SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 5.1 The Authority requires a number of separate vehicles which have been split out into four (4) lots. 5.2 Potential Providers are invited to bid for one or more lots.
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 2.1. Providers will provide message exchange services in accordance with relevant prevailing PEPPOL Transport Infrastructure Agreements. The Provider will receive purchase orders from Contracting Bodies, validate and map them to the PEPPOL message specifications and send on to the Providers PEPPOL Access Point using the PEPPOL Transport Infrastructure. It will also receive relevant Invoices from PEPPOL Access Points for onward mapping and transmission to its Contracting Body. The Provider shall be able to receive and transmit business documents to its Contracting Body in the format and transmission method its Contracting Body requires. The Provider may provide additional services such as general professional services including change management, project management and integration directly to the Contracting Body’s host system and testing. 2.2. The following services are not within the scope of this Framework Agreement: 2.2.1. Archiving services 2.2.2. Invoice Retrieval 2.2.3. Remapping
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 5.1 Under the support and maintenance contract the authority require the following services: 5.1.1 24x7x365 Access to CA support online, including access to self-service support. 5.1.2 24x7x365 Phone support for severity 1 cases. 5.1.3 Phone support during regular business hours for severity 2,3 & 4 cases. 5.1.4 Basic installation support. 5.1.5 Operational and multi-platform support. 5.1.6 Interoperability support. 5.1.7 Fixes, service packs and documentation updates. 5.1.8 Version updates. 5.1.9 Fix notifications. 5.1.10 Remote console diagnostics. 5.1.11 Unlimited number of incidents/problems resolutions. 5.1.12 Technical newsletter and access to global user communities and regional user groups. 5.1.13 Two (2) authorized contacts per licensed CA product to serve as liaison. 5.1.14 A 1 hour response time 24x7x365 for Severity 1 reported cases. 5.1.15 During regular business hours A 2 hours response time for Severity 2 cases, 4 hours for severity 3 cases and 1 day for severity 4 cases.

SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 4.1 The Contracting Authority requires a new Resilience Support Services process which will replace XXX. The Supplier shall provide the following: 4.1.1 A pre-posting resilience intervention, to include an on-line questionnaire and face-to-face consultation. This intervention will assess the level of risk involved with posting the individual (the Recipient), and raise awareness of coping strategies for those who are; 4.1.2 During the posting, follow up reviews at the six (6) month and annual stages to review their coping strategies; 4.1.3 On return, to conduct a review on the Recipient and provide further advice if required; and 4.1.4 Integrated management of the Resilience Support Services, providing regular Management Information (MI) through reports to the Contracting Authority.
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 5.1. The Authority requires proposals to provide both the necessary equipment as stated but also provide for a service and maintenance agreement. Potential Providers are asked to submit their proposals for providing the service/goods as specified. If any Potential Providers decide they are not interested in bidding for this event, it is requested that a reason be submitted as this is valuable feedback. 5.2. CCS is procuring such Goods based on the following:  The requirement is for a relatively simple but robust digital system. The number of channels needed is not great (10 as a minimum) and any encryption needs to be compatible with French law. Encryption is desirable but not essential; however a direct private line facility from one radio to another is mandatory.  The radios need to be robust and be able to be used in extremes of weather, including torrential rain, high winds and temperatures below freezing. Ancillary equipment, such as desk top units, waterproof covers, chargers, earpieces, belt/shirt clips etc. will also be required.  A service and maintenance agreement is required to ensure that defective equipment is easily and quickly repaired and returned to the operating port within a maximum of 2 weeks. 5.3. Equipment requirement  Number of radios: 110.  Number of base stations: 5.  Channels: 10 individual minimum.  Range: 2000m.  Capability: Send & receive voice transmissions only Direct private one-2-one radio communication capable.  Batteries: 2 per handset (minimum), hold charge for 8 hours.  Chargers: 6 x column charger holding 12 batteries each. 45 x additional single battery chargers.  Accessories: 110 x Protective carry case. 110 x radio clip to secure to clothing. 70 x extender microphones. 5.4. Service requirement  A repair & maintenance service is required for a two (2) year period with an option to extend for 2 x 12 months.  A 24/7 telephone Hotline for the Operational Staff to use in the event of problems with the equipment is required.  All equipment is to be covered by a 12 month parts & labour warranty as a minimum.  The supplier is to repair any returned defective or otherwise unserviceable equipment within 2 weeks of receipt.  In the event of a base station being returned for service/repair, the supplier agrees to supply a temporary replacement to ensure continuity of service.  The supplier agrees to travel to juxtaposed ports for the purposes of maintenance, service and repair if necessary.  Supplier shall pro...
