Lead Agent. A lead is an employee required to perform the same work as any employee in his/her classification, but in addition acts as a working leader to those employees assigned to him/her. Lead Agents shall assign work; give direction on proper use of equipment, work methods and safety practices; see that assigned personnel and necessary equipment are properly utilized; instruct new employees on the job; prepare all paperwork related to their flights; brief and debrief employees; prepare bank deposits where required and discuss aspects of the operation the customer. Lead Agents shall not be accountable for formal discipline of the other employees covered by this Agreement.
Lead Agent. 01 The Company may designate a Finance Agent in any classification as a Lead Agent who may, at the discretion of the Company, in addition to performing some or all of his/her described duties, ensures work area is maintained in a manner which promotes an efficient working environment. The Lead Agent is responsible for coordinating and assigning tasks, providing training, direction, assisting employees with problems, maintaining and monitoring work flow and identifying performance issues and inefficiencies. It is recognized that it is not the responsibility of the lead to determine and/or issue corrective action.
Lead Agent. Dispatcher
1. This Local Rider covers Lead Agents/Dispatchers who, under the direction of and as assigned by management, shall perform, (but is not necessarily limited to), the following duties.
a. the routine assignment of pick-ups to drivers during normal pick-up hours, commencing after the a.m. breakdown has been completed and culminating with the last driver making the last on-demand pickup;
b. routinely maintain, under guidelines set by management, the records necessary to assist management and supervision in monitoring service quality, production and operating costs;
c. perform Agent duties during regular hours or overtime or when Lead Agent/Dispatcher duties have been completed or are not available; (It is understood that during the window period in Subsection 1(a)above, at least one
(1) Lead Agent/Dispatcher will be available at the Lead Agent/Dispatcher work station);
d. perform other related functions and duties as assigned by management and/or supervision; e assist management as requested in training Union clerical personnel in the proper performance of work duties in conformity with Company policies and procedures; f routinely coordinate the performance of Agent duties as needed. This Section is intended to illustrate the primary duties of the position, but is not meant to diminish current bargaining unit work.
2. A Lead Agent/Dispatcher shall be familiar with Company operations, procedures, and manuals, with airline guides, ocean and surface routing, tariffs and related materials, and be fully competent to make routine decisions, under and subject to supervision based thereon regarding work duties.
3. If management elects to replace a Lead Agent/Dispatcher (when Lead Agent/Dispatchers are enjoying the benefits of this Agreement, such as vacations, sick days, floating holidays, bereavement, disability, or workers' compensation), the most senior qualified employee on duty shall assume the responsibilities of the Lead Agent/Dispatcher and be compensated an additional three dollars per day.
4. The Lead Agent/Dispatcher's performance of the duties set forth above shall in no way, directly or indirectly interfere with or restrict the right of management and supervision to issue non-discriminatory work directives to employees.
5. Lead Agent/Dispatchers shall have no authority or responsibility in the warehouse operations at any covered facility. The foregoing, however, shall not preclude Lead Agents/Dispatchers from performing Agent duties historical...
Lead Agent the duties of the Lead Agents will vary according to the work location, and may include administrative duties. The principle function of a Lead Agent is to provide leadership, support and direction to a group of employees in the areas of technical expertise, customer service and operational demands while remaining a full working member of the group.
Lead Agent. Simultaneously herewith, Xxxxxx has assigned and transferred its Commitment to BAC and Bank One, NA, and, in accordance with Section 7.8 of the Credit Agreement, hereby resigns as Lead Agent. The Required Banks, with the approval of the Borrower, hereby appoint BAC 257582.08-New York S3A as successor Lead Agent, and Bank One, NA, as "syndication agent". The syndication agent has no right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. From and after the date hereof, all references to Xxxxxx shall be deemed to be references to BAC.

Lead Agent. Lead Agent. Duties shall include those hob classifications set forth above, in addition to instruction and leading the employees with whom they work. The selection of a lead person shall not include part-time employees. When the company sees the need for a lead person, it shall post a notice requesting those employs interested to review the qualifications needed. Once posted, the company shall select the most senior qualified bidder. It shall be at the company's discretion to determine those locations for a lead person and the company can cancel any lead person position at any time. Any preferential flights that are available to all DHL Express Employees under the jurisdiction of this Bargaining Unit, will be offered to any part-time employee employed as of the ratification date of this Agreement, and any full-time employee, who requests such preferential flights.

Lead Agents shall not be accountable for formal discipline of the other employees covered by this Agreement. • Provide information for the public • Assist disembarking passengers and personal effects from aircraft through port facility to parking facility • Assist embarking passengers and personal effects from parking facility through port facility including aircraft • Assist passengers and personal effects with inter-terminal transfers including Infield terminal including bussing, monorails, PTV etc. • Assist UM and YP passengers as contractually obliged by ACAP • Attend to wheelchair (carry on/carry off/Stretcher passengers and personal effects and any passenger requiring assistance • Assess passenger's needs and abilities to make use of the correct mobility equipment • Carry and operate a radio/pager as required • Operate surreys through terminal and including assisting passengers and personal effects on and off the surrey • Assist special needs passengers and personal effects to ensure a seamless/stress free airport experience using all facilities at the port (positive handover) • Monitor special needs passengers and personal effects in airport. Airline lounges. Customer care centers, shopping areas etc. • Similar functions as described in points above in locations other than the airport i.e. hotels, etc. • Perform all other ancillary duties related to the position • Must maintain the passenger log
Lead Agent. The Company may designate a Finance Agent in any classification as a Lead Agent who may, at the discretion of the Company, in addition to performing some or all of described duties, ensure work area is maintained in a manner which promotes an efficient working environment by providing advice, guidance and direction on the conduct and quality of work performed; check work for accuracy; coordinate work; provide training on work methods; assist employees with problems; monitor work flow; maintain satisfactory deportment of those employees under direction. The number and designation of Lead Agents will be established at the sole discretion of the Company. However, the Company agrees that a Lead Agent shall be responsible for not more than a normal work force of fifteen (15) employees. The status of an employee shall be either temporary-term or permanent. Temporary-term employment may be utilized by the Company to fill vacancies resulting from additional seasonal workload, acting management assignments, leaves of absence, vacancies as a result of any short term needs, e.g., special work programs, etc. Temporary-term employment will be limited to twenty-six (26) weeks. In the event such employees are retained beyond this period, they will be designated as "permanent", provided they have successfully completed the probationary period. ARTICLE RATES OF PAY Rates of pay, as enumerated, are on a weekly basis and are established on the basis of a working week of forty (40) hours. The Company, at its discretion, may commence a newly hired permanent or temporary-term employee at any published rate within the wage scale of the classification into which the employee was hired, but not in excess of the maximum published rate of the classification. Scheduled advancement within the wage scale established for each classification will be up to the maximum shown in the wage scale for each classification, subject to the following provisions: Finance Agent, Intermediate Finance Agent and Senior Finance Agent Fifty-two (52) weeks must have elapsed since the date of the last scheduled advancement or reclassification. During the fifty-two (52) weeks period, the employee must have actually worked a minimum of two hundred and thirty-eight (238) days on a work schedule or its equivalent, whichever is the greater, subject to the provisions that time allowed as annual vacation shall be considered as time worked.
