You can confirm your account balance information by contacting us. Any instructions we receive from you on the service channels, including an instruction to pay a third party or transfer money between your accounts will only be carried out if you have enough money in your account or credit in your overdraft facility. Notification Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, RACO shall provide Subscriber with Notification Services during the term of this Agreement at the Service Level set forth in Exhibit X. XXXX’x only responsibility is to provide off-site monitoring and to send notification messages. RACO shall not respond or otherwise take action regarding any event which RACO monitors or for which RACO sends a notification message. Subscriber acknowledges and understands that Notification Services are not intended to be used for a primary life-safety, burglary, or fire protection detection and reporting system. Furthermore, Subscriber acknowledges and understands that Notification Services rely on the telecommunication services of Carriers, which RACO has no control of, and RACO is not responsible or liable for the reliability or availability of Carriers’ telecommunications services.

Notification Services. Provisions of any and all Work: The Contractor shall not begin any additional work (other than that already detailed herein) without the verbal or email authorization from the authorized Agency representative. Cost/Value of Services.
Notification Services. 1) All Notification Letters must be approved by User Agencies prior to being printed, and must be in a mutually agreeable format and template as required in SIMM 5340-C. This may include printing on front and back sides of the Notification Letter. It may also include enrollment instructions within the letter or as a separate enclosure. The Contractor will also include any enclosures as necessary.
2) Notifications must not exceed five (5) total pages, including enclosures.
3) The Contractor must prepare, print, and send all notifications via standard United States Postal Service First-Class Mail. User Agencies may elect other delivery methods at an additional cost to the User Agency.
4) Notification Letters must include the specific services being offered.
5) Notifications must contain unique Activation Codes to all Eligible Persons used for enrolling in Credit and Identity Theft Monitoring Services, and instructions explaining how to enroll in services.
6) User Agencies will provide to the Contractor all necessary information (names, addresses, etc.) of Eligible Persons to whom the Notification Letters must be sent.
7) Notification Letters must not contain any additional Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that would further jeopardize Eligible Persons.
Notification Services. Notification services will have fair and reasonable prices negotiated between Parties according to art. 3, par. 4 of the EU Regulation.
