Loadings. If the Goods are loaded onto vehicles provided by the Purchaser, the loading is to be made within the working hours specified by ADM in accordance with operational requirements. If necessary, the Goods can be kept 10 days maximum on docks, but at Purchaser’s costs and risks. After this delay, the Goods shall be back in stock and available for other deliveries. A new delay can be provided to the Purchaser, up to 24 days maximum.

Loadings. (a) Any portion of a shift that is worked between 6.00pm and 10.00pm, Monday to Friday, shall be paid a 50% loading. If the Employee is required to work part of their ordinary hours or part-time Contract Hours beyond 6:00pm on a Monday to Friday but is not required to work until 9:00pm, the Employee will be paid an additional loading of 50% on the last three (3) hours worked.

Description Core Hours Shift Description Shift Loading Ordinary hours performed on Sunday as part of a roster shall receive a 50% loading for the Sunday. Rosters must be rotational and include blocks of consecutive shifts finishing on or after 9:00pm and be inclusive of regular (and often consecutive) Saturday and Sunday shifts as well as public holiday shifts. 22.5% loading to be incorporated as part of the employee’s normal hourly rate of pay. Evening Shift Monday to Sunday 12:00pm to 11:00pm. All shifts finish on or after 8.00pm. 10% loading to be incorporated as part of the employee’s normal hourly rate of pay. In addition, any ordinary hours performed as an evening shift, which fall on a Saturday or Sunday, are to receive in addition to the evening shift loading of 10%, the appropriate Saturday loading of 40% or Sunday loading of 50%. Night shift Monday to Sunday 9.00pm to 7.00am. All shifts worked between the late night shift core hours. 30% loading to be incorporated as part of the employee’s normal hourly rate of pay
Loadings. 16.3.1. An employee who commences ordinary hours of work at or before 4.00am or at or after 12.00 noon, Monday to Friday, shall be paid at the employee’s ordinary time rate of pay plus a loading of 15% of the ordinary time rate of pay for the classification in Schedule 1 for all ordinary hours worked on such a shift.
