Standard Working Hours. Pursuant to MCC Section 2-92-220 a standard working day consists of 8 hours for this Contract; shifts must be coordinated with the Department. No overtime or premium pay is allowed unless otherwise specified in the Detailed Specifications and authorized by the Commissioner.
Standard Working Hours. 4.1 The standard hours of work per week shall be forty hours for Full Time Employees.
4.2 The fire officer standard work week shall be forty hours (40), however scheduled time will be forty-two hours (42) of which two hours (2) per week will be added to the overtime lieu bank.
4.3 The standard full time working hours per shift by classification: -Airport Motor Mechanic – eight hours (8) to twelve hours (12) -Airport Equipment Operator/Maintenance Person - eight hours (8) to twelve hours (12) -Airport Operations Specialists – eight hours (8) to twelve hours (12) -Airport Fire Officers – eight hours (8) to twelve hours (12) -Security Officer – eight hours (8) to twelve hours (12) -Senior Lead Hand, Airside Operations – eight hours (8) to twelve hours (12) The standard working hours per shift can be changed by the employer for operational requirements, subject to the consent of the affected employees, in consultation with the Union. Such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld by the affected employees. The parties further agree that the standard working hours will be the same for each individual employee over the duration of each schedule. Further, if there are differential shifts within a classification such shifts shall be offered to employees in seniority order.
4.4 These working hours, outside of the exception noted below, shall include a one-half (1/2) hour unpaid lunch. By mutual agreement between the parties, this lunch break may be altered. Where the Employer requires an Employee to work through their lunch such lunch shall be paid.
4.5 Any Employee required to work an afternoon shift (i.e. where the majority of hours worked are between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 o’clock midnight) or a night shift (i.e. where the majority of hours worked are between 12:00 o’clock midnight and 7:00 a.m.) shall have included as part of their normal standard full-time working hours a one-half (1/2) hour on-the-job paid lunch. Airport Firefighters shall have a one-half (1/2) hour paid lunch on all shifts.
4.6 All Employees shall be allowed a fifteen (15) minute rest period for every four (4) hours of the regularly scheduled shift and the rest period will be taken during the four (4) hour period.
4.7 (a) The Employer shall post a schedule a minimum of six (6) months in advance. Any Employee being affected by a shift change or a change in standard hours of work per day from the posted schedule shall be notified in writing ten (10) calendar days in advance. The foregoing shall ...
Standard Working Hours. The standard working week shall be 39 hours (from 1st August, 1990), 5 days Monday to Friday. The working hours shall be 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday inclusive and 8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday. Lunch period - half an hour. Where on occasion, an official early start is required, no extra payment shall apply, but the normal finishing time after which overtime rates would apply, will be brought back by the same amount as was the starting time. The early start in this context is limited to an hour before normal starting time. The above hours, including the lunch period, can be subject to variation by arrangement with the Union to suit transport or client’s requirements etc.
Standard Working Hours. 10.1 The department after consultation and agreement with employees may revert the employees’ work hours to standard working hours to meet operational and customer service requirements.
10.2 Employee commencing and finishing times under standard working hours may be varied to meet operational requirements provided there is consultation with staff and relevant unions and provided employee daily contract hours are not exceeded.
Standard Working Hours. The Support Services Team is available during the following standard working hours: Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30 Note: Weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other Public Holidays are covered for remote support as part of the SLA. Office closing times and holidays are communicated to the client 2 weeks prior to the event. As standard Rocktime has an office shutdown over the Christmas period between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day however that might fall yearly.
Standard Working Hours. Unless one of the special provisions of Articles 20.03, 20.04 or 20.05 applies, standard working hours are as follows:
1) Standard work week: The standard work week is 40 hours from Monday to Friday.
2) Standard work day: The standard work day is 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday.
Standard Working Hours.
(a) Except for shift workers, standard working hours shall be between hours of 07:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, consisting of seven and one-half (7½) hours work and a one-half (½) hour off as an unpaid lunch period. The total eight (8) hours, including the lunch period, shall be an unbroken period. In cases where non-shift employees are required to alter their hours of work within the standard working hours, the Employer will provide as much notice as practicable to the employees affected. It is understood that non-shift workers shall not be eligible for shift premiums under Article 10, except as provided below.
(b) It is understood that employees who normally work standard working hours may be required to work shift work for specified period of time to meet legitimate requirements of the Employer. In such cases, the Employer will provide as much advance notice as practicable to the employee(s) affected and the employees will be entitled to all differentials and premiums attached to the hours worked as provided in Articles 10.01 and 10.02.
(c) It is further understood that, in cases where the Employer requires an employee to change their working hours from standard working hours to shift work on a permanent basis, the Employer will provide as much advance notice as practicable to the employee(s) affected. Such affected employee(s) will be entitled to all differentials and premiums provided for in Articles 10.01 and 10.02.

Standard Working Hours. 5.1.1 IT-C’s standard working Hours for the provision of remote Support services are 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) unless expressly stated otherwise in the Agreement.
5.1.2 IT-C’s standard working Hours for the provision of onsite Support services are 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) unless expressly stated otherwise in the Agreement (Including 1 hour for lunch).
5.1.3 Consultants will work on varying shift patterns within the hours stated above. This means that individual Consultants do not necessarily work from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM on a daily basis.
