Redundancy Package. Where redeployment or retraining opportunities are not available, the separation package to be paid to redundant staff is as follows:

Redundancy Package. Period of Continuous Service Severance Pay 1 year or less 3 week’s pay 1 year or more 3 week’s pay per year on a pro rata basis for every year of service up to a maximum of 52 weeks 50 years of age or more Additional 8 week’s pay Week’s pay means the ordinary rate of pay for the Employee concerned. The above package shall be additional to all other entitlements owing to the Employee.
Redundancy Package. An employee whose employment is terminated for reasons set out in sub-clause 44.2(a) hereof shall be entitled to the following:
(a) Notice • Five (5) weeks notice, or • Six (6) weeks notice for employees over 40 years old.
(b) Redundancy Pay • Four (4) weeks pay per year of service* *Part year calculation will be rounded to the nearest month
Redundancy Package. The following entitlements relates only to Employees located in Victoria who were previously covered by the GasNet Enterprise Agreement 2005 and employed prior to 31 December 2008. • Severance payment of three weeks pay for every year of service. • Notice period. • Accrued annual leave payment. • Accrued long service leave payment. • Special provision in lieu of long service leave accrued (where applicable). • Payment in lieu of time owing (where applicable). • Superannuation.
Redundancy Package. Employees who are forced to take redundancy will have their redundancy payout based on a Level 6 Operator annualised salary rate for Operations and Trades Assistant employees and the C6 annualised salary rate for Trade employees. This is based on the EBA rates at Berkeley Road and is in place until 28 April 2005. After that date, forced redundancies revert to being calculated on the base Glastonbury Avenue rate.
Redundancy Package. (a) Employees will be paid four weeks’ pay in lieu of notice or given four weeks’ notice. Those employees aged over 45 years and with not less than two years continuous service will receive an additional weeks’ notice or payment in lieu of notice.
(b) Employees who are retrenched, will be paid four weeks’ redundancy pay for the first year of service and three weeks' redundancy pay for each year of service following or part thereof.
Redundancy Package i Employees whose position is deemed redundant and are not successfully redeployed shall on termination be, in addition to any payment in lieu of notice, paid a special lump sum redundancy package in full settlement of all employment related claims calculated as follows: - Seven weeks salary for the first full year of service, or pro-rata for those with less than one full year of service. - Three weeks salary for each subsequent year of continuous service. - Plus a pro-rata payment of each completed month of service. - The maximum payment under this policy shall be 90 weeks' pay.
Redundancy Package. The redundancy package will consist of:
(1) Notice period Less than 1 years continuous service 1 week More than one years continuous service 4 weeks Plus 1 additional weeks notice if the employee is over 45 years old. The Company may elect to make a payment in lieu of the whole or part of the notice period.
