- TRAINING ALLOWANCES. 12.01 A Communicator or a Prisoner Escort Officer assigned to train a Communicator/Prisoner Escort Officer Trainee and required to complete a performance evaluation and to recommend retention/termination of such Trainee shall, while so assigned, receive an additional allowance of Five Percent (5%) of his/her regular hourly rate. Entitlement to the above-noted allowance shall be based upon the member’s assignment to train a Communicator/Prisoner Escort Officer Trainee, and is not conditional upon the member having fulfilled the training requirements of the position.
- TRAINING ALLOWANCES. For the avoidance of doubt, all quantities indicated below are the total quantities granted for the whole of the Buyer's fleet of ninety-five (95) additional Aircraft made up of fifteen (15) A320 Group 3 Aircraft, fifteen (15) Converted A321 Aircraft, fifteen (15) A321 Amd 14 Aircraft, forty (40) A320 NEO Aircraft and ten (10) A321 NEO Aircraft, unless otherwise specified. For the purposes of this Appendix A-1, the defined term "Aircraft" is limited to the fifteen (15) A320 Group 3 Aircraft, fifteen (15) Converted A321 Aircraft, fifteen (15) A321 Amd 14 Aircraft, forty (40) A320 NEO Aircraft and ten (10) A321 NEO Aircraft. The contractual training courses defined in this Appendix A-1 will be provided up to [***] of the last firmly ordered Aircraft delivered under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, flight operations training courses granted per firmly ordered Aircraft in this Appendix A-1 will be provided by the Seller [***] before and ending [***]. Any deviation to said training delivery schedule will be mutually agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.
- TRAINING ALLOWANCES.
19.1 A member who has attained the classification of a Third Class Constable and who wishes to further his education in a subject relating to police work and who will be requesting reimbursement of the cost of tuition fees and text books, may apply to the Board, and upon joint approval of the Board and the Chief of Police be granted approval to such course of study. The cost of text books and tuition fees will be reimbursed upon satisfactory proof of successful completion of the course of study being presented.
19.2 Each member of the Saugeen Shores Police Service while attending any seminar or training course approved by the Chief of Police and being held at the Ontario Police College or other Police education facility, shall be paid a course allowance of $50.00 per week while in attendance at such educational facility.
- TRAINING ALLOWANCES. 12.01 A constable who is assigned as a Coach Officer shall receive four percent (4%) of the salary rate of his/her rank for such period of time during which the member is actually performing training duties. No officer in any other rank shall receive this allowance including officers in receipt of the plainclothes allowance pursuant to Clause 11.01 of Article 11. This Article includes Constables in the Communications Bureau who are assigned to train a Communicator Trainee and are required to complete a performance evaluation and to recommend retention/termination of such Trainee. Entitlement to the above-noted allowance shall be based upon the member’s assignment to act as a Coach Officer, and is not conditional upon the member having fulfilled the training requirements of the position.
- TRAINING ALLOWANCES. 12.01 A constable who is assigned as a Field Training Officer shall receive five percent (5%) of the salary rate of his/her rank for such period of time during which the member is actually performing training duties. No officer in any other rank shall receive this allowance including officers in receipt of the plainclothes allowance pursuant to Article 11.01. Entitlement to the above-noted allowance shall be based upon the member’s assignment to act as a Field Training Officer, and is not conditional upon the member having fulfilled the training requirements of the position.
- TRAINING ALLOWANCES. Childcare employees who require ongoing training to meet state or federal mandated guidelines or to maintain licensure required for their job shall have up to $100 per employee per calendar year for training purposes. This provision only applies to childcare employees.
- TRAINING ALLOWANCES. For the avoidance of doubt, all quantities indicated below are the total quantities granted for the whole of the Buyer’s fleet of seventy-five (75) additional Aircraft made up of thirty (30) A320 Group 3 Aircraft and forty-five (45) A320 NEO Aircraft, unless otherwise specified. For the purposes of this Appendix A-1, the defined term “Aircraft” is limited to the thirty (30) A320 Group 3 Aircraft and forty-five (45) A320 NEO Aircraft. The contractual training courses defined in this Appendix A-1 will be provided up to ***** after Delivery of the last firmly ordered Aircraft delivered under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, flight operations training courses granted per firmly ordered Aircraft in this Appendix A-1 will be provided by the Seller within a period starting six (6) months before and ending six (6) months after said Aircraft Delivery. Any deviation to said training delivery schedule will be mutually agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.
- TRAINING ALLOWANCES. The weekly allowance for attendance at Fire College shall be $35.00 effective July 1st, 1988. Effective January 1st, 1990 Fire Fighters who have been authorized to use their own vehicles to travel to Gravenhurst shall be reimbursed for one round trip (maximum 800 kms.) at the applicable corporate rate (1990 rate = $ .33 per kilometre). If more than one employee has registered for the course, the employees will endeavour to travel together.
- TRAINING ALLOWANCES. (a) It is expected that where the allowance applies the best Trainer/Assessor is responsible for the assessment task.
(b) The trainer must complete the one-day Trainer Assessor course
(c) The allowance will cover training for matrix checklist training. The allowance will apply for example to classroom training against a competency checklist, cross trade training and BaaN training
(d) Payment as per schedule of Allowances

(a) TAFE training for Associate Diploma will have fees, parking and text books paid for in accordance with approved student practice
(b) Progression beyond level 5 will be by appointment only
(c) This training will prepare personnel for Staff Positions that become available from time to time
(d) Associate Diploma subjects beyond level 5 will be completed in the trainees’ own time. There will be no payment for training time
(e) The opportunity to act in a xxxxxxx position will be available to maintenance employees with the necessary skills for designated project work and through extended absence of staff where the need arises.
