Employee Commitments. Employee agrees that Employee will faithfully, industriously, and to the best of Employee's ability, experience, and talents, perform all of the duties that may be required of and from Employee and fulfill all of Employee's responsibilities hereunder pursuant to the express and explicit terms hereof, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer of Company. Employee also agrees that Employee will devote substantially all of Employee's undivided time, attention, knowledge, and skills, during customary business hours, to the business and interests of Company, subject to such reasonable vacations and sick leave as are provided under the general policies of Company, as they may exist from time to time, and consistent with past practice.

Employee Commitments. Employee agrees to comply with all written policies of the Company throughout the Employment Period. Employee further agrees that neither Employee nor members of Employee’s immediate family will accept any money, merchandise, service or other item of value from any other person or company in exchange for the inclusion of any “plugs,” endorsement or other matter in any broadcast by a Company station, except with written consent of Company following Employee’s full disclosure of the facts. Employee also acknowledges and understands Sections 317 and 508 of the Communications Act and the FCC’s Rules governing “payola” and sponsorship identification, and is aware of Employee’s own personal responsibilities and criminal liabilities thereunder; and Employee commits to carefully comply with those laws during the life of this Agreement. Employee further agrees that Employee will not retain or acquire any outside economic interest, which in Company’s reasonable judgment in any material way could compromise faithful and “best efforts” performance of Employee’s duties or influence presentation of any broadcast matter, and that Employee will provide written disclosure of any economic interests to the Company that might be considered as having such an effect.
Employee Commitments. Duties, Responsibilities and Authority. i. District retains Employee to perform the duties of the District Administrator as set forth in the District Administrator job description, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference, and any other duties as may be required by the Board of Directors which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement or the law. ii. The Employee shall have those powers and perform all of the duties of the District Administrator as set forth in the laws of the State of California, District Ordinances, and District policies and procedures approved by the District from time to time. iii. The Employee shall be subject to all District rules, regulations and policies applicable to employees and management and to any subsequently adopted laws, regulations and policies, which do not conflict with this Agreement or the law. iv. The Employee shall, subject to the direction and control of the District Board of Directors, exercise administrative supervision over the District and its employees so that the statutory and other legal duties of the District are fully satisfied. v. The Employee shall serve the District diligently and to the best of his abilities in all respects and shall always act in District's best interest in fulfilling its legal responsibilities as a California independent special district and a recreation and park district. vi. The Employee agrees to make sufficient time available to each member of the District Board of Directors each week to provide an opportunity to be briefed on District issues. vii. The Employee agrees to remain in the exclusive employment of District during the term of this Agreement and shall not accept other employment or perform other services for compensation without having first obtained written permission from the Board, which the Board may withhold at its sole discretion.
Employee Commitments. In entering into this Agreement, the Employees acknowledge the above commitments by the Employer and undertake (individually and collectively) to: (a) Perform prescribed duties at all times in a diligent, flexible and efficient manner and in particular to agree to work as required at either the T2 or T3 terminals provided that the tasks required to be performed are within the employee’s skills mix. In consideration of employees agreeing to these flexible work arrangements, the Company will, as far as is practical, share these responsibilities equitably across the workforce. (b) All employees employed by BCS following lodgement of this agreement with the Workplace Authority will be employed to work at T2 or T3 as required. (c) Exercise responsibilities and authorities in accordance with Company policies and procedures and relevant legal requirements (d) Perform any other duties compatible with the employee's skill, experience or that may be requested of the employee by the employer provided that adequate training and supervision is provided (e) Maintain a contemporary knowledge and understanding of Company policies and procedures (f) Exercise due care for the health and safety of themselves and others and strictly comply with company policies and procedures in relation to occupational health and safety (g) Comply with all reasonable instructions relevant to duties and employment with the Employer (h) Exercise due care in the use and maintenance of Company property, plant and equipment (i) In the case of licensed specific trade employees comply with all facets of the regulations and associated codes of practices including (but not limited to) the signing of certificates for work done by the licensed employee and for work done by personnel he/she is in charge of (j) Participate in business improvement and personal development activities as required. (k) Maintain confidentiality and secure custody of information on the Company's finances, operations, products, capabilities and business relationships and not release such information to a third party without the express permission of the Company (l) Not enter into any other commitments or relationships which could present a conflict of interest with the Employee's obligations under this Agreement and (m) Maintain ethical and appropriate conduct in all dealings with others (employees and external parties) in accordance with Company policies and standards.

(b) Work in a safe and healthy manner by continually improving work processes and procedures. (c) To improve customer service expectations via continuous service improvement. (d) Deal honestly and fairly with each other at the workplace, including protecting customers, property. (e) Ensure the needs of the business are a joint priority. (f) Effectively perform their duties in line with business objectives and this Agreement. (g) Ensure employees attend work when required and report absences immediately. (h) Ensure employees comply with the Company’s Policies and Procedures and the Code of Conduct. (i) No unauthorised person/animal will be in a company vehicle during work time.
Employee Commitments. Neither TransAtlantic nor its Subsidiaries is a party to or bound by any written or oral employment, service, pension, employee benefit agreement or collective bargaining agreement or other Contract with or respecting its employees or bound by or obligated to make any contributions under any pension plan or arrangement or any retirement income plan, deferred profit sharing plan or similar plan or arrangement, or any plan, program or other arrangement providing for medical services or coverage, dental care and life insurance, other than as set forth in the Disclosure Letter.

Employee Commitments. Every employee must at all times: Perform his/her duties with due care and diligence, Focus decision-making and responsibilities around customer satisfaction and customer expectations, Ensure the needs of the business are a joint priority in assessing and implementing future initiatives under this Agreement, Comply with the lawful instructions of management whilst improving customer service expectation, via continuous and continual service improvements, Deal honestly and fairly with each other in the workplace, including the customer and the wider community that the facility services, and not engage in inappropriate behaviour, Comply with policies, procedures and rules in operation at the time. Ensure employees attend work when required and report absences immediately to their immediate Supervisor In respect of policies, procedures and rules, subject to the law these may deal with such matters as: safe work practices, personal grooming and appearance, clothing and footwear, attendance at training programs, behaviour and performance standards, the searching of lockers, private bags and private vehicles, unauthorised absences, provision of full and accurate information and specific work practices. If at any stage an employee is in doubt about current requirements, he/she must seek clarification from his/her supervisor immediately. In respect of such policies, procedures and rules: (a) Linfox will consult with the NUW and, as appropriate, with NUW site-representatives regarding all current requirements and any proposed future requirements. (b) Linfox will ensure that all employees are adequately informed of the requirements in place from time to time. In the case of locker searches, the individual employee and, where he/she wishes, the union delegate or other readily available nominated employee must be in attendance at the time. All yard meetings during working time for Union business must be at an agreed time, for a short duration without disruption to the operations of the contract.
