Conditions of Leaves a. In the event an Employee takes paid leave time (sick or vacation), the Employee’s benefits (leave accumulation, insurance, etc.) shall continue to accrue or be paid as though they were working.
Conditions of Leaves. 20.0 The following provisions shall apply to leaves of absence, except Sabbatical Research Leave and Research Leave set out in Schedule D, as contained in this Agreement:
Conditions of Leaves. A teacher on a child rearing leave, family care leave, or leave of absence whose child or other dependent dies may terminate said leave and fill any vacancy for which s/he qualifies. If there is no position immediately available, the teacher may opt to return to substitute teaching with full pay and benefits at the rate for which s/he would qualify if regularly assigned. Reinstatement to a permanent position shall occur as soon as practicable. In no case shall the permanent assignment be made later than the beginning of the next school year.
