School Start Times. A. School Start Time. 1. Beginning with the 2019-2020 school year, all teachers, except as noted in paragraph 2 below will have a 400 minute student instructional day, with 100 minutes of administrator designed professional time weekly as defined below. Each day shall include:  10 minutes of unassigned time before start of instructional day*;  40-minute uninterrupted duty-free lunch;  1 planning period (at PreK-8, fifty (50) minutes) during each student instructional day;  100 minutes per week “administrator-designed professional time” as defined below. 2. Teachers at Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxx will be exempt from the ten (10) minutes unassigned time at the start of the instructional day noted in paragraph 1, above, and will maintain the building substitutes as follows: Enrollment up to 300 1 Building Sub Enrollment 301-600 2 Building Subs Enrollment 600+ 3 Building Subs Participation in the administrator designed professional time is mandatory and members are expected to fully participate in the professional experiences that are relevant to their position. The administrator designed professional time will be scheduled immediately before or after the student school day, Tuesday and Wednesday, in fifty (50) minute increments unless a different time frame is approved via the Academic Achievement Plan (AAP). Through the AAP process, schools may also schedule the administrator designed professional time within an extended student day. This administrator designed professional time will be reflected in the school’s master schedule. The Principal, Chapter Chairperson, and Academic Progress Team (APT) (Appendix Q) are responsible for seeking input from staff to align administrator-designed professional activities to meet the needs of the building staff. This input will be considered by the administration when scheduling the 100 minutes of administrator-designed time for professional activities as outlined below. The parties recognize that reasonable modifications to the scheduled professional activities may be required. These are allowable after consultation with the APT. The 100 minutes of administrator-designed professional time shall be used for: 1. Team Time (which can include grade-level teams, committee meetings, vertical planning, and must include state-mandated programs or initiatives such as Teacher Based Teams) 2. General Collaboration 3. Professional Development 4. Student Support Team (SST) 5. New Program

School Start Times. Beginning with the 2007/08 school year, K-8 bargaining unit members* will report to school ten minutes prior to the start of the instructional day unless modified in this Collective Bargaining Agreement or by future joint agreement of CMSD and CTU. Beginning with the 2007/08 school year, all K-8 and secondary school teachers have a 400 minute work day that follows one of the following two formats: (See Appendix J)‌
School Start Times. The Federation and the District have agreed to revise the start times for schools to accommodate the arrival and dismissal times for students reflected in the document marked "Exhibit A" (see Attachment B, pages 17-18). These student start times shall continue to be the start times provided that: • Any changes to the start times would be subject to meet and discuss with the union and would not be made for arbitrary or capricious reasons; • Any changes in start times would be set by July 1 of the school year for which the change will be effective. (E.g., changes for the 2022-23 school year would be finalized by July 1, 2022); and • The teacher's regular workday would not start before 7:00 am and would not end later than 4:20 pm. Note: Attachment B called "Exhibit A" is not contract language. Attachment C provides sample schedules for all school levels. These sample schedules were developed in response to the 3-tiered transportation plan the District created to transport students to their schools and the new 7 hour 30 minute workday for teachers. It is understood that individual schools may make needed adjustments to the sample schedules (e.g., a high school may run more than 2 lunches). Any changes to the sample schedules must comply with the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, including the length of the workday.

  • Wage Scales All workers covered by this Agreement shall be classified and paid in accordance with the classification and wage scales as attached as Appendices "A" and forming part of this Agreement.

  • CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS As per the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 3701-3708), where applicable, all Customer Purchase Orders in excess of ,000 that involve the employment of mechanics or laborers must include a provision for compliance with 40 U.S.C. 3702 and 3704, as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 5). Under 40 U.S.C. 3702 of the Act, each contractor must be required to compute the wages of every mechanic and laborer on the basis of a standard work week of 40 hours. Work in excess of the standard work week is permissible provided that the worker is compensated at a rate of not less than one and a half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in the work week. The requirements of 40 U.S.C. 3704 are applicable to construction work and provide that no laborer or mechanic must be required to work in surroundings or under working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous. These requirements do not apply to the purchases of supplies or materials or articles ordinarily available on the open market, or contracts for transportation or transmission of intelligence.

  • System Timeout The system providing access to PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must provide an automatic timeout, requiring re-authentication of the user session after no more than 13 twenty (20) minutes of inactivity.

  • Wage Scale The wages shown in Appendix A will be part of this Agreement.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the SLDC / ALDC / DISCOM as the case may be, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System. 4.1.2 Subject to Article 4.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the Power Producer to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in the Grid Code and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 4.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the Power Producer at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The Power Producer shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of GETCO / SLDC / ALDC and GEDA. 4.1.4 The Power Producer shall immediately after each synchronization / tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. 4.1.5 The Power Producer shall commission the Project within SCOD. 4.1.6 The Power Producer shall be required to obtain Developer and/ or Transfer Permission, Key Plan drawing etc, if required, from GEDA. In cases of conversion of land from Agricultural to Non-Agriculture, the commissioning shall be taken up by GEDA only upon submission of N.A. permission by the Power Producer. 4.1.7 The Power Producer shall be required to follow the Forecasting and Scheduling procedures as per the Regulations issued by Hon’ble GERC from time to time. It is to clarify that in terms of GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 the procedures for Forecasting, Scheduling & Deviation Settlment are applicable to all solar generators having combined installed capacity above 1 MW connected to the State Grid / Substation including those connected via pooling stations.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer’s installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. The ISO and Connecting Transmission Owner must be given at least five Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Response Times Qubit bases its response times and the actions it takes to resolve problems on an assessment of the impact of the reported technical issue. The more serious the impact, the higher the assigned priority. For all support issues relating to Customer, Qubit will respond in accordance with Table 1: P1 1 hour 4 hours P2 1 hour 8 hours P3 4 hours 72 hours P4 1 business day Next or a later major release **The Priority Levels are defined in Section II(2) below.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Contract Times The number of days or the dates stated in the Agreement to: (i) achieve Substantial Completion; and (ii) complete the Work so that it is ready for final payment as evidenced by Architect's or Owner’s representative’s written recommendation of final payment.
