Recall Time. Employees shall be paid a two (2) hour minimum recall time at the rate pursuant to Paragraph (1) Article XV. Recall time is when an authorized supervisor calls an employee back to work to perform a task at a time not already in the employee's schedule or adjacent to such schedule.
Recall Time. The measured time from when ISO/LCC requests an LCC/TO to safely restore a transmission element from outage state to in service. Short-Term Transmission Outage: A Planned Transmission Outage submitted for ISO Approval less than 21 days and greater than 120 hours prior to 0001 the day the outage is scheduled to begin. Significantly Reduced Congestion Costs: Reductions in forecasted real-time congestion and Net Commitment-Period Compensation (NCPC) costs resulting from the repositioning of a transmission outage are considered significant when the reduction minus the PTO’s incremental direct costs for repositioning the outage exceeds $200,000 per week or any portion of a week. Recall Time. 3.6.1 Employees recalled to work after going home, or called to work on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday shall be compensated with a minimum of three hours pay at time and one-half of the employee's regular hourly rate.
3.6.2 Article 3.6.1 shall not apply to Transportation unit members recalled between runs.
Recall Time. Any employee recalled to work at the completion of his/her regular assignment shall be guaranteed and compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at a rate of one and one-half times the employee's regular rate of pay.
Recall Time. Recall time shall be a minimum of one (1) hour for the first hour and fractional (15-minute increments) thereafter, with the exception of those calls which occur within one (1) hour of scheduled starting time. These calls shall be paid in 1/4 hour increments. If the call is for an emergency (all calls, structure fires, serious accidents) and the bargaining unit member responding to the call is off duty, he/she will be paid at his/her overtime rate.
Recall Time. 5.01 An Employee who has completed their regular shift, left the Company property after clocking out and is then recalled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the applicable overtime rate or pay for the actual overtime hours worked at the applicable overtime rate, whichever is the greater. This same provision will apply if an Employee is requested to work overtime at a specified time, reports for work as requested and no work is available.
5.02 If the Employee is recalled again, after completing his first assignment it will be considered another recall.
5.03 Where work is to be performed on more than one unit, the Employee shall be so notified when recalled and the conditions of Article 5.02 shall not apply.
5.04 The provisions of this Article shall not apply in the event of an emergency such as fire, flood, power failure, etc., beyond the control of the Company.
5.05 Any Employee who volunteers and is accepted to perform on call shall receive one hundred and seventy-five dollars ($175.00) for the week they are on call. If the week includes a general holiday, then the Employee is to receive an additional fifty dollars ($50.00) for every day deemed a general holiday. The Company shall provide an on call schedule and the schedule shall be posted as per Article 3.06 of this Agreement. On call commences at the end of regular schedule
5.06 If this Employee is recalled to work to perform administrative, supervisory functions or parts technician to perform parts call out duties, the Employee will be paid an allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each recall. Also, if the call out occurs during the hours between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. then the rate will be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per occurrence. If this Employee is recalled to work to perform mechanical duties, the provisions of Article 5.01 will apply and the one hundred dollar ($100.00) allowance will not be paid.
5.07 A new call out will be defined as when the Employee leaves the Company property.
Recall Time. When an officer is recalled within 4 hours after completing his/her regular tour of duty, or is called in, he/she shall receive credit for a minimum of 2 hours, and all such hours worked shall be credited at time and one-half his/her regular pay. Such officer may be required to do any police work assigned during that 2-hour period.
Recall Time. A. Any employee who is recalled to duty after having completed his or her shift and returned home shall receive two hours compensation and shall be credited with having worked two hours recall whether he remains the duration of the two hours or not, or shall be paid for the longest period of time he remains, whichever is greater.
B. An employee recalled to duty that is recalled within two hours prior to commencement of his or her shift shall receive only that time which he or she works.
C. When an employee is called into work on days off, vacation days off, or compensatory days off, he/she shall be credited in accord with the recall provisions in paragraphs A and B of this section.
Recall Time. Recall time is any time an employee is called back to duty. Each employee shall be credited with a minimum of two (2) hours worked, to be compensated at the overtime rate set forth in Section 2 of this Article, for each time he/she is so called back to work. For attendance at training sessions only, the minimum hours requirement of this section is waived. This waiver does not include training officers.
