Military Reservist Leave. Military Reservist leave will be available to employees who are members of the Canadian Forces in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, for prescribed periods of deployment. Employees seeing to take Military Reservist Leave must provide the Company with the prescribed period of prior written notice prior to taking such leave, and must also provide the Company with satisfactory evidence of entitlement in support of their request. MEMOS OF UNDERSTANDING PART A

Military Reservist Leave. Employees who are required by law to serve in the military shall be granted unpaid leave of absence for this purpose without prejudice to future reassignment or reappointment.

Military Reservist Leave. Active full-time employees on an approved unpaid statutory Reservist Leave (as per the Employment Standards Act, 2000) will be eligible for a top up with respect to Extended Health Benefits excluding short-term disability, long term disability, AD&D and life insurance, and any other restrictions under the insurer’s benefit policy, during the Reservist Leave to a maximum period of twelve (12) months.

Military Reservist Leave. 14.4.1. When a teacher who is a part-time member of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), as Reserve Force, is called into active service and / or required to attend mandatory training, the teacher shall be granted the leave required to meet their obligations to the CAF.

Military Reservist Leave. 25.15.1 A Member is entitled to a Leave of Absence without Compensation (Article 25.1) if the Member is a reservist and:

Military Reservist Leave. ‌ In accordance with Article 25, an Employee who has been employed for a period of six (6) months or more shall be granted a leave without pay up to a maximum of eighteen (18) months upon providing a certificate from an official with the Reserves stating that the employee is a reservist and the expected start and end dates for the period of service. Such a request shall be submitted in writing to the employee’s immediate supervisor and HROD at the employee’s earliest opportunity. Employees on such leave will continue to accrue seniority.

Military Reservist Leave. On giving at least four (4) weeks’ written notice, an Employee who has completed at least twelve (12) weeks of continuous employment, and who is required by military authorities to attend training or perform military services, shall be granted unpaid job-protected leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Code and Regulation.

Military Reserve a. All permanent employees of the Commonwealth who are members of reserve components of the Armed Forces of the United States shall be entitled to military leave with compensation for all types of training duty ordered or authorized by the Armed Forces of the United States. Such training duty may either be active or inactive duty training and shall include but is not limited to:
Military Service We do not Cover an illness, treatment or medical condition due to service in the Armed Forces or auxiliary units.
Military Leave An employee will be granted unpaid Military Leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. The employee will give as much notice as is reasonably possible and will provide a copy of the Military Notice when received.
