Grantee Deliverables. (a) Grantee shall pay rent for space in the Tech River building monthly in the amount of $1,000.00 per month, commencing on October 1, 2014, which rent is due on the first of each month thereafter until June 30, 2015. (b) XXX and Grantee will mutually agree on commercially reasonable rental terms to commence July 1, 2015, to include an option for Grantee to purchase the Tech River property on terms mutually acceptable to both parties. (c) Grantee shall employ at least thirty-six (36) full-time equivalent (FTE) positions located in Xxxxxx County, Florida, no later than December 31, 2014. Grantee Deliverables. The Grantee will: a. Sign and return this grant to acknowledge the terms and conditions of the grant. Funds are provided to Grantee to support the activities and completion of products specifically described in this Grant Agreement, and must be used in a manner that conforms to all relevant State standards, relevant rule, policy, procedure or practice hereto. Grantee will: b. Maintain financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures (GAAP) and make available to the State upon request. Grantee will also provide further information to the State, upon request, at any time during this Grant, if the State determines that such information is necessary to better assess the effectiveness of this grant. c. Provide the following reports to the State: i. Submit written Progress Reports frequency (monthly, quarterly) to the State. The first progress report shall be due on enter the date of first report due. Subsequent reports shall be due every three months thereafter until the Final Report has been submitted and approved. The Final Report shall include fill in any reports or other information needed at the end of the agreement. Each progress report shall include a narrative describing all work completed to date and all work remaining, and explicitly address the Goals, Actions, Activities and Performance Measures listed in the Agreement and whether they have been achieved. The Narrative will also include an evaluation of any and all subrecipient(s) performance to date, if applicable. All Progress Reports shall be completed using the WCEDP Progress Report Template. ii. Submit a final written report within 60 days after completion of the Project. iii. Submit to the State all required reports as stated in this Agreement. Upon receipt of the report submissions, the State, in order to fully assess the effectiveness of this grant, may require additional information from Grantee. iv. Every twelve months for five years following the end date of this agreement, Grantee (or company that is beneficiary of grant) shall provide an annual written report to ACCD stating the number of full-time employees in Xxxxxxx County. d. Immediately notify ACCD in writing of the occurrence of any of the circumstances or events provided in Sections 4 or 5 of Attachment B.
Grantee Deliverables. A. Grantee shall provide or cause to be provided to Grantor all of the following: 1. Such Documents as required to comply with Section VI(C) of this Agreement including: a) Upon public solicitation of contractor bids Grantee must also notify Grantor via e-mail of the solicitation at xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx. b) A copy of the tabulations of the bids received pursuant to such solicitation for bids; c) A copy of the selected proposal or bid response; d) A copy of the contract entered into with the selected bidder; and e) A copy of the written notice to proceed. At time of receipt, ODOD may revise and amend the project budget included in Attachment A to this Agreement based on the selected contractor’s cost estimate. 2. A copy of declarations page or certificate of insurance showing Grantee or Development Partner(s) comprehensive general liability insurance coverage, as described in Section XI (B) of this Agreement. 3. Proof of performance bonds, as described in Section XI(C) of this Agreement. 4. If this Agreement includes an Attachment C, an original report signed by both Grantee and Grantee’s certified professional indicating that all activities required to be completed in Attachment C to this Agreement were, in fact, completed, together with any other information that may be required in Attachment C. 5. All disbursement requests for Grant Funds as described in Section VII(C) of this Agreement including Certifications of Expenditures of Match Moneys (if applicable). 6. Progress Reports for the Project, which are to be submitted with each disbursement request, but no less than every six (6) months beginning on the first day of the calendar quarter following the Effective Date. 7. The Certification of No Outstanding Liabilities, the form of which is hereby attached and incorporated into this document as Attachment D. 8. Final Project Report, as described in Section X(C) of this Agreement. 9. Five Year Status Report, as described in Section X (D) of this Agreement. B. Grantee must submit Items 2, 4, and 7 of Section A above within the earlier of six (6) full calendar months after the Effective Date or prior to the first disbursement request. ODOD will not process any disbursement requests without the submittal of Items 2, 4, and 7.
