ARTICLE SALARIES. The Employer agrees to pay and the Union agrees to accept the schedule of rates attached hereto as Schedule “A‘ and Schedule during the term of this Agreement. The payroll for all members of the bargaining unit shall be by direct deposit only on a basis. Payroll will be deposited into employee bank accounts by noon every second Thursday in accordance with Schedule A attached hereto. The Thursday pay will reflect work up to and including the previous Sunday. The parties agree that if either a statutory holiday or any holiday observed by a bank is observed during the week in which wages are required to be paid, the same may be paid on Friday of such week. The parties agree that if there should occur a breakdown or shutdown in electronic data transmission or if there should be an illness experienced by a member of the Payroll staff of the University such that it is not possible to make wages available on Thursday, such wages may be paid on Friday of such week. The Employer agrees to pay a premium of cents per hour to any employee required to work a shift commencing after o’clock in the forenoon and before o’clock in the afternoon. shall be entitled to the said premium for all hours worked by during the shift. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of the within clause, in the case of an employee in a Trades position in the Maintenance Department whose regularly scheduled shift ends after o’clock in the afternoon, it is agreed the premium of cents per hour will be paid to such employee for all work performed after o’clock in the afternoon. The Employer agrees to pay a premium of cents per hour to any employee required to work a shift commencing after o’clock in the afternoon and before o’clock in the forenoon. shall be entitled to the said premium for all hours worked by during the shift. Only employees who are regularly scheduled to work on Saturday and Sunday shall be paid a premium of ninety cents per hour. Probationary employees shall, during their period of probation, be paid at the rate set forth in Schedule “A” and Schedule attached hereto. Employees leaving the employment of the University on account of retirement shall be entitled to any retroactive feature as it relates to salary, providing however that they were on the payroll on the termination date of the Agreement. An employee who is required to report for work outside regular schedule of hours shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at the appropriate overtime rate [six
ARTICLE SALARIES. The Board agrees to pay salaries to the members in accordance with Appendix “2”hereto attached.
ARTICLE SALARIES. The Board shall pay salaries in accordance with Appendix “A” attached hereto and forming part of the Agreement. When an employee moves from a lower to a higher job classification, shall be placed on the experience step that provides an increase of at least four percent (4%) above the rate received in the lower job classificationexcept that such increase cannot exceed the maximum rate of the higher job classification. An employee will move an experience step on the salary grid on each anniversary of placement in the current classification until the experience step is reached. When an employee moves from a higher to lower job classification shall carry years of experience for salary purposes.
ARTICLE SALARIES. The Members covered by this Agreement shall be paid salaries in accordance with the following grids. As hereinafter provided, educational training and experience shall together determine the annual rate of salary paid to each Member.
ARTICLE SALARIES. A teacher’s gross annual salary shall be the salary on the Basic Salary Schedule of that teacher’s classification and experience reduced by the applicable Dental Plan adjustment as determined by the Dental Plan Agreement. ARTICLE SALARIES. It is understood that the salary scales appearing in Schedule form part of this Agreement. The regular straight time rate of pay that prescribed wage Schedule of this Collective Agreement. on the Grid (Part-Time) Regular part-time and casual employees shall be paid at their initial rate and will advance on the salary grid after completion of each hours worked.
ARTICLE SALARIES. Members who are promoted to a higher category (either on a temporary or permanent assignment) will be paid a rate half way between the classification which they are leaving and the classification to which they have been promoted at the same year level in each case but not less than start rate in the promoted category. Within a ninety day period following promotion, the Member may elect to return to their formerposition, similarly the Board may return the Member to their former position. A Member who is returned to their former position shall be entitled to a written explanation for the decision on request. Following the completion of a six (6) month period satisfactory to the Board, said Member's salary will be adjusted to the level of the classification and year level to which they have been promoted. For purposes of job an eligibility list will remain effect for one
ARTICLE SALARIES. The Board agrees that in accordance with this Agreement, the annual salary of each member of the Association is set forth hereto in Appendix " A and made part of this Agreement. The Board agrees that in accordance with this Agreement, the annual salary, benefits and working conditions of the civilian members is set forth hereto in Appendix "A" and is made part of this Agreement.
