Software Training. The DEVEERA helpdesk can be extremely effective in answering quick software "how to" and "what to do" questions. In‐depth training quotes will be provided on a case‐by‐case basis.
Software Training. 5.1.1 StarTraq will provide remote training to the Customer’s Technical Administrator or other suitably qualified manager with full explanations as to how to operate the Software. This is in addition to any User Training sessions purchased.
Software TrainingThe Contractor may provide training for each type of Microsoft software proposed. All discount percentages or rates must be included on the Vendor Price Sheet on the Value-add tab. The Department will determine which training services proposed will be included in the contract award. After contract award, the Contract Administrator will have final approval as to which training services submitted on a Software licenses, maintenance and services Change Request form will be included in the Contractor’s Catalog. Additionally, if Customers express a specific need for training not currently offered under the Contract, the Contract Administrator may request that the Contractor provide such training.
Software TrainingContractor shall, under the terms and conditions of this Agreement provide the following training options for authorized users:  Train-The-Trainer (T3): Comprehensive training will be provided to select individuals who may train all subsequent authorized users of the Commission on Software. This option is most beneficial when the Commission has internal staffing that will be held accountable for specific data and evaluation-related functions for Software.  Classroom Training with One-On-One Follow-Up: Classroom training will be provided in large group format for all new users. This option is best implemented when moving from one data system to another or when a large group of new users need to be trained quickly. For users who may request or require follow-up training, Contractor will provide virtual one-on-one follow-up sessions.  Just-In-Time Video Training: Contractor will provide all authorized users access to video training 24-hours a day, seven days a week which provides training “just in time” for any of the data entry screens in the system. The SHOW ME videos provide step-by-step demonstrations on how to enter data, run reports and setup new fields; all at a pace that is comfortable for the user who can stop, repeat or get back to any portion of the video training at any time.
Software Training. OPUS will conduct the onsite training free of charge for 10 users and not extending more than 10 working days. Any additional training time will be charged hourly at US $80.00 including weekends and holidays.

License Management Contractor shall be responsible for managing all software licenses sold under this contract and assisting all contract Customers in tracking license expiration dates, potential renewals and maintenance options. Contractors may also offer as part of their Value-added Services any reporting capabilities that would allow Customers to view lists of all software purchased under the contract. Software lists may include the following information: Agency/entity name Date of purchase Software Title Number of licenses purchased License term License expiration date Name of individual who placed the order and any contact information available Any other pertinent information PRICING AND MINIMUM ORDERS The following sections provide guidance regarding pricing, discount rates, minimum orders and promotional pricing requirements. Pricing Pricing offered to the State of Florida for this Contract shall be the best price available to the State and shall be comparable to or better than the best available pricing from similarly situated government entities. Other states similar in size and buying power to the State of Florida are California, New York, Texas and GSA. Discount Rate The overall discount levels shall remain firm for the term of the contract. Volume discounts and promotions above the proposed discounts are acceptable and encouraged. Promotional discounts will not necessitate a contract modification of the bid discounts. Minimum Orders There shall be no minimum order requirements for orders; however, Contractors may offer tiered discount pricing, volume discounts, or aggregated sales level discounts for software purchases as appropriate. Promotional Pricing All promotional pricing and/or subsequent increased discounts must be extended to all qualified purchase orders from Eligible Users received during the effective date of the price reduction or promotion. Software Training. 6.1.1 StarTraq will provide remote training to the Customer’s Technical Administrator or other suitably qualified manager with full explanations as to how to operate the Software. This is in addition to any User Training sessions purchased. 6.1.2 Once a purchase order for the Software has been raised, but prior to the commencement of the Set-up Services, the Customer should identify a Technical Administrator. This Technical Administrator must be a permanent employee of the Customer with skills in information technology, SQL 2012+ databases, Microsoft Office, Internet Browsers, Networking, Servers, E-mail applications and Microsoft operating systems including Windows 7+, Windows server 2012 onwards. 6.1.3 The roles of the Technical Administrator will include (but are not limited to): 6.1.3.1 User management; 6.1.3.2 Troubleshooting; 6.1.3.3 Software down-time management; 6.1.3.4 Data integrity 6.1.3.5 Software security 6.1.3.6 Communication protocols 6.1.3.7 Point of liaison relating to all technical matters between StarTraq and the Customer 6.1.4 The Technical Administrator will be involved in certain stages of the initial setup process of the Software to enable him/her to have a broad understanding of how the entire Software operates. 6.1.5 It is anticipated that the Technical Administrator will be trained within the time allowed for within the set-up fee payable under the Agreement). Additional systems training will incur an additional fee subject to quotation. 6.1.6 Notwithstanding the time estimates above, StarTraq undertakes to ensure that the Technical Administrator is properly trained in all the necessary aspects of the Software. 6.1.7 Furthermore, StarTraq anticipates that the Technical Administrator will be able to provide assistance to the Customer’s Master User in addition to the Training Services that StarTraq will provide to the Customer’s Users (as per section on User Training below). 6.1.8 Such training has its emphasis on ensuring that the Technical Administrator becomes the Customer’s resident expert in the Software. 6.1.9 Upon request from the Customer and subject to sufficient User Training sessions having been purchased (as described below), StarTraq will provide the Software Training to other technical personnel so as to ensure that the Customer’s dependency on any particular person is measured and reduced. 6.1.10 StarTraq will require that the Technical Administrator signs off all the areas of training and confirms that he/she feels c...
Software TrainingNotwithstanding Article 21, the Company shall determine the employee to be trained on job related software programs within the working area affected by the update/upgrade. Upon completion of such training, the remaining employees shall be trained in the order of seniority within a three (3) month period from the date training ended. In the event Article 22 is invoked prior to the three (3) month period, the Company shall first complete the training process before a reduction in the work force can be implemented in the affected classification. Software Training. Training is provided free of charge upon initial installation as part of the initial commissioning phase. If an additional site visit is required to provide training, this training can be provided at our standard hourly rate at the time. Additional future training (version upgrades or new staff) can be provided at our standard hourly rate at the time. WinPC6 does not attract licence fees. WinPC6 does not attract support fees for installation and configuration issues only. General use support is available by telephone or in person by TCS at the standard hourly rate at the time.
