Recall Benefits. Unless modified under the Agreement in force at the time the teacher returns from layoff, all benefits to which the teacher was entitled at the time of his/her layoff, including seniority, salary schedule placement, unused accumulated sick leave and experience toward leave eligibility, will be restored to the teacher upon his/her return to active employment and the teacher will be placed on the proper step of the salary schedule for the teacher's current position according to the teacher's experience and education.
Recall Benefits. A. Employees who are re-employed after layoff shall be placed on the next higher step on the salary schedule than they were on prior to the layoff. Further, other benefits - including sick leave - will be returned in like manner.
Recall Benefits. A. Employees returning from the employment pool to accept an open or vacant position shall return to their previous contractual status.
Recall Benefits. An employee who is laid off shall be paid all earned compensation on or before the third business day following his/her last day of employment. All medical, dental and life insurance coverage for laid off non-probationary employees will continue to be paid by the District until the start of the following school term. Thereafter, the employee may continue the same coverage by paying the monthly group rate premium subject to the conditions of COBRA.

All benefits, to which an employee was entitled at the time of his/her layoff, including unused accumulated sick leave and seniority, will be restored to the employee upon his/her recall to active employment and the employee will be reinstated at the same step on the pay chart to which he/she would have been eligible prior to his/her layoff and to the hourly rate in the accepted position’s group level for the corresponding fiscal year.
Recall Benefits. XXXX has already launched a voluntary recall on June 26, 2016, which is still in force. The Recall Benefits are therefore still provided to all Class Members :
