with the start of the 2003-2004 school year, the Junior ROTC Instructors will be placed on the bargaining unit members’ salary schedule at a level that provides compensation to meet the instructor’s pay as if they were on active military duty less their military pension. Placement on the bargaining unit member’s salary schedule will also include the instructor’s educational level.
C. Longevity Pay In addition to regular salary, a longevity payment determined by multiplying the Bachelor’s degree/no experience base salary by the percents specified below will be made to teachers under contract with the Board for full-time employment and who are credited with years of experience as shown: Years of Experience Longevity Payment (% of BA base salary) 20-24 inclusive Another 2.0% for a total of 4% 25-28 inclusive Another 4.0% for a total of 8% 29 or more Another 4.0% for a total of 12% Credited years of experience will be determined by the number of years of experience credited to the teacher when placed upon the salary schedule at the time of original employment by the Board plus the number of years of subsequent full- time service (or approved leave of absence) in the Elyria Public Schools. SALARY AND LONGEVITY. A. The salaries of bargaining unit members covered by this Agreement are set forth in the Salary Schedule, Appendix A, which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement.
B. Any bargaining unit member employed by the Xxxxxxx School District during the summer months or on a temporary basis shall be paid according to the job posting, which shall be in accordance with this Agreement.
C. The Board shall place newly hired bargaining unit members on the salary step which it deems appropriate after due consideration of the skill, abilities and experience of the bargaining unit member. Upon completion of the probationary period, the bargaining unit member shall be moved to the next step on the salary schedule at least once in each year.
D. Bargaining unit members shall have the option of receiving their pay over twenty-one (21) or twenty-six (26) pay periods. Bargaining unit members who elect to be paid in twenty-six (26) equal installments may further elect to be paid the balance of salary that would otherwise be paid during the months of July and August in a lump sum by notifying the Superintendent's office by May 1. Said lump sum payment shall be remitted on the last pay day in June.
1. Salary elections shall be made not later than the first Friday of September for the ensuing school year.

E. Any bargaining unit member who is temporarily assigned to the duties of another unit member in another classification which earns a lower rate of pay shall receive his regular rate of pay for the period he assumes such assignment.
F. Bargaining unit members required in the course of their work to drive their personal automobiles shall be reimbursed for mileage at the rate allowed by the IRS.
G. In addition to the regular hourly salary stated in Appendix A, bargaining unit members shall receive longevity pay. Longevity pay shall be paid in a lump sum on the last pay in June. Longevity pay shall be effective with the unit member's employment anniversary date. A year of service for purposes of longevity pay, shall be defined as the years of continuous service to the District from the employee's last date of hire and will include service outside of the bargaining unit. Substitute service and prior service rendered for those who are rehired will not be counted for purposes of longevity payments.

SALARY AND LONGEVITY. CITY agrees to pay MANAGER for his services an annual base salary of $152,567 $196,227.20 per year beginning with the first full pay period following the approval of this contract. The Mayor and City Council shall conduct a performance appraisal in July of each year for which this Agreement is in effect, and the City Council may make such adjustment to this salary as agreed with the MANAGER at any time during the year. In addition, MANAGER will receive any cost-of-living increases provided to other CITY employees Executives covered by CITY Executive Resolution 27613241, as may be amended, and Section 12 of this Agreement. CITY agrees to pay MANAGER longevity pay, a net amount of $2,500 on the first Wednesday following preceding before November 30Thanksgiving of each year this contract is in effect.

SALARY AND LONGEVITY. 1. Salary increases for officers including Detectives and Sergeants shall be as detailed in Section 11 of this Article “Base Pay”.
SALARY AND LONGEVITY. 2.1 The assignment of job classifications to the Compensation Plan Groups shall be as set forth in Exhibit A.
2.2 The salary schedules for 2006, 2007 and 2008 are attached hereto as Exhibit “B”. Year 1: Effective January 1, 2006, the annual contractual salary increase including the same increase to the contractual salary steps as found in Appendix B shall be three and three quarters percent (3.75%) over the schedule in effect on December 31, 2005. Year 2: Effective January 1, 2007, the annual contractual salary increase including the same increase to the contractual steps as found in Appendix B shall be three and three quarters percent (3.75%) over the schedule in effect on December 31, 2006. Year 3: Effective January 1, 2008, the annual contractual salary increase including the same increase to the contractual steps as found in Appendix shall be three and three quarters percent (3.75%) over the schedule in effect on December 31, 2007.
2.3 EMPLOYEE SALARY PROGRESSION - Employees are to achieve maximum salary in seven (7) years as per the attached schedule (see Exhibit B). Recommendations of the Department Head shall establish “satisfactory” performance. An “unsatisfactory” rating will negate that year from the seven (7) year limitation. The grievance procedure shall be applicable to the evaluation of employees. All employees shall have their anniversary dates adjusted so they are eligible for their increment on January 1 rather than their date of hire if they are otherwise eligible for an increment.
2.4 Effective January 1, 2006, longevity payments will be paid to all employees who qualify and will be incorporated and become part of the employee’s annual salary and paid accordingly. Payment shall commence on the anniversary date of qualifying employment according to the following schedule: Upon completion of 10 years of employment - $400.00 (Four Hundred Dollars) Upon completion of 15 years of employment - $600.00 (Six Hundred Dollars) Upon completion of 20 years of employment - $900.00 (Nine Hundred Dollars) Upon completion of 25 years of employment - $1,300.00 (One Thousand- Three Hundred Dollars) These amounts shall be non-cumulative. The accumulation of time towards years of service for longevity purposes shall occur only while the employee is actively at work.
SALARY AND LONGEVITY. 4.1 The salaries of all employees covered by this Contract are set forth in Article 22, which is attached hereto and made a part of this agreement. For the purpose of this Contract, step increments will be computed as of July 1 of each year. The Committee agrees that an employee will not suffer a reduction in salary because of the implementation of the July 1 step increment eligibility date.
