Salaries and Rates of Pay. The salaries and rates of pay for the employees in the bargaining units covered by this Agreement are set forth in and attached hereto as Appendix A. They cover the following titles and rates of pay:

Salaries and Rates of Pay. ‌ A. Salaries and rate of pay shall be in accordance with the attached Schedules, but nothing in these Schedules shall be construed to reduce the rate of pay of an employee now receiving a higher rate than that shown in the Schedule. B. In the event of the Company making changes necessitating new classifications of employment, the Company shall negotiate rates to cover such classifications of employment with the Union before making such changes, provided such classifications come within the normal scope of the Bargaining Unit. C. In the AltaLink Control Centre, advancement from one classification to the next shall not be automatic. D. When an employee is temporarily assigned to different work, his rate of pay shall be determined by agreement between the Company and the Union. The Company will also inform the Union of the duration of the temporary assignment. (See Intents x2) E. Any employee called by the Crown for jury duty or subpoenaed as a witness in a civil or criminal case, shall not suffer any loss in basic pay provided that any witness or jury duty fee received by the employee is paid to the Company.
Salaries and Rates of Pay. The minimum hourly rates payable to Full time Teacher and Teacher Directors shall be set out in Table 1 of Schedule 1Rates of Pay and Allowances. The annual rate is in Table 2 of Schedule 1. To obtain an hourly rate the annual salary is divided by 52.14 to get a weekly rate then divided by 38 to get an hourly rate.
Salaries and Rates of Pay. 12.1 The wage scales for this Agreement are attached hereto as Appendix A. The column headings reflect the following employee education: Column 1: less than an Associate’s degree Column 2: Associate’s degree or 60+ job related credits as approved by the superintendent Column 3: Bachelor’s degree or more, or at least 120 job related credits as approved by the Superintendent Column 4: Teaching license in any discipline/grade level 12.2 Initial placement on the wage scale in Appendix A for the 2015 - 2016 school year is per the agreed upon placement chart available from the Superintendent and the Association. 12.3 A $1.50/hour stipend will be extended to those Para-educators whose daily job description or duties includes any one of the following tasks: a. Assist student to use the restroom; b. Help student with health related services as directed by the school nurse; c. Feed and/or assist students eat, mix foods; d. Assist student to use a wheelchair and/or other mobility devices; e. Monitor and implement use and functioning of assistive equipment; f. Provide sensory diets according to a prescriptive program as directed by an occupational therapist; g. Implement physical management as part of a behavior plan (CPI) certified); h. Assigned as a personal care attendant; i. Implementation of a behavior plan that requires specific training and responsibilities; j. Implementation of a Safety Plan. 12.4 A $2.00/hour stipend will be extended to those Para-educators whose daily job responsibilities include any two of the above tasks. 12.5 A $3.50/hour stipend will be extended to those paraeducators whose daily job responsibilities include three or more of the above tasks. 12.6 The district reserves the right to hire individuals with experience at rates greater than those listed in the wage scales in Appendix A so long as the new hires are compensated at a rate comparable to that of bargaining unit employees with comparable experience. Documentation of how each new employee was placed onto the wage scale shall be furnished to the Association with thirty (30) days of hire.
Salaries and Rates of Pay. A. Rates of Pay (a) Incumbent employees shall receive a two (2%) increase in salary, retroactive to July 1, 2018, provided they were employed on that date. If not, the increase shall be retroactive to their first date of employment subsequent to July 1, 2018. (b) Effective upon ratification of the new collective bargaining agreement, the salary minimums contained in Appendix A to the collective bargaining agreement shall be increased by two (2%) per cent. (c) Effective January 1, 2019, the minimum rate for Teacher Assistants and Aides will increase to $15.00/hour in compliance with NYS Minimum Wage. (d) Effective January 1, 2019, there will be a new salary schedule for Teaching Assistants as follows: 0-3 years $15.71 4th Year $16.65 5th Year $17.65 Any current Teaching Assistant earning above this amount will continue to do so. Placement on the Salary Schedule is based on years of service at the Xxxxxxx X. Xxxx School, and any prior service credited at the time of hire at the Employer’s discretion. Employees move down the grid based on their employment anniversary date. For Teachers who move across the grid based upon the obtainment of additional education, such an increase will take effect within two pay periods following submission of proof of the additional degree.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY ‌ 4.1 The classifications of employees covered under this Agreement and the corresponding rates of pay are set forth within Appendix “A” which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement. 4.2 Effective December 26, 2018,wages will be increased by .5% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2016 through June 2017 to the period June 2017 through June 2018, minimum 1.5% maximum 4%. 4.2.1 Effective December 25, 2019, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2017 through June 2018 to the period June 2018 through June 2019, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.2 Effective January 6, 2021, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2018 through June 2019 to the period June 2019 through June 2020, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.3 The base wage rates referenced above will be calculated by applying the appropriate percentage increase to base hourly rates or as otherwise provided for herein.   • WAGES AND RATES OF PAY 7.01 Wage Schedules applicable to various job classifications are as set forth in Schedule “A”. 7.02 Additional classifications may be established only by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union during the term of this Agreement and the rates for same shall be subject to negotiation between the Employer and the Union.

  • SALARIES AND WAGES Contractor and any subcontractors must pay all salaries and wages due all employees performing Services under this Contract unconditionally and at least once a month without deduction or rebate on any account, except only for those payroll deductions that are mandatory by law or are permitted under applicable law and regulations. If in the performance of this Contract Contractor underpays any such salaries or wages, the Comptroller for the City may withhold, out of payments due to Contractor, an amount sufficient to pay to employees underpaid the difference between the salaries or wages required to be paid under this Agreement and the salaries or wages actually paid these employees for the total number of hours worked. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due.   • REIMBURSEMENT FOR MILEAGE AND INSURANCE 1. An employee who is required by their employer to use their private vehicle for school district related purposes shall receive reimbursement of: Effective July 1, 2019 $ 0.56 c/Km Effective July 1, 2020 $ 0.57 c/Km Effective July 1, 2021 $ 0.58 c/Km 2. The mileage reimbursement rate established in Article B.10.1 shall be increased by 5 cents/kilometer for travel that is approved and required on unpaved roads. 3. The employer shall reimburse an employee who is required to use their personal vehicle for school district purposes, the difference in premium costs between ICBC rate Class 002 (Pleasure to/from Work) and ICBC rate Class 007 (Business Class) where the employee is required to purchase additional insurance in order to comply with ICBC regulations respecting the use of one’s personal vehicle for business purposes.

  • Salaries wages and other similar remuneration, other than a pension, paid by a Contracting State or a political subdivision or a local authority thereof to an individual in respect of services rendered to that State or subdivision or authority shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Salaries and Benefits (i) Seller shall be responsible for (a) the payment of all wages and other remuneration due to Hired Active Employees with respect to their services as employees of Seller through the close of business on the Closing Date, including pro rata quarterly bonus payments, if any; (b) and the provision of health plan continuation coverage in accordance with Legal Requirements prior to and through the close of business on the Closing Date; (c) all notices of termination or pay in lieu thereof, severance pay, damages for wrongful dismissal and any other employee entitlements, benefits or claims of whatever kind or nature for any Hired Active Employees who’s employment was terminated prior to the Closing Date. For greater certainty, Buyer shall be responsible for all vacation pay earned prior to the Closing Date as such amounts shall have been considered in the Purchase Price adjustments pursuant to Section 2.8. (ii) Seller shall be liable for any claims made or incurred by Hired Active Employees and their beneficiaries through the Closing Date under the Employee Plans. For purposes of the immediately preceding sentence, a charge will be deemed incurred, in the case of hospital, medical or dental benefits, when the services that are the subject of the charge are performed and, in the case of other benefits (such as disability or life insurance), when an event has occurred or when a condition has been diagnosed that entitles the employee to the benefit. (iii) Buyer shall be responsible for (a) the payment of all wages and other remuneration to Hired Active Employees with respect to their services as employees of Buyer following the Closing Date, including pro rata bonus payments and all vacation pay for periods which may have commenced prior to the Closing Date; (b) and the provision following the Closing Date of health plan continuation coverage in accordance with Legal Requirements; (c) all notices of termination or pay in lieu thereof, severance pay, damages for wrongful dismissal and any other employee entitlements, benefits or claims of whatever kind or nature for any Hired Active Employees i) who refuse to have their employment relationship transferred to Buyer after the Closing Date; or ii) whose employment is terminated after the Closing Date. (iv) Buyer shall be liable for any claims made or incurred by Hired Active Employees and their beneficiaries following the Closing Date under the existing or subsequent Employee Plans.

  • Fringe Benefits and Perquisites During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with those provided to similarly situated executives of the Company.
