Guatemala operationalized a ministerial agreement approving an operational workplan for the purchase of contraceptives, medical equipment, and reproductive health supplies. Madagascar journalists and youth sector nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) worked to disseminate the country’s revised family planning and reproductive health law. Malawi established coordination and governance structures in six districts to oversee implementation of its Adolescent Girls and Young Women Strategy. MONITORED/EVALUATED Madagascar validated the final review of its 2016– 2020 costed implementation plan for family planning. Madagascar monitored investments and future budget and financial gaps of its Demographic Dividend Roadmap 2019–2028. Malawi monitored implementation of its Cervical Cancer Strategy. Nigeria’s Lagos State met pre-conditions for accessing the Basic Healthcare Provision Fund and expanded health insurance enrollment to people with fewer means or particular health vulnerabilities. Nigeria’s Lagos State began HIV service provision and implementation of the state’s health insurance scheme in 56 percent of enrolled health facilities. El Salvador implemented its COVID-19 Vaccination Strategy and Guidelines at the national level. Malawi monitored implementation of its Optional Paying Services Guideline in central hospitals.
