Secondment of Employees. The Parties agree that the secondment of Employees to positions in government and/or business or to other duties in the University is valuable. The Parties further agree that such secondments shall be implemented as set out in the following manner:
Secondment of Employees. F.1.1. Where required for the implementation of the Agreement, an Employee will perform work at the Client's premises. The Agreement ('Secondment Agreement') will include specific provisions about the work to be performed, the duration and the price.

As part of the personnel services described in Section 4.1, WCA Management hereby seconds, and the Waste Corp Parties hereby accept the secondment of the employees of WCA Waste Management (the "Seconded Employees") in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Secondment of Employees. All employees seconded by either Party shall possess appropriate skill and experience for the positions at the Company to which they are seconded. The Company shall bear all costs and expenses relating to the employment by the Company of the persons assigned to it by the Parties for salaries, semi-annual bonuses, national health insurance payments, pension plan contributions and such other benefits as are agreed by the Parties (collectively, “Salaries”).
Secondment of Employees. Any secondment of employees, Xxxxxx ----------------------- Owners or Continuing Partners from one party to another during the Transition Period shall be made on and subject to the standard terms of secondment set out in Schedule 4 to the Heads of Agreement, subject to such variations thereto as may be agreed in writing between Xxxxxx and the Management Group. Except as otherwise expressly agreed in writing, it is not the intention of the parties that the employment of any employee shall transfer from either party to the other prior to Closing under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (as amended) or otherwise.
Secondment of Employees. SB may allow certain SB Employees to commence performing services for the LLC prior to commencement of employment by the LLC. Any such secondment of employees to the LLC by SB shall be on terms and conditions to be agreed by the LLC and SB.
Secondment of Employees. The secondment of personnel from Xxxxxxx Power Corporation to Owners and/or Southern Nuclear and from Owners and/or Southern Nuclear to Xxxxxxx Power Corporation will be governed solely by the terms and conditions of the Amended and Restated Staff Augmentation Agreement.
