and Grievances. (a) A group grievance on behalf of two (2) or more teachers may be filed by the President of the Bargaining Unit or designate as named in writing to the Board, at Step of the grievance procedure within eighteen (18) regular school days following the date at which the facts giving rise to the grievance occurred. The Superintendent of Relationsshall convene a meeting not later than ten regular school days following receipt of the grievance. The meeting shall be attended by the Superintendentof Relations or designate, and any other administrative staff representativethe Superintendentof Relations may choose to be present, together with the President of the Bargaining Unit or designate, and at least one (Io)ther Bargaining Unit representative.
