Service Award Program. An employee who has completed the years of service set forth below shall receive the following service awards: 13.2.1 Upon completion of five (5) years of service, an employee shall receive a letter of appreciation from his/her Department Head, a certificate of service signed by the City Manager and the Mayor, and a one-time grant of eight (8) additional hours of vacation leave. 13.2.2 Upon completion of ten (10) years of service, an employee shall receive a letter of appreciation from the City Manager, a certificate signed by the City Manager and the Mayor, a cash bonus of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and a one-time grant of sixteen (16) additional hours of vacation leave. 13.2.3 Upon completion of fifteen (15) years of service, an employee shall receive a letter of appreciation from the City Manager, a certificate of service signed by the City Manager and the Mayor, a cash bonus of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) and a one-time grant of sixteen (16) additional hours of vacation leave. 13.2.4 Upon completion of twenty (20) years of service, an employee shall receive a letter of appreciation from the City Manager and the Mayor, a certificate of service signed by the City Manager and the Mayor, a cash bonus of two hundred dollars ($200.00) and a one-time grant of sixteen (16) additional hours of vacation leave. 13.2.5 Upon completion of twenty-five (25) years of service, an employee shall receive a letter of appreciation from the City Manager and the Mayor, a plaque, a certificate of service signed by the City Manager and Mayor, a cash bonus of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and a one-time grant of sixteen (16) additional hours of vacation leave. 13.2.6 Upon completion of thirty (30) years of service, an employee shall receive a letter of appreciation from the City Manager and the Mayor, a plaque of service signed by the City Manager, the Mayor and the Council members, a cash bonus of three hundred dollars ($300.00) and a one-time grant of sixteen (16) additional hours of vacation leave. 13.2.7 Upon completion of thirty-five (35) years of service, an employee shall receive a letter of appreciation from the City Manager and the Mayor, a gift presented by the city manager and the mayor, a cash bonus of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) and a one-time grant of sixteen (16) hours of vacation leave. 13.2.8 Upon completion of forty (40) years of service, an employee shall receive a letter of appreciation from the City Manager and the Mayor, a gift p...

Service Award Program. (a) Before the Close of the Distribution Date, at the request of Tronox, Xxxx-XxXxx shall use its reasonable best efforts to cause the vendor that provides service anniversary merchandise related to the Xxxx-XxXxx Service Award Program as of the date of this Agreement to enter into a contract with Tronox and the Tronox Entities to provide service anniversary merchandise under similar terms and conditions to the terms and conditions of the contract between Xxxx-XxXxx and the vendor effective Immediately after the Distribution Date. These efforts shall substantially conform with the guidelines set forth in Section 6.04(a) as if the service anniversary merchandise vendor contract were an ASO Contract. (b) Tronox and the Tronox Entities may provide to their employees service anniversary merchandise bearing the name and/or logo of Xxxx-XxXxx ordered by Xxxx-XxXxx before the date of this Agreement and delivered under the Tronox Service Award Program to Transferred Individuals and other employees and former employees of Tronox and the Tronox Entities whose service anniversary occurs on or before December 31, 2005 (or such other date on which the parties shall agree), subject to the terms and conditions of any separate agreement between Xxxx-XxXxx and Tronox regarding the use of the corporate names, logos, service marks, and other intellectual property of Xxxx-XxXxx and a Xxxx-XxXxx Entity. No service anniversary merchandise bearing the corporate name and/or logo of Xxxx-XxXxx shall be delivered to any Transferred Individuals or other employees and former employees of Tronox and the Tronox Entities with respect to a service anniversary after December 31, 2005 (or such other date on which the parties shall agree), without the express written consent of Xxxx-XxXxx.
Service Award Program. Verigy Transferred Employees and other Verigy Employees shall cease active participation in the Service Award Plan as of the applicable Agilent Participation Discontinuance Date. Service Award Program. The City provides a service award program for its employees to honor their continuous service to the City and the community and to recognize their meritorious service. Under this program, employees can receive an award for each 5 years of continuous service after the first 10 years of continuous employment. The anniversary date of an employee shall not be changed for failure of the supervisor to issue a performance evaluation for a rating period. In the absence of any one of the evaluations due during the eligibility period, the City Manager or City Council/Personnel Committee shall conclude that "meets standards" would have applied for each rating category. If in the future the service award amounts increase, the City Manager reserves the right to implement the provisions and intent of this paragraph in full or in part. Service Award Program. Discover Business Employees who have reached their milestone anniversary on or prior to the date of the Distribution Date shall be entitled to receive a gift under the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Service Award Program. Discover shall reimburse Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx for the cost of providing such benefit in an amount determined consistently with the cost allocation method in effect prior to the Distribution Date. Discover Business Employees who reach their milestone anniversary after the Distribution Date shall not be eligible to receive a gift under the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Service Award Program.

Service Award Program. A regular employee who has completed the years of employment since the most recent date of hire as a regular employee with the Xxxxxx Police Department indicated below will receive the following service awards. A regular employee whose employment with the city is interrupted by lay off will receive credit for the continuous length of service as a regular employee immediately prior to and immediately following the lay-off.

EMPLOYER agrees to provide EMPLOYEE with a service award program to honor EMPLOYEE’S continuous service to EMPLOYER and the community and to recognize EMPLOYEE’S meritorious service. Payment of the Service Award benefit is subject to taxation and does not result in a PERSable obligation; i.e., the cash value of the service award is not reported to CalPERS as income for any employment– or retirementrelated benefit or purpose.
