- TRAINING ALLOWANCES. 12.01 A Communicator or a Prisoner Escort Officer assigned to train a Communicator/Prisoner Escort Officer Trainee and required to complete a performance evaluation and to recommend retention/termination of such Trainee shall, while so assigned, receive an additional allowance of Five Percent (5%) of his/her regular hourly rate. Entitlement to the above-noted allowance shall be based upon the member’s assignment to train a Communicator/Prisoner Escort Officer Trainee, and is not conditional upon the member having fulfilled the training requirements of the position.
- TRAINING ALLOWANCES. For the avoidance of doubt, all quantities indicated below are the total quantities granted for the whole of the Buyer's fleet of ninety-five (95) additional Aircraft made up of twenty (20) A320 Group 3 Aircraft, ten (10) Converted A321 Aircraft, twenty (20) A321 Amd 14 Aircraft, thirty (30) A320 NEO Aircraft and fifteen (15) A321 Amd 14 NEO Aircraft, unless otherwise specified. For the purposes of this Appendix A-1, the defined term "Aircraft" is limited to the twenty (20) A320 Group 3 Aircraft, ten (10) Converted A321 Aircraft, twenty (20) A321 Amd 14 Aircraft, thirty (30) A320 NEO Aircraft and fifteen (15) A321 Amd 14 NEO Aircraft. The contractual training courses defined in this Appendix A-1 will be provided up to [***] after Delivery of the last firmly ordered Aircraft delivered under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, flight operations training courses granted per firmly ordered Aircraft in this Appendix A-1 will be provided by the Seller within a period starting six (6) months before and ending six (6) months after said Aircraft Delivery. Any deviation to said training delivery schedule will be mutually agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.
- TRAINING ALLOWANCES. Childcare employees who require ongoing training to meet state or federal mandated guidelines or to maintain licensure required for their job shall have up to $100 per employee per calendar year for training purposes. This provision only applies to childcare employees.

This Article includes Constables in the Communications Bureau who are assigned to train a Communicator Trainee and are required to complete a performance evaluation and to recommend retention/termination of such Trainee. Entitlement to the above-noted allowance shall be based upon the member’s assignment to act as a Coach Officer, and is not conditional upon the member having fulfilled the training requirements of the position.

Entitlement to the above-noted allowance shall be based upon the member’s assignment to act as a Field Training Officer, and is not conditional upon the member having fulfilled the training requirements of the position.
