Employees Records. 19.02.01 The Company will advise the Union Chairperson of changes to the Employee Records Privacy Policy and will advise new employees of its existence.
19.02.02 In the event the Company uses any employee's individual personnel records to support disciplinary or discharge action, a copy of such records will be given to the employee upon request. This article specifically excludes access to any internal Company correspondence; such correspondence, however, shall not form part of an employee's disciplinary record.
19.02.03 The Company will provide the Union with advice of any change of members' addresses it receives.
Employees Records. 071 The Xxxxxx City Schools shall maintain individual personnel files for each bargaining unit employee. Nothing shall be placed in an individual personnel file without a copy being given to the employee.

Any hours over forty will be compensated at a rate of time and a half (1 1 /2 ) or compensation time whether in the plant or in the field at the employees choice Per NYS labor law. Employees Records. Subject to Clause 31.5A (Supervision of Employees who are not Disclosure Checked) the Contractor shall, and shall procure that every Access Employee (other than the Relevant Employees) has consented to the Contractor and/or the Employer obtaining an enhanced disclosure under Part V of the Police Xxx 0000.
Employees Records. Employee shall accurately track work-hours in increments of one-minute. Employee shall track hours and inform Company as soon as practicable prior to overages occurring. Employee shall supply timesheets to Company by close of business each Friday, and Employee shall supply timesheets to Company immediately upon request of Company.
