CALL BACK TO DUTY. A non-exempt employee called back for duty, regardless of on call status, shall earn pay or compensatory time at the proper rate for the hours on duty or four hours, whichever is greater. An exempt employee called back for duty may be granted administrative leave pursuant to the provisions of Section 15.08.

CALL BACK TO DUTY. A. Employees who, on an off-duty day or a vacation, are called back to duty or are ordered by the Employer or who are subpoenaed to testify about events resulting from their employment, shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at straight time.
