GENERAL BOOKINGS. The workshift board for the General Booking shall be submitted to the Union Committee one week prior to being posted. The Union Committee's request changes shall be subject to discussion with the Director of Transportation Staff Relations. The General Booking shall contain the DAILY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, STATUTORY HOLIDAYS, AND ANNUAL VACATIONS workshifts. All shifts listed shall be selected in order of seniority and the Commission is to be the sole judge of each employee's competency to discharge the duties effectively. Employees, who book on shifts or as holiday spares at the General Booking, must remain booked on such work until the next change of the board.

All shifts listed shall be selected in order of seniority and the City is to be the sole judge of each employee's competency to discharge the duties effectively. Employees who book on shifts or as Holiday Spares at the General Rooking, must booked on such work until the next change of the board. All bookings shall be the responsibility of a booking official appointed by the City, and the Union shall designate one of its representatives to attend. If an employee is unable to be present at a booking, the employee shall be booked by the City and Union representatives, having due regard for seniority.
GENERAL BOOKINGS. A. All bookings, including Owners for themselve and friends and family, are to be made via the Property Managers' online booking system B. Bookings must be made no later than 24 horus prior to the requested dates and are subject to availability C. Bookings cannot be for a partial day, and are for a minimum 2 night stay D. All staff employed to run activities for New Forest Activities Booking Centre Ltd. are trained and appropriately qualified to run activity sessions and act in order to limit the risk of injury. Participants must however acknowledge the inherent risks and act in their own best interests • Any customer under the age of 18 years must have the explicit permission of his/her parent or guardian before being able to take part in any activity/course offered by New Forest Activities Booking Centre Ltd. The parent or guardian need to be aware and accept the risks involved in adventure activities and satisfy them accordingly. • All bookings are on the basis that the customer will, at all times, observe the safety regulations set by the Activity provider. • All information is produced in good faith that it is accurate at the time of going to press. • Group bookings of less than eight must confirm their activities by full payment. • Places on advertised paddle sport courses and coaching awards will be confirmed by New Forest Activities Booking Centre Ltd. on receiving full payment. • On line bookings are subject to availability and confirmed on receipt of information pack only. • A party of eight or more individuals will constitute a group booking and will be subject to the following terms. • Provisional bookings must be confirmed by payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit. • Full payment is required 2 weeks before the date of activities. • In the event that the balance is not paid New Forest Activities Booking Centre Ltd. will have the discretion to treat the booking as cancelled by the customer. • Should a booking be made within 2 weeks of the date of arrival the whole fee is required at the time of booking. Customers referred to us by Canoe England and the ‘Go Canoeing’ website will be subject to the following; By accepting the Terms and Conditions of New Forest Activities you are consenting to your name, date of birth, postcode, gender and email address being passed on to Canoe England, a division of the British Canoe Union, the governing body for canoeing in the UK. GENERAL BOOKINGS. By making a booking for a journey, You warrant that You have provided WCWR’s Terms and Conditions to a representative of the booked party and note that these terms may be subject to change without notice. • All bookings must provide the details of the booked party, including name, contact phone number and email address (Contact Details). • If the Contact Details provided are not for the booked party directly, You indemnify WCWR from any refunds and additional costs associated with missed departures or other factors that may have otherwise been communicated in WCWR’s pre-arrival communications. • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless a credit facility exists. Payment may be made by bank transfer or via secure payment gateway. • By providing credit card details for payment, You warrant that You have the authority to use the credit card and You authorise WCWR to charge this credit card accordingly. • Gross rates are non-negotiable. An updated rate card will be provided annually and will include gross and nett rates. Unless otherwise agreed by WCWR, all rates published to the general public must reflect the rate card gross rate. • If WCWR cancels a booked journey, then all monies paid in advance will be refunded in full within 14 days of the cancellation. The liability of WCWR arising from any cancellations of journeys is limited to the amount paid for the tour booking. • WCWR reserves the right to refuse requests and bookings due to insufficient or excessive numbers of requests. • Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to scheduled journey departure time do not incur a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled journey departure time incur a cancellation fee of the full ticket price for journey booked unless cancellation is aligned to the COVID Safe Conditions of Carriage. • No refund will be given for any non-used services or non-arrival. Cancellations must be made by notifying WCWR email at xx0@xxxx.xxx.xx. Emails received after 4pm will be considered as having arrived the following business day. • If the amount of the deposit is more than the cancellation fee then the cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit and the balance of the deposit will be refunded. • If the amount of the deposit is less than the cancellation fee then the deposit will be taken in part payment of the cancellation fee and the balance of the cancellation fee will be payable on invoice.

If no information is provided prior to the start of the booking then the employee shall be booked by the Management appointee and the Union representative having due regard for the employee's qualifications and seniority. At Booking, all Supervisors will book the Statutory Holidays for that booking. All Supervisors will book their work by seniority and Supervisors who have already been booked the statutory holiday hours will not be offered additional work until everyone else has had an opportunity to book the statutory holiday. To maintain coverage, available Garage Supervisors must fill the open positions by seniority. For the purposes of this rule Statutory Holidays begin at 23:00 hours *(4)10.6
