RETIREMENT A Flight Crew Member who has reached age sixty (60) may elect to retire upon giving three (3) months advance written notice and shall be entitled to retiree staff travel privileges. A Flight Crew Member who has not reached age sixty (60) may elect to retire upon giving three (3) months advance written notice. He shall be entitled to retiree staff travel privileges if his age and years of service (minimum of five (5) years) with the company equal sixty five (65). If the Company requires an individual Flight Crew Member’s expertise for the introduction of a new operation and/or aircraft type, the conditions of and would be waived.
