Non-Shift Workers. A. Breakfast Where work is performed on an overtime basis thirty (30) minutes or more before normal start time on any normal scheduled workday and on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or other days off, the Company will provide the employee’s breakfast. Where overtime work is scheduled to start at the employee’s regular reporting time, the employee will provide his/her own breakfast if he has been notified of the scheduled overtime work by close of work on the previous day. When overtime work starts more than one and one-half (1½)hours before the regular reporting time on a normal scheduled workday, the Company will provide the employee’s breakfast and dinner. If, however, the employee is returned to headquarters one and one- half (1½) hours before his/her regular reporting time, the employee will be expected to provide his/her breakfast and his/her dinner.

Non-Shift Workers. 1) If a non-shift employee working a rotating days off schedule is scheduled to work on an observed holiday on a regularly scheduled shift, the employee may in lieu of receiving the double time rate for each eight (8) hour shift actually worked, elect at the time to have equivalent time off added to the employee’s vacation and work the holiday at straight time.
Non-Shift Workers. All full-time employees will be entitled to 152 hours paid annual leave for each twelve (12) months of continuous service, in addition to any of the public holidays prescribed in this Agreement. All part-time employees will automatically accrue a pro-rata credit based on the number of hours worked. Casual employees do not accrue annual leave. For employees employed for periods of less than twelve months, leave and leave loading will be accrued on a pro-rata basis.
