Clerical Agreement. A Regular Full Time Employee who previously worked for the Company and successfully completed their probationary period and after leaving the Company is later rehired as a Temporary Employee will automatically begin to accumulate time on the preference listing. Temporary Employees will be responsible to inform the Human Resources Department in writing of their lay off date to ensure the preference listing is properly updated. When selecting Temporary Employees from the preference listing for a vacant position for which the expected duration is five (5) days or less in which listed employees have satisfactoryjob experience, preference will be granted to the listed employee with that job experience, who has the highest accumulated service at that area.
