Vacation procedure Clause Samples
The Vacation Procedure clause outlines the process employees must follow to request and take vacation time. Typically, it specifies how much advance notice is required, the method for submitting requests (such as through a manager or HR system), and any approval requirements or blackout periods. By establishing clear steps and expectations, this clause helps ensure orderly scheduling, minimizes workplace disruptions, and provides transparency for both employees and management regarding time off.
