Continuous Training. A program of continuing training directed at maintenance of appropriate skill levels shall be pro- vided for all hospice employees providing services to patients and their families.
Continuous Training. The parties support the principle of continuing training of teachers, participation by teachers in professional organizations in the areas of their specialization, leaves for work on advanced degrees or special studies, and participation in community education projects.

During the Term of this Agreement, subject to the timely payment of the CATIA Companion Yearly Fee, DS grants Solution Provider one shareable license under the terms set forth in Section 8.2.1 above on DS's self training software "CATIA Companion" and may provide updates of "CATIA Companion" at any time and at no additional cost. Every employee covered by the terms of this Agreement shall have the opportunity to receive to the extent possible a minimum of sixty (60) hours of tuition paid training over the term of the Agreement. The Employer retains the right to select employees for certain specialized training based on established criteria.
A. The Employer shall provide meals, currently thirty dollars ($30.00) per day, and lodging when employees are required to stay overnight at such training. The Employer shall also provide transportation, or pay the state mileage rate per current IRS regulations for the employee's use of a personal vehicle, for either commuter or overnight training. In the event that the employee is required to leave the lodging facilities on the weekends, all mileage shall be paid. For purposes of calculation the police department shall be used as the base.
B. If, as the result of the training schedule or department requirement, an employee attends training on his day off, the employee shall be allowed the opportunity to request a change in his/her day off.
Continuous Training. Subject to the terms and limitations specified in the applicable Statement of Work, VNDLY will provide Customer with training as part of the Fee to be used for training on new Product, modules, releases and upgrades of the Product.

The Franchisee and at least one Restaurant manager shall, from time to time as reasonably required by the Company, personally attend and complete a Company-provided refresher course in XXXXXX'X GRILL RESTAURANT operations and any training sessions held for the purpose of introducing new products and procedures.

Allied Universal offers CPR, First Aid, and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) training. We allow this training to be completed in a variety of ways, including pre- assignment at a local office with one of our full-time certified First Aid/CPR/AED instructors, with an outside certifying agency, by trainers, or online via the EDGE®. We verify that trained employees receive appropriate certificates and we track certification anniversary dates in our online compliance system to ensure certifications stay current. As the production capability increases, there should be a technical interchange in the United States or other mutually agreeable location between the Joint Venture Company and Party B once per year or as mutually agreed necessary. The detailed requirements will be decided through consultation, but as a minimum, aspects of design and manufacturing technology for the next phase should be included.

A Meal and Incidental Expense advance shall be granted upon approval by the City Administrator and Finance Director using the appropriate Meals and Incidental Expense rate provided annually by the General Services Administration of the Federal Government for the City traveled to. In order to receive said allowance, the employee must submit a Travel Advance Request Form and have it approved prior to their departure. This form is available in the Finance Department. The allowance for the day of departure and the day of return will be prorated based on the number of meals required away from home. Where conference registration fees include one or more meals, the per diem allowance shall be decreased by the appropriate amount.
