ACCESS OF UNION REPRESENTATIVES. A. In order to observe conditions existing under this Agreement and to settle grievances, representatives of the Union and the chief xxxxxxx shall have the right to visit the Employer's facilities, subject at all times to facility rules.
B. The Union agrees to notify the Medical Office Administrator or his/her designee or the appropriate department head of their presence in the facility for the purpose of observing working conditions, investigating reported grievances or conducting meetings between the employees and the Union. The Union further agrees that such observations, investigations and meetings shall be conducted without disruption of the Employers' operations. Meetings will be held on the premises at a place designated by the Administrator.
C. Union Business Representatives and stewards shall be allowed access to appropriate materials in personnel files which are directly related to an alleged Contract violation, provided the employee's written consent is presented to the Personnel Department. The Employer shall not use any materials from an employee personnel file, for purposes of discipline or in the grievance procedure, which have been specifically denied the Union in a request for access.
ACCESS OF UNION REPRESENTATIVES. A duly authorized representative of the Union shall be permitted to meet with employees on duty in order to conduct legitimate Union business (excluding general union membership meetings), provided such activity does not interrupt or interfere with the work of any employee. All business and conversation between Union representatives and employees will be conducted in a private location so they will be neither observed nor overheard by patients, customers or the public. The Union representative must immediately notify the Manager or his/her designee of their presence upon their arrival for any visitation.
ACCESS OF UNION REPRESENTATIVES. SECTION 1. Representatives of the signatory Unions, designated in writing to the Company by the Union concerned, shall be permitted to enter the Xxxx Disney World Resort area for the purpose of determining that this Agreement is being complied with by the Company and for the presentation and handling of grievances. Such representatives, who shall not be more than four (4) in number for each Local Union, shall comply with the Union access regulations of the Company, and attempt to notify the appropriate Supervisor prior to entering a work area, and shall not unnecessarily interrupt the performance of employee work assignments. Requests for additional representatives will be considered by the Company on an individual basis.
SECTION 2. It is agreed that neither the Union, its representatives, nor the employees they represent will solicit members or engage in organizing activities during the work time of the employees.
ACCESS OF UNION REPRESENTATIVES. 22.1 With prior permission and notification, the Town agrees to allow representatives of the Union to enter the various buildings and areas where employees who are covered by this agreement work, for the purpose of transacting Union business and observing conditions under which employees work provided there is no interruption of work, such permission shall not be arbitrarily withheld.
ACCESS OF UNION REPRESENTATIVES. Duly authorized representatives of the Union shall be permitted at all reasonable times to enter the Hospital for the purpose of transacting Union business and observing conditions under which employees are employed; provided, however, that no interference with the work of employees shall result and such right of entry shall at all times be subject to general rules applicable to non-employees, including but not limited to those relating to patient privacy, and includes reporting to the Human Resources Director or designee. The Union Representative shall preschedule visits to the Hospital as often as reasonably possible. When on hospital premises, the Union Representative shall wear an identification badge with name, title, and picture on it. Concerns about access raised by management will be addressed by the union in a timely manner.
ACCESS OF UNION REPRESENTATIVES. Section 4.1 - Union representatives shall have access to all properties covered by this Agreement to discharge their duties as representatives of the Union, excepting students’ private sleeping rooms. Union representatives shall notify the Director of Human Resources at least 24 hours prior to visiting campus. Access will also be prohibited in laboratories, classrooms, offices, meeting rooms or other like areas when in active use.

Section 4.1 Union representatives shall have access to all properties covered by this Agreement to discharge their duties as representatives of the Union, excepting students’ private sleeping rooms. Section 4.2 At no time shall representatives or the Union interrupt the work of Xxxx College employees. Should it be necessary for a Union representative to speak with an employee at the work site, the employee may move his/her break time in order to meet with the representative. Should a Union representative interrupt the work of employees, the Employer reserves the right to ask the representative to leave the campus.
Section 4.3 The Union shall notify the Director of Human Resources in advance of any and all Union representatives assigned to perform Union duties at Xxxx College.
Should a Union representative who has not been properly identified as indicated above seek access to the campus, the Employer reserves the right to refuse access.
ACCESS OF UNION REPRESENTATIVES. Authorized Union Representatives shall have access to the Employer's facilities for the purpose of transacting Union business. Such access shall be at times and in locations that are mutually agreed to in advance by the Union and the manager of the facility. The Union won't be unreasonably denied access by the Employer. The Union agrees to not interfere with work or violate patient confidentiality during these visits. Authorized Union Representatives and Stewards shall be allowed access to materials in personnel files of represented employees, which are directly related to an alleged contract violation, providing that written consent of the affected employee is presented to the Human Resources Department. Within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Agreement and on the first (1st) working day in each month, the Employer shall supply a list of all employees covered by this Agreement. This list shall include the following information for each employee, as recorded in the Employer's personnel file: name, address, social security number, home telephone number, the Employer facility, department, title, date of hire, adjusted benefit date, salary and whether employee authorized deduction of union dues.
ACCESS OF UNION REPRESENTATIVES. A duly authorized representative of the Union shall be permitted to visit Employer’s facilities to meet with employees on duty in order to conduct legitimate Union business. When visiting Employer’s facilities the Union representative or Union officer shall first inform a designated Employer representative of their arrival, conform to all safety requirements, conduct business in a manner not to interfere with work being performed, and notify a designated employer representative of their departure. Union representatives shall not conduct Union business on any customer premises, provided, however, that if in connection with an investigatory matter, the Union desires to contact a customer representative, the Union shall provide Employer with the name of such person and a description of the information sought, and Employer shall use reasonable efforts to get permission from the customer representative for Union to initiate contact. If customer representative refuses, the Union agrees not to contact customer representative without first obtaining a subpoena.
ACCESS OF UNION REPRESENTATIVES. Duly authorized representative(s) of the Union shall be permitted access to the Company’s facilities, for the purpose of conducting legitimate Union business under the following conditions:
A. When necessary for employee representation as required under the Xxxxxxxxxx Act.
B. To ensure proper administration of the contract.
C. To investigate a potential grievance.
D. Authorized representatives shall ensure such activities do not interrupt or interfere with the work of an employee and it does not occur at a Company sponsored event.
