Loadings. (a) Any portion of a shift that is worked after hours Monday to Friday shall be paid a 27.5% loading.
(b) Any portion of a shift that is worked as core hours on Saturday or Sunday shall be paid 25% loading.
(c) Any portion of a shift that is worked after hours on Saturday or Sunday shall be paid 52.5% loading.
(d) Where an employee works after hours Monday to Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday and they receive the relevant loadings in clause 8.3, such hours will not be counted for the assessment of overtime or time off in lieu. Where an employee is entitled to overtime (as per clause 8.5) loadings will no longer apply.
Loadings. If the Goods are loaded onto vehicles provided by the Purchaser, the loading is to be made within the working hours specified by ADM in accordance with operational requirements. If necessary, the Goods can be kept 10 days maximum on docks, but at Purchaser’s costs and risks. After this delay, the Goods shall be back in stock and available for other deliveries. A new delay can be provided to the Purchaser, up to 24 days maximum.
Loadings. Loadings. Not to impose on any part of the floors, roof, roof trusses, ceilings or the structure of the Building any load or weight greater than that which the same are designed or constructed to bear with due margin for safety nor by machinery or otherwise to cause or permit any undue vibration to or nuisance by noise or otherwise in the Demised Premises.
Loadings. (a) Employees employed under Clause 5.2 (i), will be paid loadings according to the table below based on their pattern of hours. Description Core Hours Shift Description Shift Loading Ordinary hours performed on Sunday as part of a roster shall receive a 50% loading for the Sunday. Ordinary hours performed on Saturday as part of a roster shall receive a 40% loading for the Saturday. Day Shifts Monday to Sunday 6:00am to 11.00pm. Ordinary hours worked between 8.00pm and 10.00pm will receive a 50% loading and ordinary hours worked between 10.00pm and 11.00pm will receive a 100% loading. In the event that more than one loading is applicable, the highest loading would apply. Rotating Day/Evening Shifts The business unit is required to operate during the full spread of core hours as prescribed, for staff to qualify for this loading Monday to Sunday 6:00am to 11:00pm. (Staff must be available for all rostered shifts within this spread of core hours). Staff working these shifts will be rostered across the full spread of core hours. Rosters must be rotational and include blocks of consecutive shifts finishing on or after 9:00pm and be inclusive of regular (and often consecutive) Saturday and Sunday shifts as well as public holiday shifts. 22.5% loading to be incorporated as part of the employee’s normal hourly rate of pay. Evening Shift Monday to Sunday 12:00pm to 11:00pm. All shifts finish on or after 8.00pm. 10% loading to be incorporated as part of the employee’s normal hourly rate of pay. In addition, any ordinary hours performed as an evening shift, which fall on a Saturday or Sunday, are to receive in addition to the evening shift loading of 10%, the appropriate Saturday loading of 40% or Sunday loading of 50%. Night shift Monday to Sunday 9.00pm to 7.00am. All shifts worked between the late night shift core hours. 30% loading to be incorporated as part of the employee’s normal hourly rate of pay
(b) For areas covered by Clause 5.2 (ii) of this Agreement, a 50% loading will be paid for all ordinary hours worked on a Sunday unless a shift loading is already being paid.
(c) For areas covered by Clause 5.2 (ii) of this Agreement, a 40% loading will be paid for all ordinary hours worked on a Saturday unless a shift loading is already being paid.
(d) Public holiday payment: (i) Normally rostered to work on the day that the Public Holiday falls (eg if normally work Mondays and Public Holiday falls on the Monday)

Loadings. Short-Term - Each Purchaser shall provide by technology, by week, Wafer start instructions to the Supplier on a fixed day(s) of each week. Such loadings shall cover the next *********. There will be a follow-up conference call (where necessary) between the Supplier and each Purchaser to confirm the Supplier's ability (availability of masks, etc.) to handle the specific requests of the Purchaser. Each Purchaser will provide the Supplier with code level detail as needed by the Supplier.
Loadings. (i) A casual time work employee engaged before 13th October 2008 to perform work in a section where weekly engagement operates shall be paid one-fifth of the weekly rate for the classification he or she is engaged under as prescribed in this Agreement plus 25% of such rate for each day or shift.
(ii) A casual time work employee engaged on or after before 13th October 2008 to perform work in a section where weekly engagement operates shall be paid one-fifth of the weekly rate for the classification he or she is engaged under as prescribed in this Agreement plus 20% of such rate for each day or shift.
(iii) A casual time work employee engaged before 13th October 2008 to perform work in a section where daily engagement operates shall be paid the regular daily rate for the classification he or she is engaged under as prescribed in this Agreement plus 25% of such rate for each day or shift.
(iv) A casual time work employee engaged on or after 13th October 2008 to perform work in a section where daily engagement operates shall be paid the regular daily rate for the classification he or she is engaged under as prescribed in this Agreement plus 20% of such rate for each day or shift.
(v) A casual piece worker engaged before 13th October 2008 shall be paid at the rate prescribed in this Agreement for the type of work he or she performs on the day or shift plus 25% of his or her earnings for the day.
Loadings. We may apply a risk loading on the premium payable (based upon the declarations made in the proposal form and the health status of the persons proposed for insurance). The maximum risk loading applicable for an individual shall not exceed above 100% per diagnosis / medical condition and an overall risk loading of over 150% per person. These loadings are applied from Commencement Date of the Policy including subsequent renewal(s) with Us or on the receipt of the request of increase in Sum Insured (for the increased Sum Insured). We will inform You about the applicable risk loading through a counter offer letter. You need to revert to Us with consent and additional premium (if any), within 15 days of the issuance of such counter offer letter. In case, you neither accept the counter offer nor revert to Us within 15 days, We shall cancel Your application and refund the premium paid within next 7 days. Please note that We will issue Policy only after getting Your consent.
Loadings. We may apply a risk loading on the premium payable (excluding statutory levies and taxes) on the Policy based upon the health status of the persons proposed for insurance and declarations made in the Proposal Form. Maximum loading applicable per Insured Person shall not exceed 100%. These loadings will be applied from the Inception Date of the first Policy including subsequent Renewal (s) with Us. Following loadings may be applied on the policy for the medical conditions listed below if they are accepted at the time of underwriting. The loadings are applicable on individual ailments only and will be applied when they have a direct bearing on the covered Critical Illnesses. Anaemia - Blood Disorder 20 Asthma - Breathing Disorder and Associated Respiratory Disorder 20 Prostrate Disease / Disorders 20 Benign Tumors 20 Diabetes Mellitus 20 Dyslipidemia 20 Epilepsy - Ailments with Steroid Treatment 20 Fatty Liver - Liver Disorder 20 Circulatory System Disease 20 Hypertension 20 Arthritis or Joint Disorder 20 Ovarian Cysts, Genito-urinary Tract Infection 20 Spinal or Vertibral Disorder 20 Hormonal Disorder 20 Gastro-intestinal System Disorder (Include among others - Liver, Gall Bladder, Hepatitis) 20 Nervous System Disorder 20 Kidney Infections 20 High BMI associated with Comorbidity 20 Physical Defect 20 Congenital Ailment 20 Haemogram 10 Blood Sugar 10 Urine routine 10 Kidney Function Test 10 Complete Lipid Profile 10 Liver Function Test 10 Carcino Embryonic Antigen In case of deviation from normal values, proposal will be declined. Prostate Specific Antigen In case of deviation from normal values, medical test to be clinically correlated and evaluated on a case to case basis. If deviation is accepted then loading will be 20 Thyroid Profile 10 C Reactive Protein 10 Tread Mill Test In case of deviation from normal values, medical test to be clinically correlated and evaluated on a case to case basis. Minor Variations loading will be 10. If deviation is accepted then loading will be 20 USG Abdomen & Pelvis In case of deviation from normal values, medical test to be clinically correlated and evaluated on a case to case basis. Minor Variations loading will be 10. If deviation is accepted then loading will be 20
Loadings. Loadings will apply for Ordinary Hours worked during shifts performed as follows.- Midnight Sunday - Midnight Saturday will incur a 25% loading excluding shifts commencing at or after 7.00 a.m. and ending at or before 7.00 p.m.
