Job Protected Leaves. The County leaves run concurrently where applicable. All accrued or available leave time runs concurrently with job protected leaves unless the employee elects an available exception. The County utilizes the rolling twelve (12) month period measured backward from the date an employee uses FMLA/CFRA leave.
Job Protected Leaves. An employee who takes a job protected leave under the E.S.A. shall continue to accrue seniority for the duration of the leave.
