PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT AND OUTREACH. A. The District shall inform the public of the existence of this PA and the District’s plan for meeting the stipulations of the PA. Copies of this agreement and relevant documentation prepared pursuant to the terms of this PA shall be made available for public inspection via the District’s website. Information regarding the specific locations of terrestrial and submerged archaeological sites, including potential wreck areas, will be withheld in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act and National Register Bulletin No. 29, if it appears that this information could jeopardize archaeological sites. Any comments received from the public related to the activities identified by this PA shall be taken into account by the District.

Assumptions: • Public involvement and outreach currently only anticipated for the design phase. If desired for construction phase, it may be negotiated and added by amendment. • City will provide (host and maintain) project website. • Up to six (6) content updates for City website. Written content will be provided in both English and Spanish. • City will handle final publishing, printing, and mailing of post cards. • Up to three (3) content creation for post card mailers. Written content will be provided in both English and Spanish. • City will handle reservation of venue for in-person open house including scheduling and payment. • In-person open house will be held at same time as Xxxx Acres and Xxxxxx Market Key Routes open house for efficiency. • One (1) in-person open house two (2) hours duration with up to four (4) Consultant team members. In-person meeting with travel expenses for out of town staff visiting site. • Content created for open houses is limited to two-dimensional graphics/renderings of proposed design. Up to four (4) exhibits with two (2) rounds of revisions for each. Any written content on exhibits will be provided in both English and Spanish. • Consultant to print exhibits for display/distribution at in-person open house.

May be either in-person, virtual or combination of attendance. • City will provide (host and maintain) project website. • Up to ten (10) content updates for City website. Written content will be provided in both English and Spanish. • City will handle final publishing, printing, and mailing of post cards. • Up to six (6) content creation for post card mailers. Written content will be provided in both English and Spanish. • City will handle reservation of venue for in-person open houses including scheduling and payment. • Two (2) in-person open houses two (2) hours duration each with up to four (4) Consultant team members.
