New Job DescriptionsThe Employer agrees to supply the President of the Union or his/her designate, and Chairperson of the Bargaining Committee with the job descriptions for any new classifications established in the bargaining unit within thirty (30) days. The job descriptions shall include the job specifications and duties expected of each employee.
New Job Descriptions. When new job descriptions are proposed for positions that will be paid on the TSP salary schedule, the proposed job description shall be provided to BTU-TSP prior to its approval. If a new job description is a successor title to a job description covered by this Agreement with no substantial change in duties, the new job description shall automatically become a classification included in this Agreement. If a new classification contains a significant part of the work now done by any classification in this bargaining unit or shares a community of interest with classifications in the bargaining unit, the BTU-TSP may notify the District that it believes the classification should be in the bargaining unit. The parties shall meet to agree upon its inclusion in or exclusion from this bargaining unit based upon an examination of the duties assigned and the community of interest with other employees. If the parties are not in agreement, the inclusion of bargaining unit position shall be in accordance with PERC regulation and shall not be subject to the grievance procedure. If the parties agree to include the classification in this bargaining unit, then the parties shall agree upon the proper pay grade placement of the classification and job family placement.
New Job Descriptions. (a) In the case of a newly created classification within the bargaining unit, or where an existing classification is significantly changed to the extent that it becomes a new classification, the Employer will draft a new description and meet with the Union to discuss an appropriate wage rate. If an agreement cannot be reached the issue/s may be submitted to expedited arbitration. The arbitrator shall decide on the issues regarding the job description, based on the relationship of the new classification to existing classifications in the bargaining unit. (b) If an employee considers there has been a significant change to their classification, the employee may initiate a grievance in accordance with Article 9. The parties will meet at Step 2 of the grievance procedure to review the grievance. If an agreement cannot be reached the issue/s may be submitted to expedited arbitration. The arbitrator shall decide on the new issues regarding the job description, based on the relationship of the new classification to existing classifications in the bargaining unit. (c) Any decision to adjust the wage rate in either 16.05 (a) or (b) either by the parties or the Board shall be retroactive to the date the complaint was filed.
New Job DescriptionsSection 2.1 Copies of job descriptions and/or postings for all positions subject to this Agreement shall be given to the Association. All subsequent postings will be sent to the Association President (or his/her designee) at the time of posting. 2.1.1 New job descriptions shall be presented to the Association for salary placement negotiations prior to implementation. 2.1.2 Job descriptions may be modified by the District to accommodate employees with disabilities. The District and Association will discuss the modification and its impact on other employees prior to implementation. A job modified for that purpose is exempt from the provisions of Article IX, Section 2, Assignment and Transfer.

The Wage Adjustment Committee shall begin meeting in February to give consideration and make recommendations for general wage adjustments. The committee will meet during the year as necessary to make recommendations on salary schedule placement for new job descriptions as provided for in the job description review section. B. A wage adjustment results from a general change in the prevailing rate of pay of a position(s) in the surrounding area. Each year this committee will evaluate and compare a number of positions in the District to positions in the Deer Valley, Glendale Union, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Tempe Union, and Scottsdale school Districts. The positions compared to these school Districts will then be compared to other positions in the District. C. Recommendations by the committee for wage adjustments for which there is not unanimous agreement will be identified and a dual recommendation will be submitted to the Superintendent/designee. The Superintendent/designee and the CEA President will meet and review dual recommendations for the purpose of resolution. D. Final approval for recommended wage adjustments Superintendent/designee. The Superintendent/designee Superintendent the approved wage adjustments and recommendations.

Global Direct will provide settlement and switching services for various Point of Sale transactions initiated through Merchant for the authorization of the issuance of the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Services (“FNS”) food stamp benefits (“FS Benefits”) and/or government delivered cash assistance benefits (“Cash Benefits, ”with FS Benefits, “Benefits”) to Recipients through the use of a state-issued card (“EBT Card”).   • Position Descriptions Individual position descriptions shall be reduced to writing and delineate the duties currently assigned to an employee’s position. A dated copy of the position description shall be given to the employee upon assuming the position and when the position description is amended. The individual position description shall be subject to at least an annual review with the employee. Nothing contained herein shall compromise the right or the responsibility of the Agency to assign work consistent with the classification specification.

  • System Description The wet detention basin is designed to trap 80% of sediment in runoff and maintain pre-development downstream peak flows. The basin has two forebays (smaller ponds) located at the low end of two grass xxxxxx. In addition to runoff conveyance, the grass xxxxxx also allow infiltration and filtering of pollutants, especially from smaller storms. The forebays are each 4 feet deep. They are connected to the main pool by 18 and 24-inch metal pipes that outlet onto a rock chute. The forebays will trap coarse sediments in runoff, such as road sands, thus reducing maintenance of the main basin. The main pool will trap the finer suspended sediment. To do this, the pond size, water level and outlet structures must be maintained as specified in this Agreement (see Figures 1, 2 and 3). The main basin receives runoff from a 67.1 acre drainage area (41.2 acres within the subdivision and 25.9 acres off-site drainage coming from the east). During high rainfall or snow melt events, the water level will temporarily rise and slowly drain down to the elevation of the control structure. The water level is controlled by a 12-inch concrete pipe extending through the berm in the northwest corner of the basin (see Figures 1 and 3). On the face of the 12-inch pipe, there is metal plate with a 3-inch drilled hole (orifice) with stone in front of it. This orifice controls the water level and causes the pond to temporarily rise during runoff events. Washed stone (1- 2” diameter) is placed in front of the orifice to prevent clogging. High flows may enter the grated concrete riser or flow over the rock lined emergency spillway. “As-built” construction drawings of the basin, showing actual dimensions, elevations, outlet structures, etc. will be recorded as an addendum(s) to this agreement within 60 days after [Municipality Name] accepts verification of construction from the project engineer.
