Non-Shift Workers. Non-Shift Workers. For all time worked outside the normal hours of work defined in Article IX, pay shall be as follows:
i) Monday through Friday between 16:30 hrs and 22:00 hrs - time and one half ii) Monday through Friday between 22:00 hrs and 08:OO hrs - double time

(a) DAY CREW WORKER: Five consecutive days Monday to Friday.
(b) SPLIT WEEKEND MAINTENANCE CREW WORKER: Five consecutive days, one (1) of, the off days to be either Saturday or Sunday.
Non-Shift Workers. WORK DAY - Eight 8) hours shall constitute a normal day’s work to be performed within eight and one half hours (8.1/2) consecutive hours, starting at 7:30 a.m. WORK WEEK
(a) DAY CREW WORKER. Five consecutive days Monday to Friday.
(b) SPLIT WEEKEND MAINTENANCE CREW WORKER: Five consecutive days, one (1) of the off days to be either Saturday or Sunday.
(c) 10 hr shift as per letter of understanding dated August 3, 2017. Work Day – ten hours shall constitute a normal day’s work to be performed within ten and one half (10 ½) consecutive hours starting at 6:00
a. m. Work Week – Four consecutive days Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.
Non-Shift Workers. A. Breakfast
Non-Shift Workers. All full-time employees will be entitled to 152 hours paid annual leave for each twelve (12) months of continuous service, in addition to any of the public holidays prescribed in this Agreement. All part-time employees will automatically accrue a pro-rata credit based on the number of hours worked. Casual employees do not accrue annual leave. For employees employed for periods of less than twelve months, leave and leave loading will be accrued on a pro-rata basis.
Non-Shift Workers. 1) If a non-shift employee working a rotating days off schedule is scheduled to work on an observed holiday on a regularly scheduled shift, the employee may in lieu of receiving the double time rate for each eight (8) hour shift actually worked, elect at the time to have equivalent time off added to the employee’s vacation and work the holiday at straight time.
2) Only those employees as determined by supervision to be required for operation and maintenance will be scheduled to work on an observed holiday.
Non-Shift Workers. A. Breakfast Where work is performed on an overtime basis thirty (30) minutes or more before normal start time on any normal scheduled workday and on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or other days off, the Company will provide the employee’s breakfast. Where overtime work is scheduled to start at the employee’s regular reporting time, the employee will provide his/her own breakfast if he has been notified of the scheduled overtime work by close of work on the previous day. When overtime work starts more than one and one-half (1½)hours before the regular reporting time on a normal scheduled workday, the Company will provide the employee’s breakfast and dinner. If, however, the employee is returned to headquarters one and one- half (1½) hours before his/her regular reporting time, the employee will be expected to provide his/her breakfast and his/her dinner.
B. Dinner (Mid-day meal) The Company will provide dinner to meter readers who do not use vehicles in their jobs and who cannot return to headquarters.
C. Supper (Evening meal) If the employee works more than one (1) hour beyond his/her normal quitting time, the Company will provide his/her supper.
