Supplemental Engineering Services. When directed by the TRA or GPTRA, the Engineer shall provide personnel to provide supplemental engineering services on an “on-call” basis. Such services may include, but are not limited to, field inspections, field investigations, surveying, review of existing system infrastructure, review of record drawings or proposed project drawings, analysis of various conditions identified by the TRA or GPTRA, development of alternatives (where applicable), production of engineering drawings, reports, exhibits, etc., and presentations to the TRA or GPTRA and/or other stakeholders. These supplemental engineering services will be provided on an “on-call” basis and shall be invoiced on an hourly basis in accordance with the approved rates in Attachment B. The TRA or GPTRA may request an estimate of the number and type of hours expected to be incurred on an assignment. While the Engineer shall endeavor to provide a fair and accurate estimate, the actual hours expended and expenses incurred on an assignment shall be invoiced to the TRA or GPTRA System in accordance with Attachment B. Supplemental Engineering Services. This task is for supplemental engineering or consulting services on an as-requested basis. Services provided may include additional meetings, operational and/or design services, developing technical memorandums or letters, opinion of probable costs, or other engineering consulting services. If supplemental services are requested by the City, Engineer will provide a proposal including scope, deliverables, and estimate of level of effort for the additional services. Work on this task will only commence after City provides approval for the supplemental services and will be billed on a time and materials basis.

Work on this task will only commence after being approval by the City Project Manager and will be billed on a time and materials basis. The City’s Project Manager will issue a notice-to-proceed for additional tasks. Risk Assessment Consulting Services target completion is December 8, 2023. • City will provide all information without independent verification by the Consultant. • Consultant will not conduct code reviews or design standards reviews. • Consultant will not review Designer’s calculations. • Consultant will not confirm accuracy of Designer’s drawings and specifications. • Consultant will not perform cost opinions. • Consultant will not contact or coordinate with local water, wastewater, or energy utilities. • Consultant will not complete bid phase services, construction phase services, or special inspections. • City is responsible for building and fire official reviews and Designer is responsible for compliance with building and fire code requirements. • The City is responsible for adequate and appropriate funding for the capital project. • Consultant is not responsible for the design, project schedule, or delays resulting from Designer’s or Contractor’s performance. • Consultant is not responsible for obtaining and complying with City of Rapid City, Pennington County, State of South Dakota, EPA, or federal air quality and water quality permitting. • Consultant is not responsible for obtaining and complying with City of Rapid City, Pennington County, State of South Dakota, EPA, or any federal construction permits. • Consultant will not provide legal advice or legal opinions. • City and its designer are responsible for accuracy of the site survey including existing underground utilities and locations and elevations of existing structures. • City and its designer are responsible for accura...

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB.   • Supplemental Services 4.1.1 The services listed below are not included in Basic Services but may be required for the Project. The Architect shall provide the listed Supplemental Services only if specifically designated in the table below as the Architect’s responsibility, and the Owner shall compensate the Architect as provided in Section 11.2. Unless otherwise specifically addressed in this Agreement, if neither the Owner nor the Architect is designated, the parties agree that the listed Supplemental Service is not being provided for the Project.

  • Manufacturing Services Patheon will perform the Manufacturing Services for Products to be distributed and sold by Client in the Territory for the fees specified in Schedules B and C to the relevant Product Agreement. Schedule B to each Product Agreement sets forth a list of cost items that are included in the Price for Products; all cost items that are not included in this list are excluded from the Price and are subject to additional fees to be paid by Client. Patheon may amend the fees set out in Schedules B and C to a Product Agreement as set forth in Article 4. Patheon will perform the Manufacturing Services solely at the Manufacturing Site, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Client. If the parties agree that Patheon will supply, and Client will purchase, at least a specified minimum percentage of Client’s requirements for a Product under a Product Agreement (the “Required Percentage”), then the applicable Product Agreement will set forth the Required Percentage and the time period during which the obligation will apply (the “Required Period”). But this obligation (if any) will cease to apply to Client with respect to the Product if Patheon fails to remain in material compliance with its obligations under this Agreement or the applicable Product Agreement, or Patheon suspends performance under this Agreement or the applicable Product Agreement in connection with a Force Majeure Event or where Patheon is or will be prevented from supplying the Product as a result of the action of a Regulatory Authority. Subject to its obligation (if any) to purchase the Required Percentage of a Product during the Required Period, Client may, at any time, obtain Product from a third party or may, at any time, qualify a third party to perform Manufacturing Services for the Product.   • SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES 3.1 The Architect’s Basic Services consist of those described in this Article 3 and include usual and customary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. Services not set forth in this Article 3 are Supplemental or Additional Services. § 3.1.1 The Architect shall manage the Architect’s services, research applicable design criteria, attend Project meetings, communicate with members of the Project team, and report progress to the Owner. § 3.1.2 The Architect shall coordinate its services with those services provided by the Owner and the Owner’s consultants. The Architect shall be entitled to rely on, and shall not be responsible for, the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of, services and information furnished by the Owner and the Owner’s consultants. The Architect shall provide prompt written notice to the Owner if the Architect becomes aware of any error, omission, or inconsistency in such services or information. § 3.1.3 As soon as practicable after the date of this Agreement, the Architect shall submit for the Owner’s approval a schedule for the performance of the Architect’s services. The schedule initially shall include anticipated dates for the commencement of construction and for Substantial Completion of the Work as set forth in the Initial Information. The schedule shall include allowances for periods of time required for the Owner’s review, for the performance of the Owner’s consultants, and for approval of submissions by authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. Once approved by the Owner, time limits established by the schedule shall not, except for reasonable cause, be exceeded by the Architect or Owner. With the Owner’s approval, the Architect shall adjust the schedule, if necessary, as the Project proceeds until the commencement of construction. § 3.1.4 The Architect shall not be responsible for an Owner’s directive or substitution, or for the Owner’s acceptance of non-conforming Work, made or given without the Architect’s written approval. § 3.1.5 The Architect shall contact governmental authorities required to approve the Construction Documents and entities providing utility services to the Project. The Architect shall respond to applicable design requirements imposed by those authorities and entities. § 3.1.6 The Architect shall assist the Owner in connection with the Owner’s responsibility for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.
