ARTICLE ANNUAL VACATION. (a) A new employee shall be entitled to a vacation in the amount of one and one quarter (1 working days for each month of service completed in the first vacation year (April March to a of fifteen (15) working days. An employee who has completed one (1) year of continuous service (i.e. in the 2nd year) shall be entitled to fifteen (15) days vacation and in each succeeding year until he completes eight (8) years of continuous service. An employee who has completed eight (8) years of continuous service (i.e. in the 9th year) shall be entitled to twenty (20) working days vacation and in each succeeding year until he completes eighteen (1 8) years of continuous service. An employee who has completed eighteen (18) years of continuous service (i.e. in the 19th year) shall be entitled to twenty-five (25) working days vacation and in each succeeding year until he completes twenty-eight (28) years of continuous service. An employee who has completed twenty-eight (28) years of continuous service (i.e. in the 29th year) shall be entitled to thirty (30) working days vacation and in each succeeding year. The vacation specified above may be taken any time within the fiscal year in which the employee completes the required years of service, subject to the employee and the Supervisor reaching agreement on a vacation schedule which will not hamper the Employer's operations. ARTICLE ANNUAL VACATION. (a) Because of the seasonal nature of Thinningwork, annual vacation time off will not be granted. This does not prevent the Company to grant special requestsfor time off.
