PART-TIME TEAM MEMBERS. We may engage team members on a part-time basis. Such team members will not qualify for overtime payments for hours worked below the normal full time working week for their particular shift. Part-time team members will be paid shift allowances where applicable. Part-time team members will not be entitled to the main meal break unless working in excess of four hours per day.

PART-TIME TEAM MEMBERS. 3.2.1 In conjunction with, or in addition to any rostered shift, a part-time team member may be offered on a voluntary basis additional hours to a maximum of 38 hours in any week, which if accepted, shall be paid at the stipulated casual rate. Provided that such additional hours shall be offered: (a) in accordance with the relevant roster principles to a maximum of 144 hours over any 4 week cycle; and (b) on the basis of being paid the applicable casual rate in lieu of entitlements to sick leave, annual leave or other forms of leave other than long service leave. 3.2.2 A part-time team member's normal core hours may be reduced by a maximum quantum of 20% in any anniversary year provided: (a) the quantum may not be reduced below 40 hours in any 4 week cycle; (b) the team member is provided with 2 weeks' notice in writing; (c) where the team member does not agree 4 weeks' notice shall be provided in lieu of 2; (d) where additional permanent hours become available in the store where the part- time team member worked at the time the hours were reduced, then that team member will have preference ahead of part-time team members who had no reduction in hours, casual team members, and new part-time team members, to the additional hours of work. Preference will also be given to the part-time team member whose hours had been reduced ahead of other team members when the additional hours are not permanent. 3.2.3 Annual leave and sick leave entitlements for part-time team members shall be calculated on the basis of pro rata entitlements for full-time team members. Where the number of rostered hours varies during any anniversary year (including where a team member transfers from full-time to part-time and vice versa), entitlements shall be calculated upon the average number of ordinary hours worked during the anniversary year.
PART-TIME TEAM MEMBERS. (a) Part-time team members will be employed to work an agreed amount of ordinary hours between a minimum of 624 ordinary hours and a maximum of 1820 ordinary hours per year. (b) Where necessary Bunnings retain the right to reduce a part-time team members core hours: by up to 20% per year; or in line with Termination Change and Redundancy principles. (i) Part-time team members may also request a change to their ordinary hours. Such request will be granted providing it does not interfere with Bunnings operational requirements. (ii) Changes to ordinary hours may also occur if the team member and Bunnings mutually agree to the change. (iii) Part-time team members shall be given four weeks notice in writing of any reduction in their ordinary hours unless they mutually agree otherwise. (iv) Under no circumstances can a reduction in ordinary hours go below the specified minimum of 624 hours per year.

(c) On commencement of employment or change of Roster part time team members will be advised of: (i) their ordinary hours of work per four week cycle; and (ii) the days of the week that such ordinary hours are to be performed and their daily starting and finishing times. (d) Where necessary Bunnings retain the right to reduce a part time team member’s core hours: * by up to 20% per year; or * in line with the Termination Change and Redundancy provision. (i) Part time team members may also request a change to their ordinary hours. PART-TIME TEAM MEMBERS. Part-time Team Members shall be paid an ordinary hourly rate equal to the appropriate ordinary weekly rate divided by thirty six (36). The provisions of this Agreement with respect to any and all leave entitlements shall apply on a pro rata basis. Part-time Team Members may work additional hours to their rostered shift or additional hours on a non-rostered day, up to nine (9) hours per day or thirty six (36) hours per week. These additional hours will be paid at the applicable ordinary time rate for that day. The provisions of this Agreement with respect to shift allowance, weekend allowances, public holiday allowances and overtime shall apply as for Full-time Team Members.
PART-TIME TEAM MEMBERS. Part-time Team Members will be engaged to work an agreed number of ordinary hours averaged over a 4-Week Roster Cycle. Part-time Team Members may request a change to their ordinary hours. Such a request will be granted providing it does not interfere with Bunnings' operational requirements. Flex-up A part-time Team Member’s ordinary hours may be increased by agreement on a temporary basis (flex-up hours) to up to 48 hours in any given Payroll Week (provided that less than 152 hours are worked in the 4-Week Roster Cycle). The flex-up hours shall accrue annual leave and personal leave on a pro rata basis.

PART-TIME TEAM MEMBERS. (a) The Employer may schedule a maximum of twenty percent (20%) of the total number of bargaining unit positions as part-time Team Members. A part-time position is defined as a schedule of four (4) or fewer eight (8) hour shifts per week; or three (3) or fewer ten (10) hour shifts per week; or a schedule of five (5) or fewer shifts per week of less than eight (8) hours but not less than four (4) hours only for the classifications set forth below in 4.02(b). (b) Part-time Team Members in the following classifications do not count toward the twenty percent (20%) calculation and may be scheduled and/or permitted to work shifts of any length between four (4) and ten (10) hours: (i) Part-time Team Members in the following Food and Beverage Classifications: Hosts, Bussers, Food and Beverage Cashiers, Dining Room Attendant (Bussers), Cocktail/Lounge Servers, All Servers, Barback, Club/Specialty Bartenders, and Banquet Housemen. (ii) Part-time Team Members in the following Casino and Hotel Classifications: Guest Room Attendants-Turndown and Theater Related Classifications. (iii) Part-time Team Members in the following Banquet Classifications: Banquet Server, Banquet Bartender and Banquet Captain. These Banquet Team Members are scheduled and/or permitted to work shifts of any length, including shifts of less than four (4) hours. (c) A part-time person is defined as a Team Member who is scheduled to work less than thirty-two and one quarter (32 and ¼) hours in a work week. (d) Part-time Team Members who have worked an average of at least thirty-two and one-quarter (32 ¼) hours per week for a full calendar quarter beginning in January, April, July and October will be considered as full-time Team Members if they so desire. (e) The Employer shall record the date of each Part-time Team Member’s most recent date of hire into or transfer into the Part-time Team Member’s present classification. (f) Part-time Team Members shall be entitled to bid, to the extent practicable, on available part-time schedules and/or shifts by using the Part-time Team Member’s most recent date of hire into or transfer into the Part-time Team Member’s present classification, on a departmental basis.

  • Part-Time Teachers A "part-time teacher" is one who is employed under written contract but who is assigned to duties on a regular basis that requires less than a full-time equivalent. A part-time teacher shall be paid a salary in accordance with the basic salary schedule, proportionate to the percentage of the full-time equivalent taught each day as outlined in the written contract.

  • Permanent Part-Time Employees (1) Pay and benefits will be computed on a prorated monthly or pay period basis, such as one-half (½) monthly or pay period pay for a half-time employee, or pay will be computed on an hourly basis, and pay and benefits will be normally prorated on a pay period, pay status basis. Permanent part-time employees in permanent full-time positions will be treated as permanent part-time for purposes of this Article. (2) Employees paid on a fixed partial monthly basis shall have all extra hours worked over the regular part-time schedule paid at the hourly rate. Employees paid on a fixed partial monthly basis who work less than the regular part-time schedule shall have time deducted at the hourly rate.

  • Part-Time Employees Employees who are scheduled to work less than forty (40) hours per workweek.

  • Part-time Scheduling Subject to Section B of this Article, the Employer and the Association endorse the principle that less than full time equivalent ("FTE") positions shall, within reason, be expected to work a biweekly work period that equates to an eighty (80) hour work period multiplied by the position's FTE. (e.g., 80 hours @ .75 = 60 hours). It is further understood by both parties that ASF Members assigned to less than a FTE position may be required, during the peak work periods, to exceed their normal biweekly work period. FLSA non-exempt ASF Members who work a part-time schedule will earn overtime for hours worked in excess of forty (40) in a work week. The Employer agrees to review any ASF position that is less than one (1) FTE if the Association can demonstrate that the position has regularly been required to work a work period that substantially exceeds the normal work period as defined above, and adjust the FTE of the respective position as deemed appropriate by the Employer.

  • Overtime for Part-Time Employees ‌ (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee. (b) A part-time employee working less than the normal days per week of a full-time employee, and who is required to work other than their regularly scheduled workdays, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the days so worked up to and including the normal workdays in the workweek of a full-time employee. (c) Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of (a) and (b) above.

  • Part-Time Nurse is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS SB Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS SB Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS SB and task orders solicited and awarded under OASIS SB. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS SB CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS SB CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Part-Time Employee Part-time employee" means an employee who is normally scheduled to work fewer than 80 hours in a biweekly payroll period.
