Repatriation ExpensesReasonable costs necessarily incurred in repatriating the Insured Person to the most suitable Hospital or to the Insured Person’s normal residence in their Country of Domicile at the earliest opportunity provided that such repatriation is: a. medically necessary; and
Repatriation Expenses. If an Insured Person is injured or becomes ill during the Operative Time, the Company will reimburse the Insured or an Insured Person for any Rescue Expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred as a direct result, for up to two years from the date of injury or first diagnosis of illness up to the Sum Insured on the Schedule. Repatriation Expenses. CBS Outdoor will pay or reimburse you for all reasonable expenses associated with the repatriation of you and your family back to the United Kingdom during the twelve (12) months following your termination in accordance with its travel guidelines, as may be amended from time to time. Such expense reimbursements will be made as soon as practicable in accordance with CBS Outdoor’s guidelines, as may be amended from time to time, following the date on which CBS Outdoor receives appropriate documentation with respect to such expenses, but in no event will payment be made later than December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which you incur the expenses. To the extent that any of the payments made to you or on your behalf pursuant to this paragraph 7(c)(ii)(D) (each such payment, a “reimbursement”) are taxable to you, CBS Outdoor will make an Additional Payment to you in an amount that after payment of all taxes payable by you with respect to the Additional Payment, will equal the amount of all taxes payable by you with respect to the related reimbursement. The Additional Payment required to be paid pursuant to the preceding sentence shall be paid to you or to the applicable taxing authorities on your behalf at the time the related taxes are due, or as soon thereafter as administratively practicable, but in any event by no later than December 31 of the calendar year next following the calendar year in which the related taxes are remitted to the applicable taxing authorities.

Repatriation Expenses. If the Covered Person suffers Bodily Injury, shall within twelve (12) consecutive months results in death, We will reimburse up to the amount stated in the Certificate Schedule for the actual repatriation expenses for repatriation of mortal remains of the Covered Person from overseas or place of demise within Malaysia to their hometown within Malaysia.

With the agreement of the seafarer, the seafarer may be returned to this or any other point in the United States, whichever choice results in the least cost to the Ship Manager. In the event that the nature or severity of the seafarer's illness and/or injury would make it difficult for the seafarer to insure his/her own physical wellbeing while in transit, the seafarer should be accompanied to his/her home of record by Ship Manager personnel or other appropriate medical personnel.

A Deductible Limit of RM6, 000 will be applicable for the arising claims.
Repatriation Expenses. 4.5.1 We will cover Your contractual liability to repatriate Your Domestic Helper to his/her home country before expiry of the domestic helper’s contract in the following circumstances (a) Death – the actual cost of returning the remains. (b) Inability to complete the contract due to medical unfitness as certified by a registered medical practitioner. We will pay for the economy class airfare from Hong Kong to the Domestic Helper’s home country. (b) Sexually transmitted disease, infertility treatment, pregnancy, miscarriage, childbirth or complications arising from any of them. (c) Suicide or attempted suicide, intentional self-injury, willful exposure to danger (other than in an attempt to save human life), or the committing of any criminal act. (d) Mental or nervous disorder, alcoholism, or drug addiction. (e) Pre-existing ailments or conditions. (f) Injury or illness caused or sustained outside Hong Kong. (g) Local Helper.
